    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk The manage Lisa King was unhelpful as didn’t have any awareness of my case , when I then explained my case she still seemed unaware as, this was displayed in her response ie, said I didn’t report the lost of service .

    @TalkTalk Please can you explain to me why when you can't provide a service at my new property I am charged an exit fee after being advised I won't be? 3 different departments and chats all not able to take ownership of this! I was happy with your service till I had to leave!

    @TalkTalk Hi there's no need for a DM - I'm not the account holder so you'll just refuse to give me any info anyway. Would be nice if you could be a bit more open about your network status publicly, seeing as it's used by more than just the account holders.

    @TalkTalk no phone line or internet since Friday and I still haven't been told when this will be fixed or when an engineer will be coming 🤬🤬🤬 love paying for a service I can't use

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve even offered to pay additional fee and upgrade my account to get better up and download speed but has no answer at all. If not customer service then who can answer my question?

    so not only can talktalk not get our internet service at the new place started til the 8th they've also switched off our current service early so uh. see you on the other side?

    @TalkTalk I can't run your live service test because the router says its connected but there's no response from webpages - hence is DNS problem. Why can't you just post public service info on a public facing page for reference? This is ridiculous.
