Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue don’t get fixed
