@TalkTalk Just Received latest bill + £65 Openreach engineer charge. Engineer told me as the problem was with my Internal line, PLUS problem @ street cabinet & telephone exchange I wouldn't be charged. Why should I pay full amount if probs with O.R equipment?

@TalkTalk Is it normal that your technical department refuse to refund me an engineer call out fee, despite never warning me that I would be charged, just because my account is already in credit (for a different reason)? I'm hugely disappointed with the customer service received.

@TalkTalk Hi, since you upgraded my line to Fibre 150, 2weeks ago, it keeps dropping the internet for a few minutes and sometimes for hours, even when the WiFi router is showing white. It also shows orange at times too. Never had this before the upgrade.
