@plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

@TalkTalk our Internet connection keeps dropping out, rang the automated service before and you did a test and said it was the phone line. Openreach came out said it was fine and that it's the equipment at fault. Having same issues again, same automated response saying its the..
