    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    I really think @TalkTalk are trying to wind me up. I have wasted an hour of my day trying to get through to them. Their automated systems don't work. And, thus far, they have refused to connect me to a manager despite multiple requests to escalate my complaint (failed broadband).

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I was with talktalk, but the broadband was so poor and the service hopeless that I went with BT, costs a bit more but I now have a decent internet.

    @TalkTalk I tried to get your help and you refused to ******* do anything. So now I'm going to find a way to cancel my order. I'm supposed to be hooked up on the 9th and you screwed me over with your mistakes.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk If you need to move and reliability and customer service are what you want, could do a lot worse than PlusNet. Been with them for about 15 years.

    Back to holding for a manager with @TalkTalk. It is Kafka, like so much modern stuff. I can't even get through to make a complaint. They don't phone back as promised. They won't put you through to a manager as is their obligation if you request an "escalation". Awful service.

    Ive Replaced My Router We Have Had BT Engineers Here To Confirm It’s Not A Fault In Home It’s is Openreach You Cant Go From TalkTalk And Then Sky Then BT And Have The Same Issues It Has To Be The Line they Are Saying That

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk The only time you will get any sense or a call back from them is when you cancel your subscription (at a cost of course)You will then receive a coherent call begging you to stay. Thee most appalling company I have ever dealt with.
