I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

This is an #NHS practice which pays you to look after them. Just as well they pay us to look after them properly! We mitigated your faults before the first patient was on site!

You don’t action complaints. I have a fault but to send an engineer you want me to pay but as I won’t you are just leaving the fault.
