@TalkTalk Hello. Yet again my internet is down. The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

  • Sup3rchilled Sup3rchilled (@Sup3rchilled) reported

@TalkTalk Not working again today 19/03/21. Reset router multiple times. Tried web. They just said reset it (which I already told them I did!) and now they say someone will call within 5 days?!

@TalkTalk Thanks. Could you maybe put a link to it on your website? Might be handy for customers. Already wasted so much time going round in circles there, yet no way to contact you. And creating a separate login for your community is a massive pain btw. All needs big improvement #TalkTalk

  • naming17534 Ministrat (@naming17534) reported

Having previously NOT REPORTED A PROBLEM with my line. @TalkTalk sent out an engineer, without me wanting/needing/requesting this, which has now CREATED A PROBLEM. Internet continually dropping and has now been fully down for an hour. Thanks for a terrible service.

  • Karthik_gr Karthik (@Karthik_gr) reported

@MinecraftZephyr @TalkTalk I think now it’s fine. Am getting my desired speed. Issue got resolved.

  • callumjohn28 Callum (@callumjohn28) reported

@LionofDuty @TalkTalk I'm having the same issue. They can't even provide any updates as to when this'll be fixed. Soon as it's back on I'm looking at other providers. Getting tired of the constant issues.

  • StuartCoster Stuart Coster (@StuartCoster) reported

@TalkTalk Actually what even is that link? Doesn't appear to be a live chat or any contact details. Any chance I can I just email you and get on with my day? This is bizarre. Please send customer service email address. Many thanks. #TalkTalk @MartinSLewis

  • S829MLY Asterism (@S829MLY) reported

@Ofcom @TalkTalk I have multiple sclerosis, I've had a text from open reach saying an engineer is booked but on the other hand asking do I really need one can I sort the problem myself.
