    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk Can anyone help me get back my supersafe boost - lost since switching to 500mb FFTP. Have spent hours on hold over the last few months - no-one seems to know who is responsible - getting pretty fed up !

    @TalkTalk very disappointed. Went for the fibre 65 package. Waited 2 weeks for engineer to come. Internet extremely slow (in kbs) after installing which is apparently enough to go Live. Turns out, fault at the exchange. Have to wait another few days for it to HOPEFULLY work.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup the single worst internet I’ve used, lost me so much with crap internet for work from loss of clients and now they won’t let me end my end of contract as I have to give 30 days which is BS which is a violation.

    @TalkTalk I moved my address since 21th October and I say 27th September I spoke with one of your customer service member he told me I the 20 days cooling off it will start from 21th October otherwise why I gonna do this if on 27th September if I can’t be in my new flat and check

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Sky internet is very good where I am, miles better than previous BT and TalkTalk plans, it's just the Q Boxes that are **** for me.

    @TalkTalk the inconvenience is too big considering I'm working from home Joey. the technical engineer telling me she cant help me was the final straw. I have cancelled my contract already

    I don’t believe @TalkTalk need an engineer here to turn it back to working (as they managed to change it to not working without coming near my home) they just won’t do it. Now I am stuck at home for 10 days with 3gb of data on my phone. Totally let down when I’m ill!

    @GadgetDetective @HughesOnAir @talkRADIO You mention TalkTalk, but they’re failing miserably. I’ve lost count of the weird numbers appearing on my landline caller id. Been going on for years not just recently. They’ll only stop it when the copper network is pulled in the next three years or so.

    @emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!
