@TalkTalk our broadband keeps dropping out making it unusable, is there an issue in the #Catford area please?

Hello @TalkTalk I've had no TV reception since Saturday? Is there a fault with the transmitter or my aerial? I've tried asking your chat staff but they're terrible. I have been told to turn my box off and on again! 😡

Imagine I’m in the middle of a Global Pandemic doing a degree from home and @TalkTalk is trying to get my mum to pay £50 to cancel her broadband

@TalkTalk is there an issue in Catford SE6? Phone line but no broadband..

@TalkTalk no stable connection all morning. Done diagnostics test on your website and says nothing is wrong. Please help.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk are equally as incompetent with a consistent signal! Two months now.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk your service centre doesn't work have to rely on third parties to try and work out if this outage is a me problem or a you problem not good!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@talktalk are really hopeless. Terrible broadband & no support during the outbreak. I have tried contacting @talktalk for 2 weeks - no success! @MoneyTelegraph

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

@TalkTalk @jpchoolhun Then it shouldn't have been marketed as a guaranteed or fixed plan. Misleading advertising at its best, well done for losing the goodwill of a good number of your customer base.
