    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk I called to cancel my order last week, the lady confirmed she had done this and that I will receive an email to confirm etc. However I have not had a confirmation email, and the router has arrived. Pls could you confirm this has been cancelled? Tia

    @TalkTalk I did a home move in February. You created a new account at the new residence and left the line at the old address active. Can you get it sorted as your customer service has ignored all attempts to get it sorted. You instead cancelled my new account.

    @Neil71880688 @TalkTalk All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. So Talktalk internet will get a further £35 from me for being out of contract & leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    Dicey behaviour from @TalkTalk. They want a cancellation fee on the grounds that I didn’t give a month’s notice. But I did: their system was broken for weeks. I called three times. Each time they promised to call back—never did. Now they’ve put me on hold and disconnected me.
