@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk every day this week and last week we have had intermittent Internet issues "no Internet access" . They tend to last anywhere between 10-60 mins. Can you please fix these issues? We pay for a service we aren't getting and I'm fed up of paying for it.

Not only passing the buck, but at one point they claimed I lied about asking for a renewal months ago, and then they said it was quicker for me to leave talktalk, as the only workaround was to create a brand new account and be without internet for the week. Wtf

@TalkTalk we are on day 3 of no internet. Day 3! Your outage us perhaps a @BTCare problem but if you don't have a back up plan for customers, YOU are at fault. Why can you not pay to piggyback another ISP? It's 2021!
