Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk @JK121 I have sent numerous messages already, ‘Eunice’, as well as wasting hours on the phone. I await a prompt phone call from someone who can remedy this to my satisfaction. TalkTalk’s cut-and-paste ‘customer service’ is a disgrace. I have already asked for your manager.
