    @TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk please reply to my private message. I’m NOT paying a £172 exit fee when I’ve only got talk talk set up on 23rd June & the service has been shocking! No freeview channels found, internet so slow that I can’t even watch Netflix without it freezing every couple of minutes

    @TalkTalk It's not a renewal offer... It's a new account... Your price goes from £27 or £27.50 to £36 for the UFO service... When is it going back down to £27? Let me know and I will sign up for 3 more accounts

    @merrick_andrea @TalkTalk I’ve not always had such good service as I had last week. I didn’t need to speak to anyone at TalkTalk, I did a TalkTalkspeed test and it said I needed an engineer and gave me a number to call.
