@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk Hello again @TalkTalk after a couple of hours of normal internet service, it all seems to have gone off again? More problems or a continuation of the earlier ones? Can you also confirm where I send my request for compensation for the mobile data I've had to use in the meantime?

So @TalkTalk my son decides to end his contract with you for #badcustomerservice and you decide to charge him with a bill for over £100 for a technician that visited months ago and a late payment fee!! No wonder you have such bad reviews!

How crap is @TalkTalk ! I put the wrong word of the address down and your telling me you can't change it and to cancel, wait another 2 weeks for a engineer to come out and fit a line.. Million pound company can't change an address on their system, its 2021 have a word.
