Wow @TalkTalk you are awful! We are trying to cancel our account as your broadband is terrible. The phone lines to cancel accounts is closed. If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@TalkTalk I’ve DM’d but there’s no point as it’ll be more lies and nothing to help a vulnerable 86 year old with no services for 2 weeks. It’s a shambles. Don’t use talk talk is my advice to everyone I speak to. Lie after lie and no one does anything.

@TalkTalk Me again, a customer who has had shocking customer service repeatedly. Currently on chat with your colleagues repeating the same conversation I had on Saturday because the issue never got sorted, even though you promised it was. Utterly horrendous as per usual.

@OpenreachHelp We've reported the issue to @TalkTalk on numerous occasions, we've replaced the openreach box ourselves as thought this may have been the issue, however still nothing and they have been unhelpful with the resolution, hence why I thought here may be the best forum to try get help

I'll be in Bacolod by Thursday andwe are staying on Sugarland Hotel... That haunted hotel, I remember I stay in there last 2014 before moving to Talktalk. Juicecolored yung katabi kong room it was closed down for some reason. Got eerie experience there.

@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

@MarinaaChao @TalkTalk Same here, Sent an engineer out who charged us, saying was internal network issue, despite the openreach modem having both the internet and DSL lights stating it's disconnected from the openreach network. Prior to the router.
