    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, I’ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didn’t show up. Utter rubbish service. I’m going back to BT as soon as possible

    @PeteCityPrice @TalkTalk Awful customer sevices!! Spent an hour on the “chat box” went through all the usual questions etc..to upgrade,only to be told i have to call them to upgrade! Nearly as bad as @skytv🙄

    Anyone else had big problems trying to cancel @TalkTalk at the end of contract? I have spent so many hours on this! They want to charge because they did not follow through on my request. And endless cutting off on phones and web chat.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk is completely useless. After hours on the phone with customer service, and endless DMs on Twitter, they managed to book me an engineer for Monday the earliest. I work from home. Monday is 3.5 days away. How is this okay?
