    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @alisonosullivan @TalkTalk 900 is booked to get installed sometime in May I believe. Until then we can stay on UFO and haven’t noticed any issues

    @TalkTalk were supposed to send an engineer out on the 14th. waited in all day & nobody came. spoke to customer services & they said “oops we got your mobile number wrong!”. then got a random call this morning saying “we want to send an engineer but we don’t know you address” wtf

    TalkTalk is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to go with absolutely useless. I have a fault can’t talk to anybody apart from somebody on here. That doesn’t know what he’s on about. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk please acknowledge that the internet down and we need you to fix it, i have important school stuff that i should be doing, but since the internet has went down, im not able to do any of that, talktalk, get your team and do your job, please, we all need our internet back

    @TalkTalk You've already taken payments which you shouldn't have. She never got chance to use the service but money still left her bank which you took. We told you straight away about this.
