@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk My elderly housebound mother has phone and internet with you. She contacted you on 18th Jan about a phone problem. BT Openreach were sent out last week. Now she has no internet or phone at all and you say no one can help until 10th Feb. This is not acceptable!

@TalkTalk What's the fastest way to MAKE A COMPLAINT to this company - without being directed to a forum? I've just been charged 42 quid which includes a late payment fee and simultaneously been told my payment is due on 12th Feb. Today, I believe, is only the 5th Feb. I WANT TO LEAVE

@TalkTalk Been without phone and internet for 2 days, customer service terrible said they would an engineer out on the 9th of feb so we have to go 4 days without phone or internet joke. Also accused us of lying about having COVID Talk talk is a joke!!

@cclason84 @TalkTalk Trying to speak to an actual human with talk talk is the worst. Took me 3 openreach appointments to get mine sorted but once sorted not had an issue with it in months.
