Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk When I was experocing issues and took hours to get through to someone, I was told you don't have a dedicated line for vulnerable priority customers? As someone who is meant to be on that list can I ask for the number please?

@TalkTalk I would just like to say you’re company is rubbish. My son has your broadband and it keeps dropping out. He contacted your wonderful customer support. Only to be told ‘if you pay £126 you can end your contract’. Your CEO will be receiving an email🤬
