First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

If old then the fixed price plan is not worth the paper it is written on and if TT can hold a customer to the contract yet the customer cannot then that is detrimental.
