    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk There's nothing to discuss over DM. You're lucky I still have the keys to my old flat. it's disappointing after 3 phone calls 2 online chat agents to cancel you didn't even listen or take my new address and still want me to send stuff back. Genuinely one of the worst companies.

    @TWISTED1979 @TalkTalk @NetflixUK Had talk talk few years back, wangled our way out of the contract after a few months as it was terrible, almost like dial up from the nineties! Been with sky since, might be more expensive but never have any problems. Also virgin very good if u can get them in your area

    @TalkTalk what’s the deal with the letter saying you’ll fine me £50 for not returning my old router? Surely I’ve paid for this bit of kit many times over during my contract? How about I fine you for attempting to put my contract up by £15 per month for exactly the same service!!!

    @TalkTalk Internet service providers (ISPs) must now give users a minimum guaranteed broadband speed before they sign up to a new contract, under consumer protection regulations introduced by telecoms regulator Ofcom on 1 March.
