Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I have never experienced less helpfulness than I have trying to speak to your employees. No internet since 21st February and every time I contact you I just keep getting fobbed off, it’s not your fault and to check back in 2 working days when there’s still no update! 😡

@OpenreachHelp Hi, I am with Talk Talk fibre with an Openreach modem. Had no internet from 3pm yesterday. Getting nowhere with @TalkTalk, is there an issue in the Swadlincote area? I have tried all of the regular troubleshooting fixes but no avail.

Just wish to make everyone aware that should you be offered Amazon vouchers from @TalkTalk as an incentive to stay with them, this is indeed a scam! You will never receive them, what you will be offered is a credit to your account, be aware! @TalkTalkBizCare

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM. One of the reasons we have left Talktalk is the incredibly poor customer service. Call centres may be cheaper, but they cost ypu customers in the long run!

Worst customer service experience with @TalkTalk ever! Spent all of yesterday on internet connection issue via chat bot and then several calls with no resolve - 6 people and nobody able to help! Have been hung up on 3 occasions already this morning! #badcustomerservice
