    Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

    3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

    @TalkTalk 3 months in a row absolute rubbish service. Yet still want me to pay the bill every month. first 4 weeks with a 5mb connection before you'd send anyone to sort it. An since then random disconnects that won't reconnect for over an hour at a time :(

    @TalkTalk hi, had slot today for installation between 8 and 1. Saw engineer pull up at 1 and then drive off. Several phone calls later TT could not advise and engineer replied to our text saying he was too busy. Please advise ASAP, this is really poor. Samina

    @TalkTalk upgraded wifi start of September and was sent 2 new routers, 1 FOC (for upgrade), the other chargeable (informed would be refunded). 3 months since returned and no refund. Customer services are no help and refuse to escalate to a manger. Awful experience since Sept.

    You should be ashamed @TalkTalk my Mum is in tears. Phone is not working and is 4 medical emergency’s and all you did was give her the run around on the phone for an hour asking security’s questions to my dad who has dementia. @DementiaUK #dementia #takktalk
