Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Dr Prakash Nayak (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported@TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

Jean Smith. Be kind and smile it costs nothing. (@JeanSmith551952) reported@garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
