    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk I’ve just spent at least 40 minutes being transferred between 4 different departments until I finally get through to someone who might be able to help. Then their system crashes & the line goes dead. Literally losing the will to live here!!

I am not calling again as per my message you need to call me to get this sorted no further payments will be sent and I wish to log a formal complaint regains the service I have been provided so far and the time this is taking to get resolved !

    Imagine having to call up Talk Talk for over the last month trying to sort out a major complaint and waiting 3 weeks for a call back from the CEO team for them to keep rescheduling with no reason why… never received a call from them once! @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk are by FAR the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Genuinely emotionally stressful when having to contact them.

    @TalkTalk He called and was told it would be cancelled. Not his fault at all that you don’t keep records well of requested cancellation or cancel when asked. Please fix this and refund him. He’s been told a manager will call in the next 48 hours but that’s not good enough

    @TalkTalk my broadband was out from 4th August to 11th September. You failed to pay my compensation in the 30 days. After 60 days I reported you to the regulator, after calling you at least 8 times to resolve. You arranged to call me today. You didnt. Appalling service.

    @atrinder1 @TalkTalk Speak to your potential new account provider they may be able to help. My experience is that if you spend less than 1 hour on the line with TalkTalk call centre then you are very lucky.
