@TalkTalk Issues yet again with internet service in Dunfermline area. Service been dropping in and out since Monday. Resetting router makes no difference. Others in the area with same issues. How do customers get assistance? Helpline is useless.

@TLATWuk TalkTalk was OK for coverage + value, but put price up during fixed price contract (??) & hard sell/rude when we left If an isolated area only served by BT, Plusnet is part of same company + might be cheaper Can often get good cashback through TopCashback or similar

@TalkTalk Can anyone update me as to what has happened to your customer services? A week I have gone without any wifi and after numerous of try’s to contact your team it still has not been resolved. I refuse to pay for a service I’m not receiving.

Talktalk update - we finally spoke to a complaints resolution manager who finally conceded they failed to provide us adequate service and their customer service has been poor. We were reimbursed and would be released without charge from our contract.
