Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Can I ask what the problem is with giving me a new router? Ive been a customer for 12+ years, not had a replacement router for 6+ years. Why do I have to spend time and energy doing tests, we Know what the problem is - your quick tests on website have said I need a new router!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Good Morning. It is now 8 days since the internet went down in CH49 Wirral. Each time this is queried, we are met with the same response - that your engineers are working on it. Our neighbours report the same. This is really poor service; please can you rectify today.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup the level of dissatisfaction is very High. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5+ years & never have I received such poor service. I’m utterly disappointed & fed up with my wifi problems. I want this sorted ASAP !
