    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk can l be put through to this finer team l want my compensation my go live date was the 12th until today no sign of router!!bang out of order and when l contact you you tell me the full fiber team can help l have been trying to resolve this for hours still nothing!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I refuse to. You are in breach of contract and also breaking your promise to the customer. You contact me. The account is in my wife's name Heather Goodall. I am dealing with this - it's ALL on the notes, if you bother to look at them that is.

    @Emzzoxox @TalkTalk Because they just wont listen , they use the same response to everyone . My complaint has been on since may 2022 ,but they will not go of script . These companies have to recognise they provide a service we pay for,I will continue to let as many people know about the poor service

    @MarcGoodall3 @TalkTalk It wont happen i was promised last Friday , all you get please dm me and we will look into it, just because they sit behind a desk doing sod all some of us have to work to pay their wages . Good luck but the best thing to do is try and find a better supplier, they are all bad

    @TalkTalk I posted several hours that l have not received my router and my go live date has long past the technician came and found me with no router. After hours of speaking with your team l am told only the full fiver team can help me l can never get help!!!!

    @TalkTalk for a company that specialises in communications, your communication and customer service levels are horrendous. Zero customer service, you train robots to read from scripts, and apparently your staff are not allowed to call customers back. Embarrassingly shocking!
