@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk Funny talktalk cancel policy. My broadband contract ending 12th March, I got an email on 19th Feb says it's near end. When I tell customer service I want to stop auto renew contract, he says I need to give 30 days notice. I only got 3weeks from you btw

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk has the worst customer service experience EVER! Trying to make a payment over the phone was by far the most painful experience I have ever had. I spoke to 3 different people in the Philippines and the connection was awful. This took 50 mins!!! #notconnected
