@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk No thank you... And now I received a bag saying return your you've box or get charged £50 it seems talktalk can run roughshod over any agreement they have with a customer but god forbid the customer does vice versa... TalkTalk are untrustworthy imo and to be avoided at all cost.

@talktalk my WiFi wireless (not ethernet) cuts out constantly. Is this a common fault that you can advise me to fix? Had both master sockets (internal and external) replaced be engineers and still happens and has happened for 3 months.

@TalkTalk if I wouldn't have noticed the 30 day no charge early termination option would I have been tied into the deal I had even though you changed the terms... I'm basically asking is everything stacked in the favour of the multimillion pound ISPs and the customer just a walet
