@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Fault Ref REP-12716314.I wasted too much time getting nowhere this pm talking to one of your staff about my internet connection - mostly non-existent, sometimes intermittent. The problem is to do with speed. I am meant to be getting 68mbps-but it is between 1.7 and 6.05

@TalkTalk I seem to be caught in an overrunning April Fools joke. Without Internet for over 24 hours with hours spent on chat and an engineers visit confirming a new Eero is needed, an email saying the situation resolved despite no change and cut off twice from calls. Someone please help!

I still don’t have internet access in my new house… I waited 24hrs like @TalkTalk said and still nothing. I have a feeling it’s an issue with open reach or the Eero routers…
