Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@millennialSarah @TalkTalk GDPR... they can't publicly request or discuss the private details of your account in a public forum due to data protection laws. It's also a very convenient excuse when companies want to hide the scale of their support failures.

@TalkTalk I was told my fault is now fixed when logging into my account, I've tested the line, and still not working here in Ilford. But your system thinks its fixed. Tried all the trouble shooting.

New low @talktalk. Years of terrible service for mum. I close her account after her death. Phone to sort out refund and am asked if she can come to phone to answer security questions. 😢
