Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk terrible service to pay a deceased persons final bill. Please remove automated payment service as an option on final bill as it does not work when account has been closed. Had to speak to 3 different people to make payment! Ridiculous way to treat bereaved.

@TalkTalk Refund the month I didn't have any service reduce the cost to the contracted cost and give me a 36mbs not 22mbs I have I was told I was to have that I haven't had the 2 years I been with talk talk so your in breach of contract not providing service promised and the fixed price

@TalkTalk The Seaburn area of Sunderland has no landline connection or broadband. The electrical storm has caused damage. Please fix if. Don’t fob customers off by telling them connection status is good when it is totally DEAD!

I just got a scam call claiming to be from @TalkTalk & saying my router is sending reports of slow broadband connection. The woman asked what device I was using so we could do a 'speed test'. I said no thanks and put the phone down. But I can see how someone might be persuaded.

@virginmedia Really? I ordered your broadband more than a month ago and no one at your end knows when the installation will happen. 2 installations cancelled and now the installation is pending or basically nobody knows when. I thought that TalkTalk service was the worst...well, I was wrong!
