@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

@TalkTalk Been on phone to your colleagues who have said engineer is looking into it. Neighbours with other providers have been given replacement internet support. Why is @TalkTalk not able to offer same?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup . Broadband was supposed to start yesterday 9th, 'error on the system' your end. I now have to wait 3-5 business days for the fault to be found. Potentially without any service for a week..very poor service.

Wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk to my worst enemy. Phoned tonight as still no Internet after a new connection. 6.31 I dialed. Told very busy, listened to the same tune on repeat to a message at 19.16 to say we are not closed thank you goodbye! Not good enough at all

@TalkTalk someone has cancelled my contract somehow. Been phoning up for 3 days trying to REMAIN as a customer!! No one calls me back! Such poor customer service. Never tried so hard to stay with a company in my life!

Typical. I get Cyberpunk 2077 on release day, data disc installs nice and quickly, great. I go to install the day 0 update and my internet goes down. Thanks for nothing @TalkTalk
