@TalkTalk You pretend you are there but far from helpful. I am without a proper working broadband for months and yet you keep charging. I cannot believe the number of times you have promised a manager will call me to no avail. You should be ashamed of your service levels.

Problem is of course that this bore no resemblance to my parents' actual bill which each month isn't even half that. But no worry, because the email from @talktalk also told us that the account had been disconnected in January. 5/10
