@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk You will be cancelling our contract tomorrow on our request, on account of you not providing internet for weeks and not acting in good faith to resolve the issue. You will also cover the costs of our temporary internet purchases.

@TalkTalk I've had that done. An engineer has found a fault outside the property, we have had no indication of when you'll be fixing it, no contact from anyone and it's tiring now. It feels like every couple of months there's an issue with the service you supposedly provide us.

@TalkTalk your customer service team aren't filling me with a lot of confidence as a brand new customer - 37 minutes on the phone so far (most of it on hold) just to change a direct debit date, my speeds a bit shite too ...

@Chicaboo14 @TalkTalk Absolutely agree - awful customer service with no resolution to the fault !! Intermittent Internet all day meant struggled when working from home !!! If I could change providers I would in a heartbeat #BTbroadband @BT
