    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is beyond poor, I have been without reliable internet for 12 days now. Your phone team are utterly clueless and your complaints manager doesnโ€™t phone when he says he will. How do I cancel my internet with immediate effect?

    @talktalk Next day, 1 July 2026 in W2 Westminstwr London and broadband out again. Connected without internet? What is this? I pay ยฃ50 month for this service?

    So then the @talktalk bot lady says she will connect me to a tech guy - just hang on - been hanging on to Talktalk with @Talktalk for 3 hours so er up for that . Well *******, I get a contact in 5 minutes a Mr Arshun but he seems to be from JAtech and he is asking for money ?

    @theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's such a pain! Finally managed to speak to an "expert" at Talktalk. They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!

    God talktalk support is genuinely one of the most frustrating support lines I've ever dealt with. All I want is help with fixing ky Internet, why is it taking 20 mins to just to confirm who's account it is

    @housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @talktalk are you having issues in W2 London again? Just to report the speeds of broadband are extremely slow AGAIN. .05Mbps at ยฃ49.61 per month @TalkTalk

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    @WeAreOpenreach my dad is now having issues with his talk talk WiFi not working. Not getting anywhere with Talktalk. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
