    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @TalkTalk Is there problems with your internet in the IV30 Moray area as my WiFi seems to be disconnecting every 2 or so minutes and my router lights are flashing really quickly...

    This meant I lost my ability to receive rewards for something I had no control over. I've screenshotted the penalties I received sent at the same time and also the text message I received from TalkTalk this morning when my internet was turned back on. Please fix this! (3/3)

    @TalkTalk can you explain why my WiFi hasn’t worked since Friday and now one of your reps on the phone has muted herself and unmuted herself saying hello can you hear me after she obviously ran to the end of the trouble shooting guide 🙃

    @JK1n1 @talktalk Jonathan, please see my current complaint via TalkTalk Twitter account. Truly disgraceful customer service. Hours of time & work wasted over non-existent fault & I’m being charges for the privilege. Unforgivable comms breakdown & huge waste of your staff’s time.

    @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach your service engineer in Twyford has failed us 3 times in 1 week. They close the call 5 minutes after it's been booked by @TalkTalk Your lack of customer care is putting my job at risk. What can you do to resolve this?

    @TalkTalk @JK121 I have sent numerous messages already, ‘Eunice’, as well as wasting hours on the phone. I await a prompt phone call from someone who can remedy this to my satisfaction. TalkTalk’s cut-and-paste ‘customer service’ is a disgrace. I have already asked for your manager.
