@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk How on earth do I speak to someone? Terrible broadband service and possibly the most un-customer friendly company in the world. Online chat timeouts out and calling just puts me in a IVR loop

@TalkTalk #talktalk No Prioritising the vulnerable 2 weeks to get an engineer to fix a fault on the line. My mother is in her 80’s lives alone, has depression and shielding during lockdown. Telephone & Wi-fi is her only contact with the outside world. No mobile signal in house

We pay a lot for our @TalkTalk internet service, but it is not reliable, it is a major issue, especially when my wife has online lessons to teach, and my children struggle to connect to their lessons from home.
