    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    @TalkTalk your service centre doesn't work have to rely on third parties to try and work out if this outage is a me problem or a you problem not good!

    @TalkTalk Reported a fault 2 weeks ago. Engineer not available to attend for 3 weeks, the intermittent fault progressively getting worse. Still got to wait another week. What a joke. Looking at other services that have better customer service. Fed up.

    @TalkTalk well thank you for your rubbish customer service, your 'text me back' helpline operator Dan was a waste of time. Avoided my simple questions, gave one answer which was irrelevant and then ignored me. I was meant to be a new customer but will be ringing to cancel.
