    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @TalkTalk A miserable experience trying to get my TalkTalk fibre activated. First given an installation date of June 9th, and now it's looking like the 17th. TalkTalk could've told me i didn't need to disconnect my previous service, or setup the right engineer appointment.

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk If you want good customer service try @PlusnetOfficial . I switched to them recently and I really can’t praise them enough. Good price and had zero issues so far. They’re so helpful and it’s easy to actually speak to someone.

    @TalkTalk Recommendation to anyone getting talktalk fibre - if your prior service was non-fibre, keep it active for well past your committed talktalk install date and only deactivate it once talktalk is working. I'm nearing 2 weeks no internet b/c of having faith in original date
