    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @Lewie_Kong @TalkTalk Shite eh? I've had really bad connections with them recently and the price has gone up. Just waiting for BT to sort out my straight to the home fibre then I can get rid of TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk ever since moving to your service the other day from @BT I've had nothing but trouble from what is supposed to be a faster speed WiFi compared to what I had. The TV lags when watching a film and phones lag when on social media and YouTube etc! Please can you help.

    @TalkTalk My TT broadband has been appallingly slow for a week and every time i contact TT they blame it on home set-up. I can't even connect to my work network at times though my laptop is connected via ethernet. The speed is unstable and download speeds come down to less than 1mb a

    @whakkajack @TalkTalk Luckily the issue was resolved by 5:00pm Thursday, open reach phoned me this morning, told the lad everything is fine now but he still checked everything

    @TalkTalk So your company is CHOOSING to put prices up even though people had no choice to stay at home and by proxy use the Internet more. And your service hasn't even been that good over the last year. I've had to raise multiple technical issues and get an engineer out. Shameful.

    @chris_b69 @TalkTalk I'm going to send them a bill for all the pay per view services I haven't been able to used because of their incompetence. But they're really sorry! 15+ years of customer loyalty is swiftly coming to an end. Just send them an email, don't waste your time on the phone to them
