    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @M0KPH @TalkTalk We have just bailed. The customer service is basically 'wait 48 hours' to what ever question you put to them. Still have to wait 2 weeks for a new provider to switch us on but its better than waiting indefinitely 👍

    @TalkTalk I have been transferred to 3 departments who can't handle a basic cancellation request and have now been "put through" to customer service twice. Both times no one has answered. Stop telling me to use live chat it's not available!!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I've asked to test my broadband line which isn't working. It must be the router. You say it tested fine, but that isn't the case. I can't get through to your chatline nor do I have a number I can call. Please help?

    Talktalk are quoting APRIL and I cannot fathom it. (Virgin is better, that's only a month but still not ideal) and Sky have been awful so I'm not keen.

    @TalkTalk Hi, my account is in credit as I've just paid upfront for the year. I want to request a refund for the credit and your Help pages say I can do this on the Bill Summary page - but there's no option to do so. How can I do this?
