Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk Hi, unfortunately had 2 call & go thru disconnections 2 talk to a human. WiFi down & now have to wait 2/3 days for engineer. Terrible service, no call back from agent from my initial enquiry & when you call you just get sent a text Msge & get cut off. Very disappointed

@v_dubster @gffcontwitch @EE Yup, I am having the same issue. Looking on downdetector, the following services are affected: BT Sky EE Plusnet Vodafone TalkTalk YouFiber Virgin Media Trooli Utility Warehouse Zen Internet There may be more, but I don't have the effort to search for them.

@TalkTalk Thanks, you can speed up the engineer visit which would help. No WiFi means no landline to make a call for elderly, not acceptable at all. If I hadn’t gone through to disconnection dept which took over an hour fyi I would be none the wiser as I have had no response from an agent!
