@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

@AmazonUK I would, but I never got my free Alexa from talktalk...I gave up in the end...They kept promising to send an email, which they did, days later each time, instead of simply sending the Alexa, so I kept forgetting to find and open the email to apply...

@Shaolinfatboy You should bring this up with the Ombudsman. Slightly different situation (& different Ombudsman) but I had a problem with TalkTalk over charging me. I refused to pay more than I owed. They added interest & they sent debt collectors. I contacted Ombudsman, TalkTalk wiped debt.

@TalkTalk yano what considering the new eero boxes are ment to be amazing they are absolutely crap get told 150mg an 1500 square foot of coverage but struggle for signal in the back bedroom upstairs its an absolute joke now all my devices keep disconnecting upstairs constantly

@jayesstoo @Madnotbad60 It seems a bit like internet service providers; it doesn't matter if I'm with BT and you're with Virgin or TalkTalk or whathaveyou. But the providers/servers/instances have different rules and other features I haven't worked out - perhaps what appears most prominently/local news.
