  10 Nov to 9 Dec - Account will take 7 days to cancel Today - Oh it'll be cancelled on 24/12. And still no manager call @TalkTalk this is outrageous this should have been cancelled by now, but now I have to wait until Christmas Eve???

  @BagenalCharley @TalkTalk Mine has been disconnected for more then a month and after calling them every three days, still not working. They are unprofessional and the UK government should provide for laws to protect the citizens against these abuses.

  Told the matter is now at an end. I ask if, in the rep's time as a customer retention agent, they had encountered anyone with a greater reason to leave @TalkTalk, noting that THEY called ME out of the blue, asking me (or my namesake) to stay.

  @TalkTalk On your messages, you suggest to try your chat service. Your chat system is hard to find in the meandres of your poor website. Then, once we try to use it, it does not start and seems broken. How can we find solutions to our problem if we are only faced with call centre

  @TalkTalk I can see you replying to everyone else, but not to my issue where I've been lied to MULTIPLE ******* TIMES by your advisers and now I'm being told to wait until 24/12 for my account that I have never used to be cancelled? ******* joke, the lot of you.
