@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Harding got the jog because of her intimacy with various Cabinet Ministers; at TalkTalk, where she screwed up she gave money to the Tory Party; hubby is the ‘corruption czar’ - pass the sick bag; she’s friends with Handcock who doles out contracts to friends. Since giving my notice to cancel my @TalkTalk service (as they do not offer a service that my new provider does) I have received FIVE e-mails and TWO letters in the post. This is how to not retain customers!

Confusing technical help from @TalkTalk two different operatives to conduct a line test. Ended up without working landline. First technical chat I have had which has actually made things worse. #internet #CustomerService
