@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Talktalk customer service who has turned out to be no service at all. Problems with my service which Talktalk are aware but have not escalated beyond asking for another DM, useless parasites

@TalkTalk I’m just updating my interested followers. You can imagine the frustration of having your broadband working again only to find it drop out again in the middle of doing something after a couple of hours. And this is the 2nd time in 6 months that we are having this issue.

Day 3 without #email @TalkTalk ?!?! And at a critical time of year where people need to keep in touch with family, friends, medical services etc!Really abysmal service....you lot need your asses kicked! #talktalk #rubbish 😡😡😡

Everyone my time streaming has been fantastic had some great times with you all, no idea when or if my internet will ever improve, so for the foreseeable future I will no longer we live :( @TalkTalk is there anyway something can change, probably not i know 🥺upload speed 0.8 help
