    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk Could a rep contact me regarding billing. Have been billed for an engineer that you sent to fix an issue that we didn't know about until they were sent. Good job my contract ends may as it wont be renewed.

    @TalkTalk Again. Temporary fix and now no reply to DMs this morning. Your customers can only take so much. Sent DM requesting complaints email address so can copy in @BBCWatchdog getting less patient with this company.

    Love the way you @TalkTalk advise my friend @martin_molyneux that he needs to cancel his account with you as it was never set up by you<< TT in the first place then when you<< do and redo a new one for him you charge him a fee close to £97 for doing so ?? #explain that 1 :(

    @TalkTalk Spent over 7 hours on live chat and then 30 minutes today trying to sort problem with router. "Definitely fixed" the problem for a grand total of 4 hours. Nobody wants to give out the complaints contact details. Not good customer service. Next step cancel contract.

    I'm gonna take this opportunity to just say again how unbelievably poor @TalkTalk are as a broadband provider and also a company in general. If you're ever thinking of joining them, seriously reconsider and just don't do it
