@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@ncrbrts @laurenjadeball @TalkTalk The fastest three non-commercial providers of internet connections are Virgin's Cable, BT's Full Fibre, and then EE/Vodafone 'mobile broadband'. Before you cancel, do you know which of these are available to you?

@TalkTalk hi, over the last couple of days my internet has been so slow. I’m working from home and at points I’ve not been able to have Skype calls due to internet connection. I’ve reported it and TalkTalk are saying there’s no issue. Please can you help?

@TalkTalk Needed to cancel broadband order placed online yesterday. Can only cancel by calling? Call centre not open til 9 despite saying 8. Passed through three unhelpful people. Finally told cancelled but no proof of that given. #fail @Ofcom

@TalkTalk my friend Cannot get into emails through talk talk it was like that last week, and eventually he got in.....now same issue again cannot open a shortcut on his Phone to read important emails. What is going on can someone enlighten why ? Thank You

@craighay @s26kel We live in a partially rural area, had issues with Sky and TalkTalk. Since moving to BT, virtually no problems at all
