Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.

Craig (@escapeveloxity) reportedAnyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!
