  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

Back to pixelating pictures on almost every service on @skytv over the last few days 😒 Sky Puck is on wired Gb/s connection through to 500Mb/s @talktalk fibre broadband which is working fine. Not the first time & from forums it seems a common problem 😒
