Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@cyptoon @TalkTalk One time an advisor wanted to ring me back on the landline when that was the issue. Took me 10 minutes to get through to their thick nappa that he couldn’t. Wtf is that all about?

@TalkTalk Right - my point is that the requirement to zoom is because of the bad design. I know how to zoom in my email reader - many people may not. Just removing the italics would make a big difference.

@TalkTalk pay to maintain my email and tried to add my wife’s account. Was told to use Myaccount but can’t login due to technical issues which have lasted a month. Phoned Talktalk and after about a hour on the phone was promised a call back which weeks later has not happened.

@TalkTalk one week after joining… still no internet working.. sent an engineer you knew would not be able to fix the issue? Now told another 3 days with no internet ? You are costing me £500 i expect the issue RESOLVED TODAY and a call from a customer service manager.
