Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

Called on Monday to cancel, systems down so can't process it. Deadline of 15th April to cancel, unacceptable how difficult it is. Will be cancelling direct debit, only way to stop!

TalkTalk is, presumably, among the very worst of providers.. ? “We can’t monitor your connection for intermittent faults..” as if it requires 24/7 staff

Launches Joypad (@launchesjoypad) reportedSo @talktalk tried to put up my bill mid contract, but said I could leave penalty free, so I did, then they charged me anyway, but they promised to cancel the charge, today they took the money anyway. Terrible company and now I've got to spend another 2 hours sorting this. Avoid!
