Steve (@yucca7) reported@kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk My virginmedia has gone down twice in two weeks, it's been down all day so today. Earlier on this year it was down form Saturday evening until Sunday afternoon. It's too unreliable and if you work from home then prepare to lose money.

I pay them at of money for a service that is just too unreliable. Going down at peak times over the weekend and during the working day.. Their service has really gone downhill.

I was promised an extender in 3-5 days. Now at 10 days and nothing. My upgrade appears to be a downgrade. A disappointing service. Can you help?
