    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk lady in retention department was so lovely today and transferred me to the full fibre team. Really wanted to help me out so thanks to her. Unfortunately the woman in the full fibre team heard my problems with talktalk and never once apologised, terrible customer service

    @Lookinupatstars I'll speak with my son. He was never a ballerina, but he has had a stellar career jump as a software developer starting from scratch with TalkTalk 4 years ago and now earns twice what I do as a molecule wrangler.

    @TalkTalk I live in Canada, my elderly parents in Norfolk have not had internet for several weeks. They are in their 80’s and have had service calls that haven’t been able to resolve this. They order shopping online- this is unacceptable

    @TalkTalk 1 months money for only 12 days of service? My contract ended, you couldn't give me a better deal, I switched to another provider and you've left me a day without any service at all? How is that an uninterrupted switch? How am I meant to work today?

    @TalkTalk I have repeatedly attempted to cancel my broadband and I've had no joy considering you are still attempting to take over from my current supplier. Order ref: S00156329. I would appreciate an answer as you don't pick up the phone and spoken to online agents 3 times!

    @TalkTalk I have read this again . I am not a full fibre customer or even a fttc customer .As you have cut me off . You have until Friday to get me online if not I am off to @youfibre
