    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk I did want fibre 150, I joined on Friday but one of you amazing customer service member decided he couldn’t be bothered doing his job and acted like he was taking my details and doing a credit check, in reality he did nothing and gave me a fake order number..great service

    @TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel my account? Spoken with 4 different staff members with the last one hanging up. Why is there no cancellation option on the online account? I've honoured my 24 month contract with you. Extremely poor customer service

    @TalkTalk I rung Saturday to inform to not disconnecr my services today yet due to your team this wasn't done now I have had to rejoin as a new customer at a higher rate and wait 2 weeks for Internet. As a key worker that is working from home I really wish this could be escalated
