When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged ยฃ37m. Nice work if you can get it.

Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged ยฃ50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the ยฃ50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been โchattingโto SEVERAL โdepartmentsโ for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
