Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I have just spoken with PAM in technical support and she’s was so rude laughing not replying to me and also huffing and puffing down the phone #talktalk is the worst worst service I’m supposed to have 60.mbps which is what I pay for and it’s never above 35mbps!

@TalkTalk Hey Talktalk. You cut off my 95 year old mother from her phone and broadband on Monday at 10am. She has an emergency pendant. Please sort this out NOW.
