@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to reach your customer service centre for days to discuss my bill. The only people that appear to be available are your customer loyalty team who cut me off when I tell them I want to query the charge. This is despicable!

@TalkTalk Well that's the first time anyone has mentioned Openreach. So presumably it is a local exchange problem. Please apply more pressure on Openreach for more regular updates. It's been over 24 hours now, so you must realise how frustrating it is for all your customers.

@BumboSwerve @TalkTalk Exactly the same here in BD20. Dropping out every few minutes. I was offered a new router... I'd prefer the wider problem to actually get fixed tbh.
