@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk more internet issues. Telling me there’s no valid IP which is laughable. So you need to send me a new router because this is happening too often now. Either Wi-Fi won’t work or Ethernet. So sick of this crap, why am I even paying you if I have to fix it every time?!

@TalkTalk I had a call booked between 6pm and 8pm this evening to discuss my complaint. I received a text message at 18.10 saying you will call on 23rd June. Why haven't you called me today? I have been waiting since 23rd May for a call!!

@TalkTalk I appreciate that - I work for the NHS so I know how tough things have been. My issue is why we are told specifically that prices will not increase. It seems deceptive to me. I would prefer things to be upfront and honest.

@13sarahmurphy @NHSEngland She failed spectacularly at her previous job at Talktalk as well. Harding is the person to make it fail. The line from the Tories over the next 5 years is going to be, "we've tried to save the NHS, but it's way too difficult... we need to privatise it to save it"

@virginmedia Whenever i've worked with @TalkTalk or @bt_uk they went above and beyond when the mistake was on their end opposed to making the customer suffer.
