@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

She’s rang everyday since- last Monday was 2 hours on the phone explaining the problem & she was being past to several colleagues. Promised it would be on by end of day & still waiting! So much for superfast fibre broadband, just the same as speed and issues I was paying for before. Thank goodness for my mobile data, I managed to watch the rest of the match.

@Kallum_Of_York @TalkTalk @YorkDigitalCity Hi Kallum, we have it. I don’t like the TV set up as much as the virgin one we had previously, but it is less than half the cost and no issues with the broadband. Recommend talking to the UFO team direct as even the rest of talktalk don’t seem aware of it!
