@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I have been trying to get hold of someone for over a month. I have been hung up on, put on hold for hours , told to jump through hoops just to be told to call customer services who don't answer.. Now I'm ignored.. Why can't someone call me!!!! This is causing stress

Wow I thought @virginmedia was bad, I thought @TalkTalk was bad but then I joined @BTGroup they are atrocious! Stop blaming Corona for poor customer service!
