@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Shocking treatment of 2 OAPs suffering from dementia , they provided 2 contracts under identical name and address , they could plainly see that one contract had never been used , they took £600 from this account and refused to refund , offered £93 , avoid this company

@TalkTalk You charged me £50 in error. I repeated myself to 4 agents for hours to get a refund agreed, but then you didn't do it! Then you promise you definitely won't take it but have, that's stealing. Return it! Your error! Not waiting 7 days! Yet another chat! Always issues @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk been on the phone for 3 hours today and another 3 2 weeks ago, my account is "broken" and "can't be accessed" by your agents on the phone. I'm trying to renew/change/upgrade my now expired contract that I am overpaying for, because your agents can't access my account

You have a TalkTalk login. I hang up the phone. Chris phones me back to tell me how I messed up but TalkTalk will give me a discount off their best fibre broadband. I hung up and have signed up with BT. I won't have Internet until the 28th November but I will not have to deal
