@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !

@TalkTalk Nonstop issues with my internet since June and today either no connection or less than 2mbps speed. All you say is it’s the exchange but I never had ANY issues with plusnet here for over two years! This is costing me the earth in mobile data packages

@TalkTalk hi, I’m not sure if this will help but I’m having IP address problems such as connecting to PlayStation. Cant sign in on the PS4 or connect to there website from my phone. I did there fix and connect solution and they said contact my ISP.

@TalkTalk I did, I spent 2 hours on chat and it hasn't helped. Complaint maganer hasn't called me back yet, internet connection keeps resetting and I still get only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed when internet is on. Too much disruption during my working hours every day.
