    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @KatTrimble @TalkTalk I'm moving house and just need to cancel my account. It should be a one person job, so far I've been passed to about a dozen different departments before the phone goes deathly silent.

    @TalkTalk instead of renewing my contract TalkTalk just disconnected me from the Internet. I am a Dr of Psychology, ALL my work is online - 1:1... but seems this makes no impact on TalkTalk service. Avoid them!

    @TalkTalk Hi Team, having issues with my e-mail. Keeps showing can't sync & keeps asking for my password, that removes the error notification for a short period but then it all starts again. I'm in OL12, Any ideas please.

    @BRYN_BORANGA @TalkTalk to get the payment (which she had already paid). All co-ordinated by their Bereavement Team who wished her “have a nice day” initially. I’d forgotten half of this but they phoned her this week to ask how she was enjoying their service and put them right there and then
