    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, I’ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didn’t show up. Utter rubbish service. I’m going back to BT as soon as possible

    You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

    I recall Dido Harding presiding over data hacking twice as CEO at TalkTalk.The ICO concluded ‘security failings at talk talk allowed a hacker to access customer data with ease’. Dido is presiding over IT failings of UK’s track n trace. She’s Chris Grayling of the business world

    Over the years i go from deal to deal using same company as i had b4. But one thing for sure with these ***** tricks talktalk not confirming u have ended contract i will never go back 2 talktalk much like hard work may of done eventually. I go from deal

    People like i do they do a deal boardband then they go to a better deal. I had talktalk b4 ok then but now just want to use ***** tricks. 18 months. Two year contracts. People dont know they have to cancel they think it just ends spend hours on phone then phone going down

    I would never go back to talktalk read reviews do u want hassle. Hours on phone people cant have confirmation of your board band ended putting phone down in the middle of trying to end it. Trustpilot boardband. Co. Uk. Site jabbers. Too much hassle. Vodafone uk. Three 3 r tonsbet

    @TalkTalk Sending you a DM, this is getting ridiculous, she has now had a bill reminder with mention of debt collectors and bad credit ratings if not paid. It also stated that services may be restricted .... there are NO services!!!!

    Talktalk u put phone down when i rung to make sure no more boardband. Dec 31st.2022 end of contract .in middle of it happened to lots. Not putting up with ringing again. Waiting for 45 mins one time. Messageing passed backhere+therenomore

    @TalkTalk You mean after a week of asking for an engineer you now decide it is an option after all, but at my expense. Not really the service you should be offering is it. If you cant provide the service people pay you for, and are unwilling to fix it (at your expense) then jog on pal.

    @TalkTalk Hi today was supposed to be my activation day for my Internet but the router is still blinking amber light and haven’t heard from the engineers yet about my connections ? Can you please kindly let me know how long I have to wait for my service to get activated?
