@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@jonharvey @TalkTalk We used @talktalk a number of years ago. Customer service was terrible, we moved as soon as we could and we never used them again. It's weird because they are renowned for it, but never want to change it.

@TalkTalk must be the worst company for customer service. They never listen to what you say. Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

@TalkTalk She apparently now owes over £200. She is a student with disabilities & no means to pay this. Customer services at your company say they can’t help as it’s with the debt collection agency now, but this debt should never have occurred & was no fault of hers. Please help!
