@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Well after 3 weeks of no internet, even issuing a formal complaint has not garnered any help from @TalkTalk so I have no choice left but to report them to the relevant ombudsman. No wonder 420,000 broadband customers have left & TalkTalk are £1.2billion in debt!

@TalkTalk I'm having huge issues with talktalk. My router needs replacing. Every time I try to chat after 5 mins I get logged out. On my 4th attempt a pop up screen appears and I cannot get rid of it. I just need a new router. I've run tests etc. Please DM me I'm losing my mind
