    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk on Friday on behalf of my very sick father we reported a fault with the line ...he has had no phone all weekend so can not call for help..You have failed to deal with the issue ..yet send him a questionnaire on how you did.....fix the issue ASAP

    @TalkTalk congratulations on being the absolute worse internet provider going. I've had 3 bad disconnections in the last week alone. If it's not sorted out soon I'm changing provider because this is ridiculous

    @TalkTalk Phone down last week, on/off intermittently. Worked today now off again. Reported and told it national issue with outreach and nothing can be done. No managers on a Sunday- what kind of nonsense is this?

    @TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed with the way you treat your customers. Over one month ago my network was disrupted after a fibre upgrade and ever since then I have been calling and chatting your customer service to help me restore my internet,all my effort was to no avail😭
