    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    @TalkTalk Hello again @TalkTalk after a couple of hours of normal internet service, it all seems to have gone off again? More problems or a continuation of the earlier ones? Can you also confirm where I send my request for compensation for the mobile data I've had to use in the meantime?

    @TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

    @OurAsh1066 @Plusnet I am with talktalk, has anybody else noticed that when it comes to about 8 pm the wifi keeps dropping out or slowing so much it just keeps freezing. We are rural and have terrible internet speeds but its really bad in the evenings

    Left TT in Dec and sent box back, get an email confirming receipt of box. They then bill me £50 for the box. Spent ages talking to a rude lady who said they wouldn’t refund until next month then today they charge £12.50 for missing a payment. AVOID @TalkTalk

    @sjoram Long story short... billing problems! I’ve been charged for an engineer callout after being told on the live chat that the fee would be waived due to the number of problems I’ve had with the service. The engineer missed the appointment and I was told I’d be credited £25 @TalkTalk
