    @TalkTalk why do you say in a call you made to me that you're sending me a letter to advise how to verify an account and then 2mins later send a txt saying you tried to contact me but couldn't so would start to close the complaint (for the 2nd time) in 28 days? Utter halfwits.

    @TalkTalk Currently sat on the phone with an agent who has muted me and refuses to talk because I have asked for the loyalty team. Now, I either hang up and go through all of this again (about an hour) or do I keep shouting "hello?" Until I get an answer?

    @sdelube Talktalk definitely wasn't great for broadband but EE for mobile is so bad I can't wait to get off it

    @TalkTalk web chat is painful. My wifi doesn't work! Ok I'm going to need you to connect to wifi to diagnose the problem, urm I can't connect to wifi that's why I'm contacting you!

    Nothing like @TalkTalk giving my elderly parents the runaround. Happy to take money for a better service but they're not getting the better service & just a mega long run around. Just hurry up & change their router 😡😡😡
