    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    How poor is @TalkTalk my Dad paid up his Broadband contract and now you wont release his @CityFibre line so he can go to his new broadband provider till the end of December, having been with @TalkTalk for over 20years,

    @TalkTalk this is my tenth day without Internet. You messaged y/day (an hour before you shut) to tell me I need to book an appointment with an engineer within 48 hours! No ones got back to me about booking the appointment, your WhatsApp service doesn't respond, sort it out!!!!

    @TalkTalk I've just had an engineer visit, he's escalated our problem saying openreach need to sort our line into the house. As soon as he's left you've texted me to ask if everything is ok and if not go to a link to a bot chat! This is ridiculous.
