    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk my internet speeds were being their usual level of garbage so I went to restart the router and it won't come off an orange light after several minutes. Is the service down or has yet another router broken on me

    @TalkTalk certainly made the right choice of moving on , cannot understand why do I have to send my equipment back ?????? Never ever done before .😡😡😡😡 can someone kindly send a courier to my house please .cannot walk properly and the nearest post office is about 5 miles

    @TalkTalk Yes, your help agent copy&pasted that to me as well. But I only started this contract in July 2020, so you were already aware of the pandemic effects.

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

    @TalkTalk You have applications, few website’s but to talk about my bill isn’t possible …. shame… no internet connection for a week but for you there were no problems…. Everything I have to fixed by myself because you telephone consultants are not competent…. SHAME!!!!

    OK @TalkTalk i've for a week to speak to someone one about my bill, which has been raise despite having a contract. NO chat area. Your Customer service number is no longer available. So frustrating. I WANT TO TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE
