@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

If anyone is thinking about getting Talktalk let me tell you save urself from poor service it’s not worth it. They are a bunch of scammers. Poor network service. Having to deal with Maintenance service which cause even more problems.

@JordanW56490669 @TalkTalk This has been an issue all day. It's apparently an exchange issue. I wish TalkTalk would be upfront about these issues instead of first asking everyone to check service centre, and then, when that doesn't work, asking for a DM. Why not simply have a system status we can all see.
