Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Also because all devices have linked to the 5ghz the range has gone poor. Phone disconnects by the back door of house.

In fairness, #talktalk's response has been pretty good (albeit when prompted). I had an engineer next day here to fix issue. Fingers crossed it's plain sailing now.

@TalkTalk Poor Service my internet has not worked for a number of days i have not been able to work can not contact anyone at Talk Talk i thought service industries worked 24/7 365 days. No explanation. I do not have a good word to say about Talk Talk i will be leaving them.

@TalkTalk Laptop and camera not connecting (finding WiFi) the other devices connected on the 5ghz. But you lose signal as you walk away and don't switch over to the 2.4 for better signal.

TalkTalk have been letting me down quite a bit when it comes to internet connection, it’s been on and off for most of this week and it’s not been there when I need it most. In fact, it’s making me wonder if it’s worth renewing my contract.
