@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk So when will it be fixed? The website message originally said it will be down until 8am. I have no Internet and am having to use my hotspot to work from home. I have sent a dm already and you just tell me you cannot help at the moment

Is there an email address for general enquiries @TalkTalk broadband? The only email addresses I've found are for 'complaints' which is a little disconcerting for a potential new customer. #talktalk #Broadband

@TalkTalk getting pathetic service at the moment, go live date was 1st dec 2022, tried to get in touch several times, no chance. I was sent an email that i would be going live on 19th jan 2023, even though i have been a customer for talktalk for the past 14 years.

@TalkTalk On Friday Talk Talk issued a message stating that they were working on an upgrade over the weekend and that normal service would resume on Monday at 8 am ,unfortunately they did not say in which year. I note that the message has been taken down.
