Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

@TalkTalk I tried. Despite almost £37 a month coming out of our bank account (which I proved) they asked how I was billed? We haven’t had a bill for years? Sorry can’t help you then was their reply. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to change provider

@TalkTalk just received email from talktalk that my fiber65 service had been cancelled from another company. I have also lost connection about 1.5 hours ago. I have no knowledge of the service cancellation

@TalkTalk My wifi speeds have been less than 1mbps for 40+ hours and the customer support team have been very unhelpful and have been calling 2 days in a row, we have a Key worker who cant access work properly due to having almost no wifi speed, and 2 students who are relying on wifi!

@TalkTalk Area not listed in list but broadband & phone is dead, would have been nice to know in advance, some of us work nightshifts from home. Sms or an email to hard to send? Reroute vis different provider while you working on your network? 😤😡🤬
