    @TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

    @Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    Awful service from @TalkTalk. The worst l've experienced in the UK! Generally poor and even worse at this time of the year. Keep losing my connection time after time during meetings. @TalkTalkGroup

    2/ @TalkTalk continued charging me for a service + extra fees after I've cancelled my subscription besides NOT being under a fixed contract. After waiting for 30 minutes to speak to somebody, their call centre operators spent two hours repeating the same script and ignoring me

    @TalkTalk by one of the worst experiences I had had with any broadband provider! Absolutely fuming!!!! Promised a Amazon voucher on joining and never received after being promised 3 times that it’s on the way! Shocking

    5/ @TalkTalk After the script was sent, the live chat gets disconnected and I get kicked out from it. I feel like I just got scammed, helpless and under the threat of some Final Bill reminder. 4 hours wasted, for a £37.50 bill and still no solution.

    1/ Just spent the last 4 hours trying to solve a billing problem with @TalkTalk. Called their Indian call centre twice and spent an hour on their live chat. Same result: feeling of being scammed and pure frustration.

    @talktalk I’ve been on hold waiting for an engineer to fix my broadband for an hour and a half. How much longer will I need to wait?
