    Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

    @TalkTalk I’m trying to register for a new account, talktalk made an error with my first account, now I have to use a different email from the first one. But it is not being processed! I’m demented pleas help! So far not impressed.

    @TalkTalk I honestly want nothing more to do with you. You're not delivering a service I have paid for (for 5 years like a mug) your service is absolute bs. This is the second time in mere weeks I've had no internet access and I work from home. Idiots.

    Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife

    @TalkTalk Can you please answer the DM I have sent. It’s now 10 days with no internet. I’m so stressed now and can’t deal with this anymore. It has put so much pressure on my family as I have no way to video call my parents now there so upset!! Please fix this today

    Dear all, Please be careful when you subscribe with @TalkTalk This is not first time i make enquiries and report about poor service by them. For instance, i subscribed Fiber 65. Unfortunately i just get below 5mbps connection. How much money the got from customer? Unprofessional

    @TalkTalk I have ran all the tests to determine whether or not the problem is at my end. My computer is the only thing I use broadband for and works ok on my sons hotspot, so is not broken. My router is permanently on a flashing red light(apart from 1 green hour Wednesday).Landline ok

    @TalkTalk after 2 engineers visits and a second router still having problems with broadband. Has gotten worse as now we are constantly without internet in the evenings.
