@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Dm does nothing I get no proper response from DM. supposedly a manager is already following my complaint whom promised to call back with no call back at all. Been promised appointments too, with no shows. The only thing @talktalk are good at are lying to you

@alessroby @bt_uk I got told the issue was my end and if they sent a technician out it would cost the same as canceling my contract and moving... so I moved to TalkTalk and it has worked ever since. If they had just sent a new router I bet they would still have me.

@TalkTalk I live in Canada, my elderly parents in Norfolk have not had internet for several weeks. They are in their 80’s and have had service calls that haven’t been able to resolve this. They order shopping online- this is unacceptable

@TalkTalk Already have, multiple times. Plenty of call too. Problem resolved? Not a chance. @TalkTalk are totally inept with regards to customer service and resolving issues. I urge everyone to use an alternative provider - Sky, BT whoever - just not @TalkTalk #awful

@TalkTalk Hi, our internet is down. Impossible to speak to a human being when calling the multiple numbers for you online. The options keep asking me about our landline - we don’t use one. Trying to log into my account but tech issues aren’t allowing me to do so. Please assist.
