@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I was just being charged £65 for engineer visit, they send to my house, because they couldn’t see why my internet is keep switching off for weeks (problem is still not fixed) I was never informed that they charge for “fixing” their problems!?? @TalkTalk fed up with you!

@TalkTalk I’ve had connection issues all week, I work from home and I can barely join a teams call without losing connection, experiencing a ton of lag or everything crashing. This also has affected my connection on streaming services.

@imad_ahmed @TalkTalk LLU boxes mean they are running your ADSL line through a load of other connections on various ISPs but it's fishy how talktalk is ALWAYS the worst no matter where I go. Hmmm. Would love to speak to rep from @talktalk and see what they have to say for themselves

@KarlTurnerMP @mrjamesob In a parallel universe, he would also have to investigate Dido Harding's handling of her TalkTalk data breach. I wonder how much he knows about the operational support, security and customer care & billing systems of IP enabled telecommunications?
