    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    So then the @talktalk bot lady says she will connect me to a tech guy - just hang on - been hanging on to Talktalk with @Talktalk for 3 hours so er up for that . Well *******, I get a contact in 5 minutes a Mr Arshun but he seems to be from JAtech and he is asking for money ?

    @TalkTalk can't fault your service over the past however many years I've been with you but would be nice to tell me my contract is coming to an end so I can sort out a new deal instead of just doubling my bill and hope I wouldn't notice

    So then this guy asks for Β£1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for Β£22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?
