@TalkTalk my elderly friend has waited in all@morning for an engineer- no show. Just been informed they might not even come to house. Your appalling customer service team have wasted 30 minutes of our time and have managed to disconnect our call-having to go over it all again!!!

@TalkTalk Hello, I recently moved to a new apartment and I have been disconnected. An Engineer came about a week ago and mentioned the house isn't connected after getting on the pole outside. He left without fixing the new broadband sent. There's isn't any help. Pls help

@TalkTalk been down for hrs. We’re both trying to work on urgent projects n kids on uni stuff. All @TalkTalk staff say is go online - er, hello?🙄and when you do get through, they say ‘issue’ & ‘misalignment’ and that they’ve no idea on hours/days it will take to fix.

@TalkTalk why is it so hard to cancel. There is nothing on the app or website to leave. Then when you use the messaging service it chops and changes between people so much that you're left confused as to if its happened or not. Been charged for 3 months now
