@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

@TalkTalk your internet and service is diabolical, I’m currently paying for ‘fast broadband’ but yet my average speed is 2mbps or none existent. Im done with your crap company, you wont ever let me cancel my contract without issuing me a payment of £100+ which is disgraceful

@TalkTalk I've never known a system where a customer with the means to pay simply gets peppered with your ridiculous, errant penalty charges. I went from a direct debit customer for over a year to one who hates, literally hates this parasitic company. Roll on a few more days ... 3/

Just had a minor internet issue with @TalkTalk but they fixed it the very next business day. With @virginmedia it often took 3 or more (often more) weeks! #maketherightchoice

@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

@TalkTalk My internet been down since 2am Sat morning...can't get through on phone states TalkTalk is closed and so no further jnfo. This is very inconvenient, there are 5 of us in the of 2 us working and 1 studying, very unacceptable
