@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

Typical @TalkTalk can’t deal with you wanting to cancel so they hang up on you… ring back again to be told the cancellation team is shut at 4 but normally open till 6pm… Waste for 2 and a half hours! Just cancel my contact! #TalkTalk #wasteoftime

@ThebutlerAdam_ @SkyUK @TalkTalk Did you not do your research first? They're cheap for a reason and regularly rate near the top of most complained-about service providers. If you're still in cooling-off period, I'd do the wise thing and jump ship before it's too late
