@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk my talk talk youview is turning on however it keeps coming up with ‘talktalk test’. I’ve reset my box and internet to see if that would work and it still hasn’t. If there anything I can do to sort this problem out. First time it happened. #youview #help

@TalkTalk Thank, one problem though is the lines don't open until 8am and the LiveChat is continually showing as offline. That means it's not easy getting in touch to raise a call.

@TalkTalk It's a business account. I've now managed to speak to someone and been told to turn my router off and on again in an hour and that should fix it. Apparently you've got a RADIUS fault.

We've decided to get a new internet provider as @TalkTalk are ****. We've had no internet for days now & this is by no means the first time. We're not on contract any longer & pay double than we would if switching Any recoms? Understand price hikes on most from 1st July Thanks
