@TalkTalk can you do anything about in flight orders? I have an issue that started in Jan and is still ongoing and everytime I contact the chat I keep getting told3-5 working days. Not very impressive.

@TalkTalk They said they can’t give me a time frame as to when it will be fixed and to check your web page that has current issues, but that page shows there aren’t currently any issues so I’m not sure where to go from here

I have NEVER known an ISP more difficult to leave than @TalkTalk ! The social media chap is doing his best to help, but there is no guidance on the website, the live chat is constantly busy and the phone ringback isn't working.
