Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Poor service @TalkTalk. Ordered full fibre 11 days ago, told it would be connected today, never received emails after giving bank details for DD. After an HOUR on phone yesters discovered order had never gone through. Could hardly hear or make out what Indian lady was saying..

@Plusnet My WiFi keeps dropping and has done for the last 2 weeks adt random intervals and varying times. If I wanted rubbish WiFi i would have stayed with TalkTalk. Please fix this.

@TalkTalk Once again fibre has gone down, what is going on? Never any explanation as to why! Four properties in our street that have fibre are without internet, it’s absurd, last outage was at the end of November and down since yesterday, what exactly are we paying for?

@TalkTalk I did, as per usual, no timescale given for a fix. It's only been on 3 weeks since the last 3 day outage 🙄 really regretting moving to talk talk. Another promise of compensation for loss of service, which I won't get again.
