    @plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

    So now it seems @TalkTalk are just cutting people off in their chat... This is getting ridiculous... Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk recieved a lterr confirming my internets being stopped tomorrow. Bills are never late always paid. How can this be !!! Please get fixes. I AM AN ESSENTIAL WORKER WORKING FROM HOME HELP!!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk absolutley shocking service. You say you are on teitter support from 8AM-10PM yet nobody will even drop you as much of an acknowledgement !!! Disgraceful

    I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

    @TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

    @CalamityDoll @TalkTalk We've had BT since moving into our house. No problems. Both of us were working from home and on video calls with no signal issues.

    @TalkTalk once again I am paying for a service that you are not providing to satisfaction. Had internet drop outs for months which no one I called took seriously, and now my internet has been down for nearly 3 hours. Great job. Moving providers as soon as I can.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

    @TalkTalk complaints process is just them telling you to dm or fill in forms and they ignore it or completely make up the reason of the complaint in the hope you’ll give up!
