    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent an hour on chat. When I called up I was passed between SIX agents - yet I still cannot use your Digital Voice App. Maybe someone here cares enough to help me out?

    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    Hi, @TalkTalk, I find your customer service to be terrible. You cancelled my #broadband order and won't tell me why. Your automated phone service is infuriating and tells me you haven't cancelled my order, 1/3

    @TalkTalk Hello again @TalkTalk after a couple of hours of normal internet service, it all seems to have gone off again? More problems or a continuation of the earlier ones? Can you also confirm where I send my request for compensation for the mobile data I've had to use in the meantime?

    @scribbles78 Plusnet are as straightforwardly okay as you can expect. Signal is up and down, but generally good. Never go with Virgin unless you can face being on the phone with them for 12 hours every time there's the slightest issue. TalkTalk are also evil.

    Is there a problem with the dsl.pipex server on talktalk. The webmail is working but the server settings in outlook don't seem to be connecting @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk was on the phone to your retentions team for half an hour. Told me they were putting me on a short hold and 10 minutes later they hung up on me. Brilliant customer service that

    Sitting here catching up on one of @timthetatman streams and my wifi cuts ******** out and doesn't work. So I have to turn it off and on again which slows it down even more @TalkTalk sort out ur **** this is happening way to often, where my wifi just shuts down on me.

    Worst customer service from @TalkTalk Told on Monday a replacement router is being sent out, engineer came on Tuesday, also requested new router. Called today to get a tracking number & nothing on their system about a router being sent. How is that possible?
