    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

    @TalkTalk my 85 Yr old mum has not had a live line for 3 days now, this includes her emergency call system. She cannot telephone anyone at your end and does not "do" Internet. I cannot talk to you as " I am not the account holder" Where do we go from here?

    @OpenreachHelp our internet is down in LS18… so is another 8 households in our estate who also have @TalkTalk. We have (all 8 of us) NO internet since Tuesday. @TalkTalk are stating a problem at your end, but the other 500 households in our estate with other providers are okay.

    @TalkTalk Today we signed with a new carrier. As talktalk said I should use my mobile limited data plan to check their service center (at my cost), I went with EE home hub! You never updated us. Your phone service gave no answers. You don't care the cost to customer. #byebyetalktalk

    @TalkTalk Account: 1475891, please check all communications in the past 6 months and you’ll see why I think TT are incompetent. We are a small business and just needed support and some quick action but your company is incapable it would seem.

    @TalkTalk my mum and step dad have had issues with their landline since yesterday. They've tried talking to your customer services for an hour and a half before giving up as the representative they spoke kept going round in circles. Landline needed back desperately!

    @TalkTalk Thank god my switch from talk talk no more of these faults. Go get the 3 three 5g box no more broadband problems
