    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk you’re taking the mick now, it was January 2021 when we signed up to a faster service & paid for it all to be installed, yet we are still waiting for it to be connected!Lady this morning said she’d send an email with details of engineer…guess what.

    @TalkTalk Hi, since you upgraded my line to Fibre 150, 2weeks ago, it keeps dropping the internet for a few minutes and sometimes for hours, even when the WiFi router is showing white. It also shows orange at times too. Never had this before the upgrade.

    @TalkTalk Dreadful customer service this morning - asked to call you back within 48 hrs. Sat on phone to contact you for an hour - advised to use Live Chat - your Live Chat service is WAY below par. Same tired old script your poor employees have to use.. NO HELP AT ALL

    I've spoken to 4 @TalkTalk agents, got told by one the money I pay isn't enough to have a stable internet and another I just got off the phone asked me 4 times why I wanted to speak to management. I think the reason is clear. Anybody over there want to help me out?
