    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk advisors use the term ‘cheers’ responses. How unprofessional is that, especially when your making a complaint! Save that term when your with your mates down the pub!

    @TalkTalk what an absolute joke your service is. Been on the phone for two hours trying to book an engineer to come out and fix my dad's landline. My dad is 87. We have been passed from pillar to post. My mum passed away recently and this is giving him untold stress.

    @TalkTalk it’s been 7 days since I requested the CEO team to contact me. What are your timescales for customer contact? Having to wait 7 days is ridiculous! If you listened and did your jobs properly you we wouldn’t be in this position!

    @TalkTalk So disappointed with you. My elderly grandparents phone line was down due to an error on YOUR part which left them with no way of contacting anyone. I called the customer services line to rectify this on my mobile and have been billed over £20 for the privilege (1/2)

    I'm sick of TalkTalk just adding extras to my account when I've specifically indicated that I don't ******* want them. Their website is so bad too. Extra £4 this month for some **** I don't want and wouldn't use.

    @TalkTalk I urge everyone to seriously think twice before using @TalkTalk as your ISP. Shocking customer service. Tell you to cancel via the cancellation line but no one answers and they continue to take your money !

    @TalkTalk Hi there, I really need to a customer agent to speak to with the phone as I have no internet. The automated system takes me through the same avenue and hangs up. Please can you help as it is impacting my work? Thanks
