@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

@TalkTalk You refuse to cancel my account. It was supposed to end 22 August. Each time I contact someone tells me they will but it never happens and you keep taking my money! 6 separate occasions someone has told me it will be cancelled.

@TalkTalk Help! My broadband and landline have been down since 13th September. Resolution date keeps moving out, now oct3rd. Told it is due to a problem that began after our fault occured! Tried escalating but just palmed off with platitudes

Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had an open reach repairman out today and my internet connection has massively improved. However the WiFi signal is still very weak and cannot be connected to in my daughters room which has not been a problem in the past

@TalkTalk you tried to take a direct debit on the bank holiday said you couldnt and couldnt try again so now we have to pay by card on our account. Every time i try no matter what card or payment i use it says cannot be done at this time. Is there a problem with online payments?
