    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk: Hello, There is a fault with the T.V. Box as, on the Catch-Up Service App.s, no new Episodes are being added; in some cases, the only Episodes are from far back as 2016. This happened a few weeks ago and this fault is still Present. Can you assist...? Thanks!

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I cannot believe I'm still without Internet. This is the 6th day and I work from home and having to take annual leave. The worst thing is nobody keeps you updated of what's going on. It seems its @OpenreachHelp fault not fixing the issue it's a disgrace

    @TalkTalk been trying to cancel your service since the 25th of August, was told to wait 5 days, nothing, again I called and was told to wait 3 days, got called from wrong department, passed around 2 or 3 times, last agent told me my cancellation would be started. 1/2

    Incredibly upsetting conversation with someone in the complaints department of @talktalk. So awful. Even when I said I couldn't discuss this any further right now he insisted on continuing, saying "I am telling you I am disconnecting your account"

    @Saccaguru I remember when she ran TalkTalk. I still don't know to this day which criminals stole my personal details. I do know she did **** all about it. Other internet providers are available.

    @TalkTalk I have just spoken to an extremely helpful man in your accounts department (see,you do employ one) and he managed to explain what the Openreach engineer couldn't be bothered to. If your colleague's advice works I will be eternally grateful and never darken your door again.
