    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm losing hope here. Are 0808 numbers free from TalkTalk landlines with no 60min limit, as shown on your website? I'm being told I get charged for all 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers. Help!!!

    @TalkTalk I was told Thursday I would be getting a call from a manager within 24/48 hours which hasn’t happened. I want to leave your company and you can’t even get that right let alone the 2 years of awful customer service and awful connection. I would like some answers please!

    @TalkTalk have wiped all mine and my husbands emails without warning.We switched broadband providers 18 months ago and were told we could keep email addresses. Now they are gone with no way of retrieving them. Appalling customer service too

    January can be a tough month money-wise and we’re always looking for ways to help you save. So with a little help from our partner, @Giftcloud message from @talktalk - since with TT ,they have brought out 5 new models of modems ,never have they ever offered me an upgrade

    @ben_quick Unlimited usage. £1 per month extra for static ip. I have signed up just now. Only £60 to break the contract early if less than 12 months. And I get 3 months free. Worth a go! Seems to be based on Talktalk Business network but not confirmed.

    @TalkTalk Several times the customer service agents try to fix the problem, everyone follows the same procedure like restart , reboot but the problem doesn't solve

    @talktalk Your customer service is atrocious. I reported a bb fault on 4th January. Still unresolved. Have contacted customer service 6 different occasions and been given conflicting info, false promises. Told (again) an engineer wld visit my home today 8-1. No show. Disgraceful.

    @TalkTalk Received an email saying you are taking £50 from my account for not sending the router back... when I sent it over a month ago. Have tried to make a complaint online but the agent won't let me. Why am I being punished for leaving? After a pandemic too. @MoneyTelegraph
