    @TalkTalk no Internet since 12 noon. Seems to be the whole area of Hampshire but nothing on your website. And when I run a service check it said it was all fine! Thanks talktalk for ruining my NY eve in isolation 😩

    @TalkTalk So I’ve been waiting in all afternoon for an engineer to come and install my new full fibre broadband and guess what, no show. Than spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. What do you suggest I do now? Cancel the order and go elsewhere?

    @TalkTalk My son is waiting for your promised call tonight re a fault on his line which you should have checked before you signed him up the day before Christmas eve, not a customer service to be proud of.

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have been without a phone line for a week and I'm getting no where with your help desk...there phone is a life line for medical reasons...I need someone to urgently contact me as this needs escalating and fixing immediately

    Can’t believe @TalkTalk can leave a vulnerable 80 year old with no phone over New Year when she is self isolating. Won’t do anything as I can’t verify her account so they can send an engineer. Shocking service and she won’t be staying with them for much longer #worstserviceever!!

    @TalkTalk Nonono! Talktalk is wonderful, I recommend it 100%, been with you for years! But I've been having awful problems trying to get BT Broadband up and running for my mum-in-law, and I just wanted to recommend talktalk instead to disgruntled BT customers... Happy New Year, talktalk!
