    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been battling ALL day to get TalkTalk to resolve a City Fibre issue with your own equipment and it’s clear no one cares! Not a word of apology and everything is begrudgingly dealt with. Time to move to BT I feel.

    Any other company I'd be like, they'll refund the extra... But I have a feeling that @talktalk won't. I mean. I never got my free cam or Alexa. Nor an email for it, despite them saying they'd send it. I tried around 3 or 4 times to get it. Then I forgot. It was so long..

    @TalkTalk.....What a crap customer service you offer. 2mbs instead of the guaranteed 65mbs and when you are contacted about it, my call goes through to India, where in passed from one dept to another for an hour, before the line goes dead! Come on @Ofcom, get a grip of them.

    @TalkTalk II have never experienced a customer service as bad as yours. Two engineers didn’t show up. The third came, couldn’t help and left. No explanation and no contact since. I had a 2 hour call tonight with an engineer who didn’t even have their own system running.

    @TalkTalk everyone please check your elderly relatives phone bills. My 82 year old nana has been paying for broadband she hasn't even got! Talk talk owe her nearly £600. Its been over a week now since my initial complaint, no managers ever available, no 1 wants to help.

    @TalkTalk Joke company. If you considering switching your provider to this company - don’t. I spent 2 hours on the phone tonight with an engineer who didn’t even have a system up and running in front of them. Then they cut me off because it was time to go home. Disgraceful service

    @TalkTalk Why have you sent me a package for the return of my equipment, telling me you might charge me £50? I haven't been a TalkTalk customer for nearly two years, and sent back all my equipment when I left. I've even got an email from you confirming receipt. What's going on?

    Good afternoon. We were told one month ago by TalkTalk that because my Dad has been recieving approximately 2mbs instead of the 65mbs that he is guaranteed, you were giving him a month free and if you couldn't fix the problem within a month, he could walk away from the remaining

    @TalkTalk At 7pm they said it was time to go home and then cut me off. Talk talk is a perfect name for the company because that is all they do - no help whatsoever. I am trying to help my elderly father who is dying of cancer and has limited mental capacity. Complete joke.
