    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    I have NEVER known an ISP more difficult to leave than @TalkTalk ! The social media chap is doing his best to help, but there is no guidance on the website, the live chat is constantly busy and the phone ringback isn't working.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I have never been so disgusted and shocked by a company. Your customer service is disgusting, your internet is worse. You don’t action complaints. I have a fault but to send an engineer you want me to pay but as I won’t you are just leaving the fault.

    @TalkTalk so because you can’t provide a working internet or want me to pay engineers fee to fix it I now want to leave and you think it’s acceptable to charge me £121 to leave a contract your can’t fulfil??!

    @TalkTalk the customer service is far from ideal. Who tells the customer to call each day until the issue is resolved. I have better things to do with my time than call Talk Talk for a daily complaint session?! Anyone else dealing with this nonsense?

    @talktalk is the shittiest internet. I've had it since October and am paying for 36mbps and I have never had more than 12mbps. Called to complain, was told that theres a problem with the local exchange but they don't know when it can be fixed? Told me to call daily?!
