    Reminder that you should NEVER sign up with @TalkTalk. By far the worst company, customer service, and overall service we have received. You have caused severe stress to my 70 year old grandmother due to your abhorrent management AND you still charge her

    I have had the worst experience with @TalkTalk , as I ordered broadband at my new place, but I was made to wait for 2 weeks to get it installed. On the installation day, the engineer had yet to come, and I was later notified to wait for 10 more days. When I tried to cancel (1/2)

    @TalkTalk Unstable broadband connections resulting in loss of signal several times a day in N2. Router reboot often.

    @TalkTalk Its working fine now. It was not working from 12 AM onwards however started working after 5 AM.

    @TalkTalk I was told it was cancelled, but no email notification came. When I called customer care about the next steps, I was still waiting for someone to speak, and they just made me wait over half an hour without any results. @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalk Appalling service. You came and "updated" some leads last week. Existing WiFi hub wouldn't work with it. So they left us a replacement. This week it's stopped working amd now we are told a "compatible" one will be sent in a few days. So you've just disrupted /

    @TalkTalk broadband for a living and especially in my area who has checked my area is ok for the upgrade in question. whilst on the phone I had my Monthly bill squashed for this month by way of an apology. however I then had my service disconnected yesterday for not paying it. now paid
