@TalkTalk I have been trying to contact you all day. I had full fibre broadband put in on Thursday. It worked for one day and now it is no longer working. I have tried phoning you with no success and your chat service cannot locate my account.

Definitely made the right call streaming everything Village related last night, since the wife is now on the phone to @TalkTalk trying to find out why our internet has completely crapped out. Last two days, WiFi problems, now even wired connection isn't working.

@TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.
