Someone tried to call me this afternoon but the call went straight to voicemail because of the poor mobile signal which I’ve explained to you repeatedly to no avail. I’ve wasted hours trying to sort this out. Sky did it for me in 10 minutes.

Been without internet for over a week, indoor engineer came yesterday and said it was an outdoor issue, the outdoor engineer has said it's our router! And your customer service is SHOCKING, rude and have been hung up on various times!!!
