Your appalling customer service team have wasted 30 minutes of our time and have managed to disconnect our call-having to go over it all again!!!

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.

In the last 2 days Iโve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iโve now cancelled and switched to BT.
