Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

@TalkTalk I do have an open complaint. The SENIOR manager was due to call me yesterday. I am livid. I am letting my frustrations known that TalkTalk are a horrible company who show no empathy to their customers

@MarcGoodall3 @TalkTalk It wont happen i was promised last Friday , all you get please dm me and we will look into it, just because they sit behind a desk doing sod all some of us have to work to pay their wages . Good luck but the best thing to do is try and find a better supplier, they are all bad

@TalkTalk @WhichUK @MoneySavingExp The name TalkTalk is ironic because the last thing TalkTalk are good at is communication. 7 hours of attempted “TalkTalk” in the last week. No sign of resolution or hope. Why don’t you change your name to “grbllkgddbnhf” it would make more sense

@TalkTalk I’m absolutely disgusted with your customer service team. My internet hasn’t worked for a month and I was told I’d have to pay for an engineer to come out ! I’ve been with talktalk for over 5 years this is terrible!! I need this sorted !

@TalkTalk can l be put through to this finer team l want my compensation my go live date was the 12th until today no sign of router!!bang out of order and when l contact you you tell me the full fiber team can help l have been trying to resolve this for hours still nothing!!!!!!

@TalkTalk I have! I’ve spent multiple hours on live chat to customer service reps and they have been useless. I got over 80k followers on Instagram I will be sure to make sure people don’t go with talktalk if this isn’t sorted ASAP
