    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    Honestly am sick to death of how unbelievably **** @TalkTalk Internet is. At least 8 times a week its crashing for anywhere up to 6 hours at a time. Can not wait to get this awful thing out of my home.

    @EE what is going on with the internet in Pewsey?? It’s not been working since early hours today! I work from home and have to use my neighbour’s Wi-Fi @TalkTalk Please let me know, or I’ll have to switch to TalkTalk as this issue keeps reoccurring!

    @TalkTalk please can someone help me to report a fault on my mothers landline. She can’t make or receive calls. Customer service and the technical team refuse to help as I am not the account holder. You are placing an elderly and vulnerable customer at great risk.

    @TalkTalk. I’ve been w/o broadband for a week. I’ve had an appt that didn’t exist as I was lied to by your staff. You’ve sent me a router that doesn’t work, despite the online diagnostic saying other fault. Are you actually going to fix the problem?
