    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk A lot of us are facing the same issue so please respond publicly. In any case, I sent you DM yesterday and your reply was “sorry we cannot help” so I sent another DM today before I posted this and you still haven’t responded to it. It’s shocking.

    @TalkTalk it’s actually ridiculous at this point. my fiancé and i both work from home and we can’t do anything about this. for the past two weeks now it has been nothing but trouble.
