    @TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    @Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

    @TalkTalk @Stefanmisaras hearing (obviously not from talktalk customer service contact points) potentially“by midnight Thurs” in my postcode area. So you know there is a problem, are pretending there isn’t an ongoing outage issue, and wasting people’s time further in customer service queues.

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, you could ask your customer service staff to use the name on the back of the router, as this is what I checked and it was different to what they said, this would have stopped the new duplicate from being sent. That's all, thanks

    @TalkTalk Note to others, don't bother to DM talktalk. They just advised me to ring technical support, the same technical support that keeps hanging up on their customers. Then I was advised to use their online chat who nobody responds to. Just jokes

    @TalkTalk You’re having problems with FTTP Openreach based services. Your customer service team are all busy fielding calls about the problem you won’t admit having. It may take until Thurs to fix (according to other provider, who at least admit there’s an issue). Sound about right?

    Awful service from @TalkTalk Promised a voucher to renew broadband back in July and still having to chase you for it! Spent another two hours on hold again today only to be told someone will call me in 48hrs. #bollocks

    @Stefanmisaras @TalkTalk Don’t waste your time Stefan, seems providers linked with Openreach are having issues in various locals. My neighbour uses sky, who are at least confirming outage in area, and saying could be midday Thurs before fixed. Would be easier all round if talktalk admitted likewise.

    @TalkTalk Very worried that this outage does not appear to be local to Wolverhampton according to other customers. How can the outage be so widespread. Suggests serious problems.

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been off since 5pm yesterday, High Meadows, Wolverhampton. I have been hung up on by technical support 5 times and the support chat is a joke with no response.
