Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

Hi, @TalkTalk, I find your customer service to be terrible. You cancelled my #broadband order and won't tell me why. Your automated phone service is infuriating and tells me you haven't cancelled my order, 1/3

@TalkTalk Hello. I have been told that the issue is resolved, but my connection is still dropping out repeatedly. I can restore this by restarting the router, but it drops out again shortly after. The network issue hasn't been resolved
