    @TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

    @TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

    @TalkTalk Your answer is pay lots of money to get out of a contract for a service I am not receiving. Not helpful at all then.

    The end to a perfect day. Now I have finally managed to sort out the IT issues for home learning..we have no internet. So it will be back to square one as it will have logged out of the school network as it dropped. So, all of the last two days were for nothing. Thanks @TalkTalk

    Anyone else having problems with @TalkTalk ? My landline and therefore my Careline appear to have no dial tone AND YET I can still access the internet via my router which is connected to my landline. What the hell is going on?

    @TalkTalk Why does it cost £50 for an #oap to keep an email address when they move service! Seems bit steep (paid for years with TalkTalk)

    @TalkTalk I always have issues with Talktalk despite having fibre 75 mbps. Always get the message connected but no Internet... always have to unplug all cables and then reconnect and sometimes that doesn't even work.
