    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk Yet another fault on my landline and after 40 minutes of 'chatting' to one of your agents I am told to call your 0345 number. Incredibly poor customer service

    @TalkTalk our internet is all over the place yet according to your website it’s all fine- it’s not!!! We are getting speeds on line test from 37 which is what we normally have, down to 1.4!! We’ve changed nothing so something isn’t right!!!! In Suffolk NR33 #wifiissues

    @TalkTalk well that would by have been possible as the internet connection and phone lines were both down from 20:30, I used mobile data to check and found several people with the same problem. our local press reported it today, check last notes tweets

    @TalkTalk want to explain why it's taken me five attempts to talk to someone on chat to resolve an issue that's been reoccurring for over a year to only get told to maybe upgrade, after saying no many times and told they'd look in to this I've been left with no reply?

    @TalkTalk Talktalk creates StressStress. Getting thro to and then talking to individual Customer Service is challenging. Each person I have spoken to seems to contradict the other and the issue does not get resolved. Of course I pay for this service being a TalkTalk customer!?!? Unhappy.
