I advise anyone looking for a landline provider to stay well clear of @talktalk after reporting phone line not working my elderly parents have been left without their phone for 4 days now. When you contact talk talk help centre you are told lies and contradictions

The breathtaking incompetence of TalkTalk. No landline for more than five weeks, “customer service” agents, telling me the issue was fixed, they have identified an issue, they will be sending out an engineer to look at the issue. Oh, how I wish I had never joined up with them.

@TalkTalk service centre have no idea how to resolve my issue. They have closed my complaints without resolution. This is day 14 of no internet / and it was apparently a “simple” home move!

@TalkTalk still no internet 14 days after my home move. You have spent over 5 hours and 47 minutes talking to me in the past week and yet I still have no internet / BT open reach have installed my line and tested it - this is NOT a BT issue. Shocking Service. Terrible. Appalling.
