@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@MartinSLewis Firstly, I have been very lucky with Plusnet as my provider, unlucky with parent company BT and found TalkTalk the worst. Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.

@TalkTalk such a nightmare = chat boots me out as it stopped working and now nobody is there after an hour of getting nowhere. Nobody to answer the phones!! I have a recurring issue despite having a new set top box and pay so much for this service and nobody can assist.

@TalkTalk 3 hours of conversations and told to "ring back at 6pm" as they have no idea what the issue is...... it's been 3 days of no internet service... unacceptable customer service!
