    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk There is a lot wrong, to begin with, the WiFi keeps going down over and over again like 10 mins at a time over the space of a few hours, meaning everyone connected to the WiFi gets disconnected the whole time, then you get the slow 35 Mbps when you claim your fast? And many more

    @ohhhhclara @TalkTalk They don’t want to admit it’s a nationwide problem as they will be liable for compensation but all us customers are sat at home trying to do video calls for work with no internet. It’s a joke!
