@ClaireCozler @TalkTalk Wow - no refunds? Vodaphone cut my bill permanently when they were alerted (by their own app) that they couldnt give the service promised. @TalkTalk should be able to offer at least the same standards.

@TalkTalk as none of the updates are scheduled for the Morecambe area, perhaps we could have some information about why we again have no internet and TV service. Tried restarting and resetting router to no avail.....second time this week.

@TalkTalk No, you can't, talktalk never does help. As a customer, I always felt invisible, no calls were ever answered, requests for help were ignored.

@TalkTalk Transferred to TalkTalk on Tuesday. Internet fine. No voice dialing tone. Repeated calls get nowhere. Chatted online. Charades of testing ( again ) then told to phone again. I get, ' Sorry we are closed right now. ' Its a shambles. Wish I have never changed to TalkTalk

@TalkTalk What's going on with internet in ws15 area today! Literally on for 5 minutes and off for 5 minutes! I presume I will only have to pay half my bill this month as I'm only getting half a service?
