    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at June 13, 2022 at 04:15PM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk

    @TalkTalk FFS, now I get to answer the same hard sell questions with the new person on the phone when calling back. I don't want a better deal. I don't want to answer questions. I just want to cancel the service.

    @TalkTalk It seems to be impossible to get through to someone on the phone even after going through an automated voice system. The signal on the other end is horrific and I simply wanted to check some things on my account that I couldn't via the website

    @TalkTalk Just been hung up on for the fourth time. Fantastic work talk talk. I’ll message now. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a network company.
