    @TalkTalk had no Internet for over a week, spent every single day on the phone to them, spent 3 hours on the phone and then get hung up on. First class service from them. Keep going @TalkTalk, doing an amazing job

    @TalkTalk my broadband has been down for the last half an hour or so. I have tried resetting the router but the orange light is still flashing

    @janekwrites @TalkTalk I can’t recall! The real issue for me has been speaking to people and being kept informed. Eg, today a guy came to my home - I had no warning and it was v lucky I was in.
