@TalkTalk thanks for forcing me to go to the lengths of having to pay £35 for a certified copy of LPA simply to cancel my mother’s account, now that she no longer has capacity. No doubt if she’d died you would’ve put me through worse. Disgusting firm.

@TalkTalk trying to cancel contract. Unhelpful advisor has put me on hold now as I won’t renew. She’s now waiting for me to hang up so she doesn’t have to talk to me!!? What’s going on? I’ve been on this call for 30 mins now
