Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@TalkTalk I have just spoken with PAM in technical support and she’s was so rude laughing not replying to me and also huffing and puffing down the phone #talktalk is the worst worst service I’m supposed to have 60.mbps which is what I pay for and it’s never above 35mbps!

@TalkTalk appalling customer service waited in as advised by text on four occasions for two hours. Previously three hours to customer care not resolved! DO NOT touch TALK TALK with a barge pole cheap and nasty!
