    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @StuddedHelmet @TalkTalk @CityFibre I’m having a similar issue. Basically CityFibre havnt given Talktalk full access to their lines to enable upgrades so we’re stuck paying through the ******* nose until CityFibre sort their **** out! It’s a disgrace! Can’t renew or leave as nobody can do anything!! 😡

    @steven_brough I'd been investigating LTE routers with bridge mode. 18GB for an unlimited data SMARTY SIM for a month. Bridge mode into my existing network. Cancel TalkTalk altogether, mobile Internet for the 10-30 days, then new Vodafone service

    @TalkTalk Hi Talk Talk, My internet is down since yesterday Morning and till now no resolution is given to me. Called 3-4 times yesterday and 2-3 times Today. Still waiting. Lost my day work yesterday and will loose my day work Today as well.

    @TalkTalk An outage hardly is “planned maintenance”. Be honest, do not hide behind bull. Tell you current customers the truth openly! We can vote with our feet at next renewal - most service industries realise this.
