  For the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

  @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment?   @housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭

  @theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's difficult to get hold of someone to actually talk to on this. All I want to know is if I cancel my BT landline (as I don't need it), will it cause problems with my separate Talktalk broadband! I shall persevere!

  Spent 3 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Absolute Joke. @TalkTalk

  @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.
