    @TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

    @TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TalkTalk I cannot believe iโ€™m contacting you this week to say our internet is down AGAIN today ! Is there a reason Iโ€™m having such problems I live in Co10 0nj area !!!! This is a JOKE and becoming extremely frustrating!!!

    Today I Make the switch from @virginmedia to @TalkTalk. These guys at talk talk know customer service. I havenโ€™t had a problem. I suggest we all go talk talk

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve just been chatting with an agent as had slow connection. They told me to disconnect wifi - reset it and said to โ€œwaitโ€ then they disconnected saying โ€œweโ€™re now closedโ€โ€ฆ. What do I do now?!

    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since โ€œplanned maintenance โ€œ, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    @TalkTalk your customer service is closed? Said open at 9am, was closed yesterday at 8pm when supposed to be open till 9. I have no internet

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    Hey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.
