    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I did want fibre 150, I joined on Friday but one of you amazing customer service member decided he couldn’t be bothered doing his job and acted like he was taking my details and doing a credit check, in reality he did nothing and gave me a fake order number..great service

    Wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk to anyone. The service they are providing to my Mum is appalling. The call centre is a total waste of time. Promised a call last Monday and still waiting.

    @TalkTalk why do you make it so difficult to cancel a contract? I’ve been trying to cancel my contract since February, without success. I’ve tried email, calls and live chat and just keep being passed around and you’re still charging me every month for a service I don’t use!

    @TalkTalk we’ve just had an Openreach engineer out who has said that we will need a new router as our current broadband router from yourselves maybe causing our drop out connection issues. How would we go about ordering a new one?
