@TalkTalk I am on a Chromebook on TT home WiFi. The DM envelope is down the side. I can't see a banner. On the left of your tweet there is a small coloured "TalkTalk" with "For Everyone" underneath. I can't access TalkTalk site & had TT emails through Outlook & bills by post for years.

@OneStopDraycott @TalkTalk Seems last 4 months or so things have really gone down at talk talk, their customer service is always great but Internet is another story.
