@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk While chatting with your customer service person, she said if we get disconnected, it will take about two hours for you to contact me. Hear it again: about TWO HOURS to contact me, not to resolve my issue. So in the meantime I can't work. That will now be five hours!

@TalkTalk I am extremely dissatisfied with your services. I have been having internet disruptions for the past two weeks. It has now culminated over the past two days. On Friday, I was without an internet network from 7.30am till about 10.30am. Three hours! On a working day!
