@TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

@TalkTalk That would not be a problem at all if I would have good 4 g connection in my house as backup network.. but in that case to do my computer work I need to go somewhere else ...ehhh it is what it is .. thank you anyway for quick response

@TalkTalk Well, yes I still got an issue , I did call customer service today and unfortunately something is wrong with the outside line and engineer it's already booked to fix it .. but it's gonna take at least 48 h ..

@TalkTalk my router has not be working properly for about 5 days now. I have called a couple of times and both times I was hung up on. Please can you send a replacement router (which you said you would when I upgraded) You have the worst customer service

@TalkTalk @MoneySavingExp @Mattallwright Technical department rude, unhelpful regarding an ongoing issue. Refuse to issue me with a new router. Any people out there with advice on how to progress this further. Have asked for their complaints procedure waiting on a call back !!!!

@TalkTalk Our everything has died: we're connected, sure, but are only getting half of our normal speeds, rapid disconnects and interruptions and our phone line is also down for not only my home, but the shops down stairs. Sort it out, we've called like 3 times to no avail.

@TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadn’t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

@TalkTalk Internet speed is shocking (6mbps down and.0.3 up) in YO32 area. I'm hard wired to our router so it's not a WiFi issue despite your website telling me it is. It was dreadful yesterday too.
