    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    @joelycett as defender of the people, I wondered if you can help? Despite being a @TalkTalk customer for 3 years, they have now left me, my wife and my new baby daughter without any internet for 84 Days (and counting) after they cut us off to “upgrade” us 🤬

    @TalkTalk I was told it was cancelled, but no email notification came. When I called customer care about the next steps, I was still waiting for someone to speak, and they just made me wait over half an hour without any results. @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalk hey guys, your support for Internet connection dropping while the hub stays up is basically non existent and blames home setup. I don't need a clueless chat operative to tell me about home setup. I need someone to actually check the damn line beyond right this second.
