  • DadThorverton Thorverton_Dad (@DadThorverton) reported from Thorverton, England

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

  • MandyPearse Mandy Pearse (@MandyPearse) reported from Teignmouth, England

@danslee @virginmedia That’s shocking customer handling Dan. If it’s any help I’ve actually found the guys @TalkTalk pretty good especially on tech issues around broadband.

  • DadThorverton Thorverton_Dad (@DadThorverton) reported from Thorverton, England

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

  • lampy117 Craig (@lampy117) reported from Crediton, England

@TalkTalk still having real problem with our Internet. Now been on going for 2 weeks

  • Rudders3082 Rudders (@Rudders3082) reported from Exmouth, England

@TalkTalk hi my broadband has just gone down

@TalkTalk Well that's a right load if **** cos its been down in my area all ****** day 😤 absolute joke

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk You can’t just put the price up, you agreed a fixed price with me for 18 months. Technically you have broken our contract, so we are free to leave without any penalties. Been with you for a lot of years, but I won’t be with you much longer.

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk So a promise to not increase prices for the term of your contract is really not a promise at all, surely you can be taken to court for breaking a contract, which will cost you a damn site more than what every you make from the increase.

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk But you can stop the charges to people with fixed contracts, if you need to charge more than new contracts should be higher and new customer’s shouldn’t be getting any discounts for joining. I am totally ashamed of your company now, I might as well go with kcom full fibre now,

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

Has anyone else had problems with TalkTalk ethernet connections to a PC, which says the PC is not Miracast enabled and won't go online even though the ethernet cable is lighing up and the PC is working?

  • deanholden Dean Holden (@deanholden) reported

@TalkTalk I think the wording you are using doesn't help theb unfortunately. 'No reported incidents in your area' in your responses seems like you're saying noone else has reported it and "it's just you" which we are all seeing isn't the case.

  • scottyf82 Scotty (@scottyf82) reported

@TalkTalk Well definitely is a lie, because I've had issues for 16 months...

  • RobLind51617264 Rob Lindsay (@RobLind51617264) reported

@TalkTalk service seems to be down in Wallasey AGAIN! Kindly fix this and provide the service we pay you for.

  • LuzSombra02 Jake (@LuzSombra02) reported

Has anyone else on TalkTalk had poor service over the last couple of days? Trying to play or download games and it’s been awfully slow

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk Yes but you have a fixed price contract with me, you can’t just put it up when you feel like it! A fixed contract is a fixed contract. You promised the price would never go up for the term of the contract, ofcom will be informed and Martin Lewis will also be informed.
