@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

I'd like to know @TalkTalk how you have not got a phone number transferred to another address for my service to be activated yesterday when have had to weeks to transfer this. More bs from @TalkTalk again. Took you 3 months to get me activated when I signed up now again I moved!!

Absolutely crap WIFI @TalkTalk - logged onto work less than an hour ago and it's already gone off!!! And all they can do is send an engineer as they have done 3 times already!!!

@TalkTalk I spoke to a customer service advisor yesterday as my Internet has been down for 3 days. They said that there was work going on in the area and that it would be sorted as soon as possible. Can you give me any more information about this as i am unable to work? Postcode is CF31
