Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk If you do not stop harassing me for payment of £161 for breaking my contract when I cancelled within the 20 days allowed due to your awful support which was non existent I will take legal action against you. Obviously you hope to intimate me into paying!

Hi @TalkTalk - Just received a text message confirming my appointment on behalf of @CityFibre to supply my Full Fibre Service .... Which is news to me, as I have never asked for this upgrade, or made an appointment for any such thing! What gives?
