@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet Had the same issue with bt and Vodafone. Except there was a month between off and on. They say it's a simple switch, so people assume that's true. But it isn't.

@TalkTalk No - my older box that used to record and store everything no longer works - your replacement doesn't store recordings - I have to pay extra for that - do you see your problem

@TalkTalk we will never use the talk talk service again after being with you for 8yrs. Debt collectors LCS called over a £19 outstanding bill after a cancellation confirmation of contract was sent to us. Threatening calls, emails and texts A bit over the top don't you think?

@TalkTalk Your latest 4k box doesn't store recordings does it? It needs a memory stick or I can subscribe to your service for £2 per month. I am already paying for that service as I received it with the first box

No internet since Saturday morning and @talktalk say it may be another 3-5 business days until we get any service back, totalling at least 10 days without internet! Not our first issue like this, either. Could not recommend any internet provider less. Avoid at all costs!
