A MONTH of ringing you about our horrendous landline quality and getting nowhere so using mobiles. Then you send us a bill for £80 for a service we can't use and cut us off because we've gone over a monthly usage we didn't set? What kind of racket are you running here @TalkTalk?

Must say, pretty good service from @TalkTalk here on Twitter. There was a problem after installation, they isolated it to a fault on the line outside. Openreach fixed that yesterday, everything running sweet since. Nice follow-up message tonight. 👍

All correspondence through Twitter with people (and different people) following a script and asking the same questions over again. Getting nowhere.
