Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk Utterly disgusted at the service you are providing to my Aunt, she is 78years old and never uses her broadband yet you have moved her to a £30 a month package just for her broadband. We have spent the last 30mins trying to speak to you. Disgraceful behaviour

@TalkTalk Cost is a particular issue for this vulnerable client. Shielding and needing therapy. On benefits and reluctant of anything requiring a direct debit as knows benefits can be stopped at any point. Needs WiFi to access support as rural home is creating connection issues with dongle
