Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk My emailed complaints of 3 weeks ago still only got auto-responses, and as yet no reply to the lettet I sent last Saturday! I was asked to complete a survey yesterday to rate how helpful my call was.... That was tricky cos guess what? I never received or missed a call... 2/2

@TalkTalk I got an email about upgrading to a better service as I was out of contract. I agreed. Two weeks later, my broadband is slower than ever and drops out. Surely I’m getting a better router? To make it faster?

@TalkTalk Im worried as i clicked an email that said if i renewed, id get 18 months with an echo dot. On calling, that offer never existed. I don't trust you at all now, but am scared clicking that button has processed an autorenewal? Woukd it be clear on my account?
