Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

Account hasn’t been closed and they’ve now taken another payment. Spoken to at least 6 different people and still no further. DO NO USE TALKTALK
