@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk another day of grim internet, couldn’t get any reception on my iPad late last night and the phone was unable to get much when it was quite close to the router earlier today too. Never been this bad before.

After 2+ years of diabolical service, both for broadband and customer, I'm finally giving up on #TalkTalk as my Internet provider. There just aren't enough hours in the day to spend on the phone to one of its 'computer say no' workers.
