    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    What a joke, just tried to call @TalkTalk to cancel my account after a year of awful broadband and multiple failed technicians and would you believe their systems are down and I have to call them back #irony #dontusetalktalk #poorservice #talktalkfailed

    @TalkTalk I have never encountered such appalling customer service when trying to resolve an issue. The fact that this is 8 weeks in to joining you is even more damning. Hrs on live chat, multiple cut off calls, promised call backs not made. Your team should be ashamed.

    @TalkTalk shambles - on 3rd support person today and still can't help. They cannot communicate with their full fibre team.

    @TalkTalk Woke up at 4am wanted to get some work done…. But I have no internet connection. My phone line also making a funny sound. I live in E12 please can someone get the connection up and running?? Otherwise it creates a lot of problems for me :(

    @TalkTalk Been trying for last 10 days to resolve poor broadband, customer service is disgraceful, being hung up on or left on hold forever. Recieve text with time and date of call back then don't call you 😡

    @TalkTalk my wifi has suddenly stopped working today and all i can get on the website is your problem is logged please check back in a few days!! working from home and a gcse student on study leave this just is not good enough!!

    When you are once again on hold to talk to someone from @TalkTalk about your fibre but this time not to see about them fixing it. But to cancel!! I’ve had the line installed for a week and a half and I’ve only used it for around 30 mins then it stopped working. 😡

    @TalkTalk ……..and now I’ve finally escaped Talk Talk or have I ……nope you have just sent me a bill for £214.00 as you stated I cancelled my contract early ..I never took a new contract out it was talk talk on my behalf and never told me. Anyone thinking of switching just don’t.CLOWNS!

    hi @TalkTalk I fixed my account for two years and then received an email today suggesting otherwise, a rise of £3.50 on what I agreed to fix at. Thanks for that!
