    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, I’ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didn’t show up. Utter rubbish service. I’m going back to BT as soon as possible

    Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    Hard to believe about customer loyalty! My package (£34) for a new customer is £29 pm for a year then £44 triple speed package for a new customer is only £32 pm for 12 months Sky TalkTalk & EE are looking reasonably priced for speed, as is BT stragely.

    Yet another horrendous experience with @TalkTalk customer service. Had email confirmation my account was due to close on 24th July. Account hasn’t been closed and they’ve now taken another payment. Spoken to at least 6 different people and still no further. DO NO USE TALKTALK

    @TalkTalk It's on/off for weeks even ethernet doesn't help,was good until we went to fibre 150 awful service every constantly in touch just wasn't the high price I'm paying for!! I deserve compensation for this awful service

    @TalkTalk What a joke, called to cancel service,after speaking to someone for 3 1/2 mins, they put me on hold for 15 mins while they 'typed up notes' , now I have been handed off to another department. 23 min call, so far, and 20 of those are on hold. #whatajoke #scam #worstISP

    @TalkTalk hi getting error on C4 on demand. Error message 4102 RENDER DECODE. Tried leaving it a while but still same. Never had issue…googled reason n believe it’s down to your TT to address. Pls can you advise?
