    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, I’ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didn’t show up. Utter rubbish service. I’m going back to BT as soon as possible

    @TalkTalk on hold again. I’ve been billed when I shouldn’t have. Agents agreed they wouldn’t take the money but it’s left my account today. Hours on chat to your team before, blanked DMs and nobody on your phone can issue the refund without their supervisors!

    @TalkTalk one week later with the promise of this resolved. Still no wifi, no compensation which they palmed me off with on here last Friday In total 19 people, 7 departments i spoke to. if you try lodging a complaint they send you to every other department so can’t contact CISAS

    @TalkTalk 2 months no broadband. Cancelled on twice. Engineer did not turn up today. No communication whatsoever. Over 3hrs in telephone calls from me trying to sort this. Missed 2 go live dates. And so much more just wrong with this, want this rectified now! Disgraceful service

    @TalkTalk Happy to dm you but i was promised a call back by one of your team yet again and the call still awaits. Getting fed up of explaining, repeating myself and getting nowhere. It’s disgraceful and the automated phone crap just sends you round in circles.

    @TalkTalk My in-laws in their 80’s are talk talk customers & have been without phone & internet for 4 days. They were told it would take 2/3 days - this has not happened. Please help as they cannot get in touch with you & is causing distress.

    @TalkTalk You didn't assist in anyway. Here you didn't. Facebook same BS. Technical support phones keeping on the hold for hours. Online chat clueless advisers. Account online not possible to find any help. You are throttling my broadband to 1 mbps in the evening, for a number of days!

    Disgusting @TalkTalk, we have continued to pay a bill for a service that we are not being provided with. No help when ringing, no help over social medias... know the response would be immediate if i stopped paying. Well over 4 months now of crap wifi at home & solely using my 5g!
