Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

@WeAreOpenreach Hi Paul: our provider TalkTalk informed us that ‘planned engineering work on the network,’ by the network provider - Openreach - is the reason we are currently without internet. No-one was made aware of this planned engineering and it happened in the middle of the working day

@TalkTalk is the worst service ever! I have been trying to process a house move for over a month. OVER A MONTH!!!! And this morning I have woken up to yet another email saying YOU have cancelled it. Beware of getting your internet from @Talktalk
