My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Also why does this keep happening in N London & Barnet. Lots of friends with same issue so not home setup as u suggest. @Ofcom

Your agent refused for over 1 hour to put me through to complaints! Finally told a callback would be today yet no call at arranged time
