Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@TalkTalk Hello, I asked to have broadband installed in my home in October, it never arrived. Your chatbox told me they had no evidence off this. I did not reapply. Today I have tried to get in touch as I have been informed by TalkTalk they have set up a direct debit! Help

@TalkTalk It would help if you can be transparent about the real timeframe. We have been told this for the past 30 hours and if it is going to take long, it's important to share that info rather than giving hopefully vague timeframes.

@TalkTalk poor poor service. I brought internet off you at the start of November to be it stalled on the 29th. The engineer came out everything was set up but it didn’t work. I phoned up to discover YOU had canceled it without my permission.
