@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Another day, another week of @virginmedia issues, honestly if anybody is looking for internet service, I'd NOT recommend virgin, talktalk is better and honestly someone should sue the **** outta them for false advertisement, fastest speeds my ***, coffee goes through me quicker

Oooooh tut tut @TalkTalk the issue I had only a few weeks ago is now back and lost all connection again showing as a fault with exchange. Didn't get a refund for loss of service first time so let's get that sorted shall we? I ain't paying full bill again for this ****.

@TalkTalk I have just been advised that after an hour on the phone ‘no-one in Customer services can help you’. Appalling response. My 3rd attempt to get email confirmation of my contract that was promised in December. Apparently, this is impossible! What kind of business is this?
