@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@TalkTalk Spent over 7 hours on live chat and then 30 minutes today trying to sort problem with router. "Definitely fixed" the problem for a grand total of 4 hours. Nobody wants to give out the complaints contact details. Not good customer service. Next step cancel contract.

@TalkTalk I opened a complaint Tuesday, was told a manager would call Thursday. No one called lol.. anyway we rescheduled to today. No one called again??? Seriously? I’ve had enough now. I want to cancel my contract. This is ridiculous

My TalkTalk broadband is really pretty damn useless. It keeps falling over - often at the most inconvenient moment. Then you have to deal with the call centres... joy.

Anyone else think @TalkTalk internet is completely subpar, also cutting my internet in the middle of the day having to wait for it to come online up to 24 hours while working at home. Just let me cancel early and get a good ISP.
