@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk Okay, in the last 2hrs the wi-fi connection has dropped 6 times. What is happening? I’m trying to work! Honestly. What am I paying for. I’ve had to use my data allowance on my mobile tariff because your service is so unreliable. Roll on @BoxBroadband in our area.

@TalkTalk charging my mum £65 for a engineer even though they said it was free and the problem was somewhere else is disgusting, also her bill is £60 for landline, internet and a Netflix subscription is even more disgusting

@TalkTalk You never called me back the first time at the start of my contract, i had to call your non uk based call centre, who everytime hung up on me or spoke in there own language without muteing the line.

@sharon_edgerley @TalkTalk Its horrific, i had no choice but to stay on there service, even though i contacted them to cancel several times as i could not get through to someone that would help me without hanging up when they heard the words cancel at the start of my 14 day cooling off period! DISGRACEFUL!
