@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk Yes I have replied but just ignored. As bad as the phone service. I want someone to collect the equipment and cancel the order as its been nothing but trouble and hard work. All this upset just for an Internet service. Talktalk should be ashamed
