@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

Looking for broadband?? DO NOT USE @skytv's Broadband service. Even @TalkTalk is SO MUCH more reliable. I'm a cripple, and becoming ever more reliant on Alexa operated stuff for turning on lights, and plugs I can't reach. The ONLY way to get them working is removing the TV ADSL

I recall Dido Harding presiding over data hacking twice as CEO at TalkTalk.The ICO concluded ‘security failings at talk talk allowed a hacker to access customer data with ease’. Dido is presiding over IT failings of UK’s track n trace. She’s Chris Grayling of the business world

@TalkTalk it's been 2 WEEKS since our internet has been down! I've constantly called tech support and an engineer visit confirmed our suspicion it was the router! New router still hasn't arrived even though LAST Thurs, it was supposed to be sent within 24hrs what's going on????

Just spent a very frustrating 2hrs trying to get my Talktalk telephone service restored. An hour with one agent - call dropped, and then best part another hour going through the whole thing again with another agent - call dropped @TalkTalk

@midalifecrisis @TalkTalk We signed a new contract, we have had new routers, engineers etc... And yet here we are. Still with unstable Internet. Quick to take payment but no solution to the service you provide which is inadequate....

@TalkTalk you’re supposed to be open until 6pm but twice now your automated system has cut me off saying you’re closed. My elderly mum has no internet. Been through all troubleshooting and still no joy or solution. Not good enough.

@TalkTalk hi, I am moving into a new house this week and it’s all been very quick to happen, so I’ve only just gone onto your website to see about moving over, and a £60 moving fee and a two week notice period is a lot to deal with, is there anything you can do to help
