@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk @cymraesydwi We are leaving Talk Talk - absolutely dreadful customer service and fairly regular lack of service -- almost always after they have closed so you can't contact them. I hope they sort it for you but if it's like ours they won't.....still waiting for the Manager from days ago

@dontbuthesun8 @TalkTalk Dear God, I've spent 2 hours on a live chat with them. I cannot believe how poor the service is. Not being fluent in English being part of the issue then repeatedly making contradictory statements. I'm horrified at the lack of service and really wish I'd not left Sky

@TalkTalk I called again this morning. Offered 30 quid to buy a dongle lol. Will try shoving that in my Alexa, smart tv’s * 4 all the phones and pc’s. Honestly shocking never again. Bt are sorting all temporary Wi-Fi 4g etc etc. improved install date. Sorry I considered moving.
