Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@TalkTalk Hi talk talk, I am delighted to say that I have cancelled my @SkyHelpTeam account. They were no help and still insisted on charging my disabled wife a fortune for a mistake. I would now like to discuss reactivating my account and switching to a disabled friendly service. Thanks.

@TalkTalk There’s always an issue, if I try online chat on your website, or via telephone to your call centres abroad that don’t understand English, and I tried with Twitter and they are all terrible customer service that never help. Terrible!

@TalkTalk I had placed a broadband connection order on 1st of April through your website, I have the order confirmation number but I never received an email with my account details. I tried reaching out for help through chat but was asked to call.
