Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Hi, I am still having issues, whilst the initial fault was bilsdale mast, apparently most areas have had reception restored, my TV in bedroom has been re-tuned and working fine, but TV with you view box, is only working on catch up and live BBC, I cannot get the guide up, advise

@TalkTalk Hey @TalkTalk I had a service outage (days) in July. I thought compensation for this would be automatically applied to my bill, but that does not seem to be the case.

@TalkTalk I am still having issues, the main fault was bilsdale mast, but most areas have now got reception restored, my free view TV is working in bedroom, but not in lounge, cannot get normal TV, can get catch up, can you please advise

@TalkTalk Cut off 4 times: promised a call back. If this was a one off it wouldn’t be quite so bad, but I’ve wasted 3 hours repeating myself. I’m guessing you think that if you make things really difficult people will just give up? Shockingly bad customer service AGAIN

@TalkTalk Been getting 3mbps all day, multiple attempts to contact you to no avail. Recently moved and ever since connection issues, will be cancelling tomorrow, never have I received such poor service
