@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk My internet has completely gone off, I can’t log on my account. I encounter problems of some kind every day. Yet I’m having another price hike (due to ofcom) Which is the 2nd in 12 months & for the same, consistently poor broadband.

@TalkTalk The issue is that I am paying for a guaranteed 50 Mbps but it is clearly not that fast. See OP and you will see the speeds I am getting

@EmmelineHartley @Barclays @RoyalMail It's not only texts from banks, a friend recently go a phone call on landline from TalkTalk, he knew exactly the amount the direct debit was and all the services on account. Also knew there had been problems on b/band offering to look at issues via computer. Call was ended then.

@SimsHilarysims @TalkTalk And they send a customer service survey immediately to as how they've performed, even though the fault hasn't been fixed yet.
