Nish (@acaciathorns) reportedFinally got through to the @TalkTalk full fibre team. Apparently their chat function doesn't work on Firefox so had to use Chrome. They say they've cancelled the new contract (I have a PDF of the chat) but not seen this show up in my account yet.

The Moray Filth (@danmuygallo) reported@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I had 2 days cross over between bt and sky, so I had 2 days in which I was paying for both bt and sky. Bt wrote me to tell me that I was ending my contract early (1 day) and there was a penalty-£2! It's up to you how you want to do it, the stars never align perfectly.
