    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    Wednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! 😣 TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.

Market makers will pin price while algos front-run the headline, but the real bid only shows once Octopus puts terms on paper.     @Utilitywaremal still waiting in a call more than 2 week later on a dispute on pricing since you took over TalkTalk, absolutely abysmal service, overpriced & clearly don’t care about customers, was with aol/talktalk for 24 years with rarely an issue!

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

    @TalkTalk No answer. The first @TalkTalk customer service number simply disconnected as it didn’t recognise the phone number of a closed account. The second number led to options - all the ones I tried previously led to disconnection and a link to chat. In the end …
