@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@TalkTalk more lies from ye. Ye have charged us for 2 engineer appts for you not being able to provide us with Internet for 5 weeks, & the Eng not showing up. Said we'd be compensated, we haven't. Lie after lie. Ye are the worst CS I have ever seen by a mile. Ridiculous

so my 90 year old dad called and went through their utterly dreadful call handling process and explained the issue and was told the £91 fee would not be levied - the customer service lied @Ofcom @TalkTalk...

@TalkTalk I am trying to obtain a proper single point connection for help and I cannot get real help. Please do not go with Talk Talk as they do make you waist your time with their tech line and this costs a fortune on fees.

Well @talktalk are at it again. Having seen him with phone or internet service for a month through Oct - Nov the problem after several visits was tracked down to a faulty modem supplied by TT but wait for it...

@TalkTalk we had many internet providers, but surely no one can beat your unreliability, lack of service and poor customer service. Hot weather, cold weather and too much rain can affect your service. Utter disgraceful. I am glad we are changing provider with the new year.
