Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. You cut my recently widowed mums broadband off and then said will be back on within 24 hours, that was 9 days ago with endless hours of calls. Thanks for making an already difficult time even more stressful!🤬

@TalkTalk been overcharged, refunded for that overcharge and then...you guessed it overcharged for the same thing! Tried to resolve but call centre staff were too busy playing tennis with my life passing me from billing to tech support..and back again...and back again!

@TalkTalk can’t get through to your customer service because I don’t know my home phone number since I don’t use it. Can’t login to my account because your portal is down and can’t get through to anybody on live chat even though your live chat is open. Great help!
