    @TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

    @TalkTalk my mum has been charged £340 on her phone bill for making phone calls to your team, to fix her Wi-fi which has been an ongoing issue. Why should she be charged for phone calls to fix an issue that is not her fault?

    @MartinSLewis I’m extremely technically aware and so was so annoyed with myself to be very nearly scammed by a TalkTalk “sorry to see you go, final invoice” scam email. As it arrived literally seconds after I’d finished a call to cancel my genuine account. No money lost thankfully.

    Loyal customer for over 4 years and @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup treated me with no regard. You should leave when you can. Better off anywhere else

    @TalkTalk trying to charge me a £90 termination fee for a contract renewal I didn't consent to then telling me there's 'nothing they can do'. Laughable. Sort your systems out. I never consented and didn't even receive an email from you asking about renewal for me to 'confirm'.
