@TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

@TalkTalk Andy, I’ve sent 4 DM’s all to no avail. You are using eero routers, they are single SSID, that means anything that requires a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi signal will not connect i.e. IP Cameras ( CCTV )

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We helped a friend of our daughter out for a while by paying for her TalkTalk broadband account. Everything was fine until it came to the time to cancel it and then we went through months of hassle trying to get it cancelled as their processes just couldn’t deal with it.

@TalkTalk As I’ve said it’s my partners account and she doesn’t do Social media. Currently she is at her elderly parents caring for them. All she wants is the contract terminated for lack of service with NO fee. How is that difficult??

@Lunabelly TalkTalk are the worst company I never even used. Couldn't even process my account when I tried to join them but then tried to claim I had a contract three times. I am thoroughly relieved at their ineptness but still spent hours on the phone to them trying to make them go away.

Dear @TalkTalk Just spent over an hour having circuitous, useless conversations with your technical chat about why I can’t set up your new fibre broadband to connect both tv and landline phone despite that being promised by your salesman. Shall I just cancel your direct debit?

@TalkTalk @K0connor No point. I wrote to you twice with complaints and not even an acknowledgment. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately obtuse

@JohnEsling Exactly so, John, the irony being that TalkTalk’s perception of ‘efficiency’ meant I spent 7 hours trying to explain and resolve problem that could have taken 15 minutes on the phone…and they’ve lost a customer!

@TalkTalk No thanks never plan on dealing with your company ever again and suggest everyone else do the same.

@TalkTalk Blimey, I just wasted 10 minutes writing a DM to tell you of my experience and all I get is generic customer service response. 🙁
