@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@MarcAspinall I know its not the done thing and I am sure others will say different but we have never had an issue with BT. We have the fastest broadband in our street (neighbours have Sky, TalkTalk). Mind you we had a brand new line put in when we moved in

I have never been so disgusted by a service provider as i am @TalkTalk I have placed 2 orders for future fibre 500 and both times, some idiot has cancelled my order, I have spent 8 hours between agents on both chat and phone calls and will be leaving them 2moro what a sad joke!
