@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk customer service are absolutely appalling. Not only did it take two visits to get me satisfactorily connected, they’re still billing me for my old broadband I cancelled already. I think in addition to this level of service, I’ll also receive a stroke.

@TalkTalk why won't you let us cancel our account?! We have been trying since 7/12/22 when we switched providers. We were billed by yourselves last month even after my husband had called multiple times trying to cancel our account and again this month. Worst customer service ever

@snookcocker @TalkTalk Still mak a complaint but don't let the close it. Also ask for a Data Subject Access Request, they then have to collect all the correspondence and phone calls etc and send them to you. Yo in can then forward them to CISAS or the guardian newspaper.

@TalkTalk I just want to terminate contract at no cost as you haven’t provided a service or repair to the fault, it’s a simple request that I have emailed app seven times and guess what no replies
