    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk This company is terrible New, customer 3 days after start up date still no internet. .. No engineers available is the excuse Having to chat to a person in the Philippines Waiting on the phone for 4 hours for them to try and fix the problems is unacceptable

    @yell999 @TalkTalk Especially the inconvenience where the mail in this outage may be forever lost and worst still some sender's may never send to that email address ever again. This is what's preventing government emails now being delivered from a different outage a month ago.

    @TalkTalk Thank you Jo, yes it does appear to be resolved now. This has happened a few times in the last month so I hope that you have now resolved the issue now as it is quite disruptive to lose email. Thanks again, Andy
