    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk so frustrating that I rushed home to be available for the 5hour installation slot and nobody has turned up. And our old service is turned off tonight. So we're caught out and upset about that. Please get this sorted for us asap.

    A sudden Internet fault has been detected, and Talktalk say they'll send an engineer to fix it 'in the next 2 to 3 working days'... I um won't be able to work for 3 days! I do not know what to do with this.

    @TalkTalk Doubt you will be able to help. I've been ringing nearly everyday and still no help. Apparently I'm the one who needs to chase the fraud department who don't answer there calls or pick up any emails. Absolutely horrendous service!!
