You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk We set up a technician visit from Monday, came today, believe he said they sent the wrong type of guy, tried his best still, dad got cut off about twice trying to talk to support, last guy suggested we'd been turned off by accident, then no, and now a new technician next Tuesday.
