@TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Do they do it on purpose? @TalkTalk is a useless company to deal with. My internet has gone down again. Can't contact them by phone. You go through their awful numeric options & dysfunctional voice recognition to be told, eventually, when you get past this hurdle: "we're closed".

@TalkTalk I have a new fibre service from talk talk The little black box has 4 green lights on. The eero 6 has a blue light. The app connects to eero, but no internet. Says no external IP address. Live Chat takes forever to actually talk to someone. What is the problem?
