    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk My virginmedia has gone down twice in two weeks, it's been down all day so today. Earlier on this year it was down form Saturday evening until Sunday afternoon. It's too unreliable and if you work from home then prepare to lose money.

    @TalkTalk hey , I have ordered 900MB but have the same service with BT will there be a date when the service switches over, also I presume I don’t need an engineer as the ONT is already fitted in my new build ?

    @kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk I wouldn't recommend virgin media if you need a reliable stable service. Take that from an existing virgin media customer.

    @IPiskulla @TalkTalk You are right absolutely awful customer service trying to renew my contract it’s 15th time I called but they don’t understand and hung up phone.. 😠

    @TalkTalk Probably a good idea you take me off hold and let me cancel my contract before I hang up and cancel my direct debit before my last bill is due

    @kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk What really gets me is how blzise they are about it. No sense of urgency just lip service. I pay them at of money for a service that is just too unreliable. Going down at peak times over the weekend and during the working day.. Their service has really gone downhill.

    @TalkTalk Contacted you on 25 Feb about Eero 6, installed as an upgrade on 21 Feb. It does not have the range for my whole house. I was promised an extender in 3-5 days. Now at 10 days and nothing. My upgrade appears to be a downgrade. A disappointing service. Can you help?
