David John 🏴 (@daij1960) reported@cymraesydwi We’ve been with TalkTalk for years, we get decent speeds and it’s reliable enough. I’ve stuck with them because they always do a deal and fixed a problem via BT when we had one. That said, I see them slagged off, so perhaps we’ve been lucky.
-
debbie (@debbiewright197) reported@TalkTalk quite possibly the worst customer service. 3 weeks no tv and they still asking me if I’ve got a smart tv 😡
-
SMARCH (@SMARCH372806091) reported@TalkTalk Well, I wish I could cancel this without having to call again to be honest, I have spent about an hour on the phone over the last two nights and still not got through. Passed on twice and the connection went dead x 2 . So I have limited confidence tomorrows call will be better

Chris trapps (@Christrapps1) reported@TalkTalk can you dm the uk customer service number. Want to end my contract
-
Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.
-
Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reportedAnyone using @TalkTalk FTTP? They have a cracking Black Friday deal. We already have FTTP with another ISP so we know our cabling is fine, so just depends what their backhaul/support is like I guess.
-
Babylon (@Babylon_Whore) reported@TalkTalk So,48 hours later, filled in the requested form and heard nothing back from you. And I STILL do not have Internet. You are useless and I cannot wait to terminate my contract with you when it ends next month. I would also like a refund for all the days without WiFi.

rentaboculus (@rentaboculus) reported@torydemolition Is it set in stone that the CEOs of the worst broadband provider (TalkTalk) have to be always called horridly aloof names with classical allusions like Dido and Trista?
