@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@OpenreachHelp I was told that open reach won’t reinstate it or give explanations and I’d have to start all over again. It’s already been a month and I’m self employed from home. I’m going with virgin now. How are open reach allowed to just cancel my contract with talktalk?

@TalkTalk once again I am receiving dreadful services trying to sort out my grandparents phone line that is down Again. Was dealing with the 6 months ago and spent 3 days trying to resolve it. They rely on their phone line for their emergency tag, this is unacceptable.
