No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.   @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April

  @TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

  FN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

  @talktalk my services were disconnected and your team is forcefully telling me to pay for it even though I explained to them respectfully the situation …bad customer service very rude agents .
