@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

DO NOT GET @TALKTALK INTERNET! Sure they offer cheap deals but you will have HELL! Check message boards from the past year and you’ll see enough. Never stable and it’s more often than not, much much slower than they guarantee. #talktalk #badservice

Ha e spent an hour on the phone trying to sort out mybroadband with @TalkTalk after much faffing about & repeating myself was told I need an upgrade to correct my problem . Puts me through to upgrade , no one available, leaves message . Waiting an hour now for phone Unbelievable

Constant disruptions with @TalkTalk still. I cant afford to switch yet unfortunately and talktalk don’t do compensation. They also don’t give update on what the hell is going on! RIP to my data Shouldn’t have to ask when paying for a service that’s vital in this age!
