    @TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

    @TalkTalk 2 weeks. 2 ******* WEEKS!!!! We haven't had internet for 2 weeks because of you! You sent an engineer out, he said there was no problem and left. Internet was still broke. You send a new box, has even worse signal than the old one and stops working after a day.

    Are TalkTalk deliberately giving us poor service to make us upgrade? Just spoken to them on the phone and they blamed the intermittent connectivity problem to my package, and suggested that I changed it. Problem is I hear the new packages are no better! @TalkTalk @itvnews

    @TalkTalk Sorry for my outburst Joey. The problem is last night myself, @mattoggy_ and @DaLastDandelion were on the bevs and trying hunt bunda on omegle. But the Internet cut out every time a fat back was found and we had to skip pass many fellas stroking themselves. Im stressed Joey mate

    @TalkTalk Cant speak to customer service,all I get is a recording saying your aware of an issue Its been 24 hours and nothing My parents are elderly and vulnerable,they need the phone line We want to speak to someone not just a recorded voice. Appalling service

    @TalkTalk Just got a bill for internet (£25) and landline (£9+), the landline I have disconnected due to exorbitant charges and haven't used in a month. Internet was down last night also.

    @TalkTalk Question for you, why are you so ****, unreliable, liars, money grabbers/thieves, have people work for you who have NO idea what they’re on about or even understand, put words in your customers mouths and more?!?! It’s a ******* joke and absolutely beyond me!

    @ToxicAngel84 @_AndreaUrbanFoX @TalkTalk They will have to prove they have made an effort to contact you regarding the debt, as they haven't, this is poor form and the courts will take a dim view. If it's a 'letter before court' (should be on the heading) make sure you reply disputing the debt.

    @ToxicAngel84 @TalkTalk I had issues with them too. No wifi for hrs on end after the switch so cancelled straight away.
