Is this planned maintenance started early, or is it a separate incident? Please provide as much information as possible.

I never was and then was told I wasn't even a customer, even though I've been with them 8 years. Still havnt got the refund. Worst customer service in the UK.

Can you get a Problem Manager to link these together, and then give a simple update that customers can understand, with an estimated fix time?
