    @TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I have been a loyal talk talk customer for a long time now and this month have been trying to upgrade to Fibre 500 twice I’ve placed the order and twice after being assured that it has gone through it hasn’t. Back on phone today…disappointed
