@BBCWatchdog I have just had a really bad experience with Talktalk who switched off my broadband without warning, wrongly said I'd cancelled it and said it would take 5 weeks to get it back. Am I alone I having this problem?

@TalkTalk lies, lies, lies. Do not aogn up to this provider under any circumstances. They charge you for Internet you don't have refuse to compensate you and just hang up when your on the phone to them. Avoid!!!!! #Criminals #fraud #avoid

@TalkTalk I have tried to start a new contract twice now. Both times engineer booked. Never receive confirmation email and now I am getting marketing calls asking me if I would like to upgrade. Why do you not want my money?!

Dear @TalkTalk - could I have your thoughts on making afirst time customer wait 2 weeks more to have wifi installed because your engineer failed to turn up on time (you tried to charge the customer for engineer’s tardiness!) Customer is a key worker who needs to work from home….

@lizardschwartz @TalkTalk So sorry you have having to deal with this crap Amy. Some companies get this right first time - which means others can! I remember pain of explaining over & over again when I had barely processed my loss myself. Hope TalkTalk sort it for you - & change their process for others!
