@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

They’ve been reviewing this constantly for 3 weeks now !! and as it’s an open reach problem I was in hope they could explain them selves to me to justify 7 week delay

@TalkTalk Hello @openreach this has been escalated internally atleast 2-3 times a week now for the past 7 weeks and I’m just lost for words how we are still no closer to internet. I live in London amongst thousands of houses how can I be the only one with technical issues
