Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

@TalkTalk @iCAdam Your service isn't reliable nor is it stable, for the last two days I've barely had a connection yet I'm being told its my home set up to blame! You're not providing the service your clients expect for their money. We're all paying for this over and above agreed costs!

I have attempted to involve @TalkTalk with recalling you to look at this issue - it will involve climbing telegraph pole to look for issues of water ingress: cracked DP or failed gel crimps.. this kind of thing.

@pstanf @TalkTalk Most all their support, especially chat, is via poorly programmed automated computer assistance bots: still worse, their few staff follow the same script.. “there is no minimum speed guarantee, as you are out of contract..” — err, what? You supply, bill, take payment = contract!

@OpenreachHelp TalkTalk simply want their computer systems to automatically run line tests, to play with DLM/DSLM resets, to await engineer notes.. Their computer cannot handle miscellaneous issues.. certainly cannot handle intermittent rain penetration faults.. these are tricky for all, right?

@TalkTalk Hi, my fibre internet has been dropping throughout the day, it’s been happening every half hour and slowly returns. I did all the online checks and my account claims there’s no issue. Do you know any solutions? I can’t do much because it’s disconnected as much as not.

@TalkTalk Fat chance of help. You contacted me by DM around 16.00, asking me to fill in a contact form. I did so immediately, but you didn’t contact me until 21.30. You then just dropped me mid-conversation. You truly are the world’s worst customer service.

@OpenreachHelp Your engineer tested the line after fitting nte5 box.. the rain problem is intermittent and will only show on line test during heavy rain.. the water then drains/dries and the connection works once again. I have spoken to TalkTalk.. they gave me your damage claim number!?!

@Skotmi @MoneyTelegraph Majority of TalkTalk support is via automated assistant computer bots.. chat support, phone answering: always initiate line test with DSLM/DLM reset, interrupting your line/connection, delaying and failing necessary communication with customer. £1.5bn revenue 2019-20 All greed.
