@TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

@TalkTalk what is the update on the problem at the exchange in Solihull? Fault reported on 6 Oct - my 87 year old mother has been without incoming calls since then. Receiving appalling cust service - 2 hours spent on the phone elicited no answers.

@TalkTalk I have done and you told me to call the retention number, they said they will cancel it within 5 days and they didnt. I don't know what else you want me to do @OmbudServices any advice?

@TalkTalk TalkTalk is a waste of time. Customer service is non existent. Always put on hold or put throw to another department, then they hang up on you. Shall never renew my contract with them.

@CJFWeatherhead @privacyint @virustotal Thanks Christopher. I'll keep checking to see if there's any change. I found that toggling the Virus Alert switch in my TalkTalk dashboard was the key. The clue was that using a VPN or mobile data got around the problem, so it had to be TT.

@TalkTalk shocking customer service.Ordered fibre upgrade last week, received a message that there was a problem with the order. 2 hours to find out the order is cancelled. No explanation, no apology. Customer for 12 years. Will be leaving when we get fibre with another provider.

@TalkTalk Done that. Reported the fault, been told it was your end then nothing. Been on chat again and now apparently engineer will be coming tomorrow even though they are on strike. Rubbish communication. No rush to help people. 5 days with no Internet. Time to switch I reckon.
