    Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

    TalkTalk's dysfunction has beaten me. I can waste no more time on them or the CISAS arbitration scheme that @TalkTalk complaints dept referred me to. I've written to em saying that I'd accept a previous (rather mean) offer for days of lost service & much wasted time on the phone.

    @TalkTalk I have a complaint running since 28dec Allegedly a manager has tried to contact me but no missed calls or voicemail isn’t that strange, but typical of this terrible company it’s the third time and in my book it’s three strikes and out

    @TalkTalk After 48 hrs and more than 2 hours on chat, the issue cannot be resolved. For GBP 30 a month, I have other better options. if you can't fix this issue, then lets terminate the contract. This is getting ridiculous. Your Services are a JOKE

    @TalkTalk on your chat and have been left with no communication from you for 45 mins. Was being transferred and am just being ignored. This level of customer service is the reason I cancelled my switch over....a cancellation you have apparently ignored.
