    @TalkTalk I've not been contacted with any further help. I reached out again this morning and was yet again told that if we want internet restored we'll have to pay an engineer. Is this a joke???

    @TalkTalk we’ve later found out no call back was scheduled. We work from home but haven’t been able to with no internet. This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

    @TalkTalk we started with a new provider last month, called you to say that we’ve cancelled and you’re still charging us for WiFi. Apparently you never received the cancelled, ridiculous we’re paying for 2 providers in a cost of living crisis because of your incompetence
