    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk wow as normal i have to change saved password EVERYTIME i log into this **** company, and it truly is a shame i was not able to get to my pc to terminate my account im now stuck with scum till 2023, but i would really like to know why my internet is slower (fibre 65)

    @TalkTalk So I can lied to some more? I was told I was 'refusing the resolution' and that I could either complain, or have the account fixed, but not both. Everything Talk Talk have said to me has been a lie or an insult, and I have it on recording.

    @TalkTalk I've been having internet blackout (my router has gone MIA) for hours - I did all the instructions, unplug main socket for 20 mins to restart and nothing. NOTHING. it's my 1st month w you and this happened. I wfh and how am I supposed to connect tomorrow?!
