Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

It has been error after error and inconsistent messages, incorrect information and a complete and total display of how not to conduct any kind of customer service. Shame on you.
