@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I sincerely hope so. But you never know with TalkTalk. Each time I think it’s been addressed we get another letter. I don’t think anything gets written down or tracked there. My dad is 89 years old and shouldn’t be under this sort of stress.

Still waiting to hear from utterly useless @TalkTalk. I was promised a call on Monday or Tuesday - still not happened. In a reply to my tweet, I was invited to send a DM. Still@mo reply. Broken promises and total lack of customer care seems to be usual for @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk @sucooke They never reply to DMs either. The book appointments on the wrong day then just ignore you're messages to have it corrected. I'm certain it's so they can bill you for a missed appointment
