@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

@TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@TalkTalk My parents have been disconnected from internet/landline for a full week now, constantly been told that it’s being fixed. Apparently the problem was fixed today but now there is a router issue for which they have to wait another 48hrs for an engineer.
