    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @savanQadir @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Seriously go elsewhere why you can. I upgraded etc and now had no internet for several days because of a fault on their line. Their service has been horrific and they don’t care about customers…

    @coradixon_ @TalkTalk They keep saying that it's faults with our equipment, so they don't have to pay compensation, it's thier exchange, I'm without Internet over 3 weeks now, and they keep saying its fixed on my account, lies. The problem is congestion on their exchange. Too many people on same one.

    @doctorwibble @j_mcconnachie @TalkTalk I'd like a manager to call me regarding a year long complaint that still hasn't been resolved I have called emailed and twiitered yet still nothing,this is disgraceful customer services for disabled customers!

    @Rico_Barbera @TalkTalk Hey did it get sorted iv had that problem for 8 months, I feel like they are lying to me, as I've found out the problem is over crowding of their exchanges.

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach1 a year later and still boyh companies are refusing to take responsibility for the damage to my window frames they damaged during repair to bb disgraceful behaviour to leave disabled customer in this state
