Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.
