@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk and now tomorrow I have to waste more time ringing the ‘retentions’ team who I guarantee will put me on hold forever to cancel an account that I have asked to cancel 3 times. I am not paying a single penny more than I have already paid and advise others to go elsewhere!

@TalkTalk So far 13 hours wasted waiting for engineers who don't turn up and 6 hours over 3 days for TalkTalk to contact me to discuss complaint as per their texts ! No response to two complaint letters sent recorded and my mum hasn't even joined TalkTalk yet !
