Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

@TalkTalk disgusting firm I should of gone live on 9th November still no internet Utter useless customer service I will be phoning Monday to inform them I will be going with another provider Even open reach have said they just lie to there customers.
