Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

@TalkTalk Cancelled my account 8th Aug, get email confirmation that it will be cancelled on 9th Sept. Today I receive a bill for all September. Support tell me that my name isn't on the termination "spreadsheet" even though TalkTalk sent an email confirming account end date.

@TalkTalk This was following actual hours spent on calls with Future Fibre support because they couldn't get MyAccount setup so that I could pay bills. Online search shows this has happened to others but support act like it's my problem. Future Fibre/TalkTalk support is woeful

Every passing day of working at home that goes by, it never fails to amaze me even more how utterly woeful @TalkTalk Wi-Fi is, even when I've got a Booster less than a metre away from my work laptop. Constant drop in usage, drop in connection. Practically impossible to work.
