@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Not exactly a straight answer if your face to face representative tells me “you’re not on the best package”; Then your online agent tells me “you ARE on the best package”. Was on with online support for over an hour, so don’t know how more online checks are meant to help.

@TalkTalk appalling customer service. Told today that a router replacement supposed to be ordered 28/04 was never ordered even though I chased them 04/05 and was told that it was on its way. Basically customer services lied twice! Plenty of other providers out there folks.
