@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk What are people actually paying you money for? You should refund or compensate for every day there isn’t internet in people’s homes. Ours has been down here for the past few days, nothing at all. Having to use our 4G, absolute joke.

One good thing for both Vodafone and TalkTalk though, given that neither have stellar reputations: I have had zero problems getting through to them on the phone in the evenings which presumably is peak. I was on hold for about 2 minutes tonight, think that's the worst I've had.

@VodafoneUK TalkTalk were confused. "But you kept the landline number, they must have been notified of the cancellation because we took the phone line away from them" I'm also confused, as the Vodafone C/S I'm talking to had just said "oh yeh I can see the line is inactive" so WTF LADS.

@TalkTalk when choosing you to provide broadband for me and my young family, do you feel it is appropriate to continually delay my order? Is it a war of attrition? Do you treat all your long standing customers with the same disdain? Weeks of waiting, my patience has run out.
