Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@virginmedia @ShmoogleOsukami question is how pose access service site when intrrnet down. you need make app notify when downtimes happens or something notify them, be same thing all isp like taltalk what im on too, even thaw i blocked talktalk twitter coz support over there sux and no help

so @TalkTalk are now saying it's taking "longer than usual" to cancel my contract because I haven't given them the email address linked to my account that being the email address the email cancelling my contract was sent from.

@TalkTalk Has anyone wxperienced difficulty in raising a complaint with Talk Talk UK.I am a new customer and I am already so annoyed with Talk Talk that I have asked for letter of deadlock so that I can refer complaint to Trading Standards .don't think anyone has grasp of issue.

Can someone @TalkTalk explain to me why my internet has been randomly going down for 2-10 minutes at least 8 times a day. Sometimes it will go down, come back up for a few minutes and then go down again. While writing this tweet my internet went down for over half an hour

Huh?? Anong weird sa torch rally ng mga kakampinks last wed?? They were just praying for a peaceful election. Puro kasi talktalk without putting an effort to find out what was the purpose of the rally😩 so if were a sore loser like you, I'd just sit down and shut my mouth

@TalkTalk Not exactly a straight answer if your face to face representative tells me “you’re not on the best package”; Then your online agent tells me “you ARE on the best package”. Was on with online support for over an hour, so don’t know how more online checks are meant to help.

Two nights in a row the internet just keeps cutting out. @TalkTalk keep saying it’s working fine, their chat service is useless, and if I phone they’ll just keep stalling. Any advice?
