    @TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk Thanks to the BOT that picked this up. But as it requires some service I have now attempted 5 times to cancel using that very chat and phone line. I am attempting again. Been on hold for 8 min.

    @TalkTalk what a diabolical experience. Trying to cancel my service and the experience had confirmed why I need to. 34 min in chat repeating info twice. 9 min on the phone repeating the same info. 16 min on hold told I’m number 2 in the queue. Then they hang up

    @virginmedia About what exactly?? Why every time we ring up to cancel our package the @virginmedia employee hangs up on us. What’s that got to do with @TalkTalk ?? Sort it out I’m cancelling the direct debit anyway

    @TalkTalk Done that. Reported the fault, been told it was your end then nothing. Been on chat again and now apparently engineer will be coming tomorrow even though they are on strike. Rubbish communication. No rush to help people. 5 days with no Internet. Time to switch I reckon.

    @TalkTalk - terribly outdated customer service which urgently needs addressing. Stop with the awful scripted niceties and get on with the job. Customers don’t have hours to spend on the phone - especially when you can’t send a renewal contract after 3.5 hours of “chat”.

    @TalkTalk trying to close/transfer a/c and getting nowhere. Tenant close to #nervousbreakdown trying to ensure uninterrupted service for his business and kids’ education. Hours spent on phone between us! Any help?
