Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@TalkTalk Live in SO32 and have had no wifi since yesterday eve. All checks through website say no issues with our connection. All lights on boxes flashing as normal. Is there a mast issue? Costing a fortune in data and working from home a nightmare! HELP!

@Real_GSW @TalkTalk Get your complaint number and deadlock letter, then you can report them! They are just separate company giving scripted answers. I am in the process of reporting them. Also, they cant charge for leaving as they have broken the contract agreement.
