@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk customer service tip..when a customer tells you they have been cut off whilst talking to a colleague do not start asking the same questions all over again.Still waiting for an answer to why it takes 30 days to action a cancellation other than taking more money off me 😡

@TalkTalk Hi! I've ran a connection test on your website and it says I need to book an engineer. Now it won't let me select a date to book an appointment and when I try to log back into my account it says 'request rejected.' Can you help please?

@TalkTalk another disappointing experience with TalkTalk. We used the services in past and had really bad customer service experience and we gave it another chance now as we were promised a better service. But I now regret moving with you again.
