    @BBCWatchdog wow! @TalkTalk are actually refusing to cancel my contract using the ploy their system is down and they can't physically do it.promised a call back to cancel..which will not happen given previous form

    @Athena58 @TalkTalk When I had TalkTalk I had problems with the line. They told me the line wasn't theirs, it was BT's, so they wouldn't fix it. BT (who should know) told me TalkTalk lease the line from them, and are responsible for its maintenence This went on for weeks, while TT charged me rental

    @TalkTalk 2nd night in a row my broadband has gone down. Totally unacceptable. Either fix up or I’m gone. No other business takes my money and gives nothing in return. Expect this kind of service from a budget provider, is that what you’ve become? Sort it out! #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Spoke to another agent today who told me I need to cancel my (non-existent) @TalkTalk account, wait three business days, return your kit, and then sign up for new service which would require another two weeks after that to turn on. I give up 1/x
