    @TalkTalk This doesn't exactly help me with the online chat box that is meant to be going till 10. And has just "transferred" me which has basically put me in limbo where I am getting no response and can not re start the chat.

    @TalkTalk After 48 hrs and more than 2 hours on chat, the issue cannot be resolved. For GBP 30 a month, I have other better options. if you can't fix this issue, then lets terminate the contract. This is getting ridiculous. Your Services are a JOKE

    @TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Hi Mike, every big business are the same! Funny how back in the day you got an engaged tone, now they answer immediately on a circular hunt, sharing the call charges profit. Pure unadulterated GREED. No regard for the customer is now a de-facto business model🤮

    @TalkTalk on your chat and have been left with no communication from you for 45 mins. Was being transferred and am just being ignored. This level of customer service is the reason I cancelled my switch over....a cancellation you have apparently ignored.

    @TalkTalk you cancelled my engineer coming to my house on 11th Jan and haven’t given me a new appointment BUT YOU HAVE TAKEN 2 PAYMENTS FOR AN ORDER PLACES IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR!!! If nobody sorts this today i will seek the ombudsman help #talktalk

    @TalkTalk idk what u think ur playing at my granny has had to deal with 11 hours of no wifi and she has had to play the same level of tetris for 10 of them hours!!!! your customer service is unbelievable and she can’t even contact you on her wifi compatible nokia brick!! how dare you rlly!
