Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Why does someone who fails so abysmally at talktalk with normal peoples private information, losing millions, then gets a job at track and trace as a privileged 'life' peer, costing billions still not have accountability? I wish I could fail so well!!

@TalkTalk I am extremely unhappy with the service and wish to cancel, your on line chat is always busy, your phones never answer and my email that I sent 2 weeks ago was replied to by a bot. How is is so difficult?

@GirlPunished @WinterMuteJelly @virginmedia You know u can haggle ya BB price, Kat? Especially if its not working properly or your a loyal customer. I'm on talktalk with unlimited usage and got the last 2yrs free. Then when I do pay I pay just £20 a month for 65MB Fibre.

@TalkTalk the fact that you've up'd our contract from £15 to £30 with no notice that you'd be doing that and then your ****** internet goes out 9 times in a row even though there is "no problem" with the router or local servers is pitiful, I shall be switching to a better service
