    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @virginmedia 2nd time this week your network has been down in Oxford. 9th time this year. Apparently your business customer care team doesn't work weekend. Appalling way to treat your customers. @TalkTalk you guys need to teach virgin how to look after their customers.

    @Independent I have the same problem with TalkTalk, have had for a couple of weeks. And same re solution in that Google DNS does not solve it. Interesting...

    @TalkTalk Can you tell what services will be affected please, I’ve woken this morning to no broadband! Line test tells me a problem but nothing else in relation what it is or how to fix!!

    This now impacts my work stuff as I require a fast Internet to work on my work packages. Avoid @TalkTalk people, they really haven’t got a clue. Their customer support treat you like an idiot - even though I work in IT and know what I’m going on about.
