    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk this is the 3rd time in 15 months that this has happened. It’s not good enough! And no explanation or help from anyone, a website that is ridiculously difficult to navigate - it’s below poor standards!

    @TalkTalk Hello, no internet for 6 days last month and no internet today probably for another 6 days. Disgrace service and customer service don’t know what they are doing. I will be leaving as soon as my contract expires.

    @TalkTalk Make sure we get the service we are paying for until we switch? I would’ve thought now was THE time for the best customer service so we might consider coming back? Also TalkTalk is one of the only providers that don’t let you keep your email address forever. That’s rubbish too!
