@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk 6 weeks later and still nobody can speak to me that is not from a script/system says “no”. Disgusted and would not want another potential customer to suffer like this. All you did is swap a hub from another provider. Hub and/or change over problem.

@oldscousema @TalkTalk Watch out as your speed may drop (mine was so slow I couldnt watch tv) as they don't have priority connections at the exchange. I had to change back and had a ton of stress doing so.

@TalkTalk My Internet has been down since last Friday, apparently it's in the hands of Open Reach. An engineer came on Saturday morning and said he found a problem at the local exchange. Called TT they said it would be Wednesday or Thursday. To date no call to let me know what's going on
