Wow @TalkTalk you are awful! We are trying to cancel our account as your broadband is terrible. The phone lines to cancel accounts is closed. If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!

  • DadThorverton Thorverton_Dad (@DadThorverton) reported from Thorverton, England

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

  • Rudders3082 Rudders (@Rudders3082) reported from Exmouth, England

@TalkTalk hi my broadband has just gone down

  • nuggyleach Amanda Leach (@nuggyleach) reported from Exeter District, England

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

  • DadThorverton Thorverton_Dad (@DadThorverton) reported from Thorverton, England

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

  • lampy117 Craig (@lampy117) reported from Crediton, England

@TalkTalk still having real problem with our Internet. Now been on going for 2 weeks

  • Mr_John_Harvey_ John Harvey 💜 (@Mr_John_Harvey_) reported from Exeter District, England

Update @TalkTalk - the signal is now dropping out approximately every 10 minutes... I’d like to get some work done today - the router is at present successfully thwarting me... 😬

@TalkTalk I'm about at the end of my tether, after conversing with your customer services for over a month. Many representatives have tried to move toward resolving our internet problems, but today I'm faced with someone who ignores all information that does not suit their thinking.

  • UK_Petrolhead UK Petrolhead (@UK_Petrolhead) reported

Hey @TalkTalk What gives!?! I called yesterday to notify you that I was moving house and wanted to transfer my service as of 17 Dec. You've gone and cut me off as of 16 Nov! I rang this morn and you're saying nothing can be done until 17 Dec!? How am I supposed to WFH??!?!

  • philebenson Phil benson (@philebenson) reported

@TalkTalk , due to go live, in 2 days, still havent even dispatch my router, seems @TalkTalk are having problems

  • Luke_Drage Only Luke! (@Luke_Drage) reported

@TalkTalk internet (DOWN) outage looks like a DNS Issue. If you know how, update your DNS Settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 | This is how I am back online now

  • sheeshorium Sheeshore (@sheeshorium) reported

@TalkTalk mate the wifi was down over like, the entire country for hours last night

  • CraftyPopps CraftyPopps (@CraftyPopps) reported

@TalkTalk Internet down in BS5. Trying to work from home is impossible with your Internet. Upgraded to fiber about a month ago as you said that would fix the issue...nope. Joke!

  • Shak_GW Shak Gabbidon-Williams (@Shak_GW) reported from Barnet, England

@TalkTalk my broadband is mean to go live today. Why is it not working?

  • Callummagill Callum (@Callummagill) reported

    @TalkTalk load of ****

  • SentureUK Rhys Haley (@SentureUK) reported

I'm honestly at a complete loss for words to accurately describe @talktalk inability to provide customers with support. More than 20 hours wasted on the phone to their support team, 2 engineer visits, both confirmed faulty equipment at the exchange and each time no support given.

  • karamina Rachael Lucas (@karamina) reported

What I really don’t appreciate, @TalkTalk, is when we have a fourteen day delay in getting our broadband up and running and then you cancel the order and cut us off ten days later.
