@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk dieant answer calls. And I've had enough. I've not had Internet since end of August. I have to rely on @ThreeUK for tethering for a connection and use my mobile data. You're engineers can't be bothered to turn up and I have to lose pay. I want to terminate my contract

@TalkTalk Well I've done all I can. I've sent the owners a copy of this conversation so they can see themselves. But perhaps there's something lacking from the customer services side of things that should be addressed, and you could be the one to bring it up and get some brownie points.

@talktalk Day 86 and still unable to return router. It's now a week since I requested a deadlock letter so that I can escalate my complaint to the ombudsman. Still waiting....

@TalkTalk well you've outdone yourself again. Said I was been contacted today between 14.00 and 16.00 to discuss the complaint I filed and its now 16.18 and not 1 phone call, email or text message. I'm not happy 1 bit so when u do eventually contact me, my tone won't be a happy 1

@TalkTalk Why do the owners have Internet Services, and not Phone services then? A cancellation request should only be acted upon on the date it is requested for. You provide the services to them, BT do not, so you must be the one that cancelled the service.
