@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

I've been waiting in for TalkTalk today for an internet upgrade. Between 8am-1pm they said... Still no one's here. Wife had the morning off work so I could work, she's now at a midwife appointment and I'm getting madder by the minute! It's a ******' joke. Super piss-poor.

@TalkTalk Wife has been on the phone to your lot. Some ******** cancelled the order, we didn't even know, so we've waited in all day for nothing! No one was even coming. She starts work from home next week leading up to maternity leave, this is very VERY poor service.
