Ha ha! Broadband is so slow it won’t even let me log onto my @TalkTalk account to complain. Download 0.61Mbps, upload is 0.12 and it’s been like this for the past three days.

@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

@TalkTalk Really? Talk Talk has shocking customer service. We have had no Broadband for 8 days now after numerous phone calls. I can’t work from home, send or receive text message, use the internet, make landline calls, watch tv, listen to the radio etc. Rubbish!

@geteero hi, having added a 6th eero to my mesh network the app has suddenly changed to TalkTalk branded. This was a second hand unit, others have all been purchased new. Is it because the 6th unit was linked to a TalkTalk system previously? Can I remove the TalkTalk branding?
