    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk explain why you’ve failed to cancel my account, wrongfully charged me for an engineer and I’m now I’m down £100 for your mistakes but every time we ring we are refused to be put through to a manager and put on hold and hung up on?

    @TalkTalk No broadband since NYE. Endless questions and my answers have not produced a solution after several hours. Indeed the additional questions suggest the individual who I’m trying DESPERATELY to communicate with doesn’t have a clue and/or a solution to NO BROADBAND

    @TalkTalk no wifi/broadband since 28th December, no phone signal so basically off the grid. Promised calls back, nothing received. Worst service I have ever experienced. Website says open new years day, not able to call. Same today!!!
