@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@RachelLH17 @TalkTalk Issues for hours here in West Yorks since mid aft. My wife who is needing to work from home tomorrow is not impressed to say the least! We've been new customers for just over a month and it's effectively been out 3 times now, took our old EE service about 5 years to achieve that.
