    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’m Gordon I’ve received the router it’s now connected and my laptop is now using wireless connection thanks 🙏 please cancel the engineer due to come here on Friday. Everything seems ok now. Please note I’m not happy just had another fake call

    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk how can you keep charging people 10 weeks after they have passed away? You're bereavement team is appalling. No sympathy and now sending another bill! The service wasn't even used. It went live after the person passed away but you are still charging?

    @CityFibre whats the issue between CityFibre and TalkTalk thats preventing me from upgrading to their quicker speeds? They say there's an ongoing issue between the 2 of you and you wont allow connections to be switched from RFS4 status too allow the connection?

    @TalkTalk Yes she was. She lived alone and set up a new account before she died. We tried several times to cancel the account but because we couldn't access her account number we were told we couldn't so it continued and now you want to send us a final bill.

    @TalkTalk wifi stopped working you cut me off for 24 hours Then for it to work again Now for it to stop after I canceled the engineer!! Are you seriously taking the mick right now you expect me to pay £268 to leaves yous when your service is crap and the WiFi keeps going off!

    @TalkTalk You've already taken payments which you shouldn't have. She never got chance to use the service but money still left her bank which you took. We told you straight away about this.

    @TalkTalk please acknowledge that the internet down and we need you to fix it, i have important school stuff that i should be doing, but since the internet has went down, im not able to do any of that, talktalk, get your team and do your job, please, we all meed our internet back
