@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk Hello - in SW London I have had no broadband connection at all since 7am yesterday (6 Jan 21). I have spoken to your call centre twice: 1st told it was due to maintenance and would be resolved by 8am today; 2nd told there has been an issue since Dec. Please assist?

@TalkTalk can you explain why after speaking to a customer service advisor and being given a credit on my account as a sign of "good will" due to a problem, my account is now that exact amount but in debt not credit?!?
