    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk The phone line for cancellations of UFO is shockingly bad!!! On hold over 1hr 30 for a second time today (after giving up this morning) - how can I cancel without spending all day on hold?!?!?

    @TalkTalk No its not - the link you sent me includes 2 other boxes that can record and have a similar spec to the one that has broken

    No internet since Saturday morning and @talktalk say it may be another 3-5 business days until we get any service back, totalling at least 10 days without internet! Not our first issue like this, either. Could not recommend any internet provider less. Avoid at all costs!

    @TalkTalk we will never use the talk talk service again after being with you for 8yrs. Debt collectors LCS called over a £19 outstanding bill after a cancellation confirmation of contract was sent to us. Threatening calls, emails and texts A bit over the top don't you think?

    @TalkTalk Still no service - since 5 September. Promised call from Technical Customer Service rep yesterday at 5pm didn't materialise. How much longer til this is sorted?
