    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk yes as I have an engineer coming out and not had any decent service over the last 6 months, and you lot have not given me compensation of any kind!

    @TalkTalk had an email to update my email settings. Followed the instructions, used the correct password. Outgoing emails are ok but incoming won’t load and I get a message saying I’m not putting in a password. I AM!! Can’t you help please?

    @idlewildgirl I cancelled yesterday as my slow Internet & Sky Signature Pack had gone upto £85. Signed up with TalkTalk for Full Fibre 150mb and took out the Now TV membership for £40. The same shows available and 5 times faster broadband for me and £45 less to find each month

    I remember saying to the agent i don’t want to swap to @TalkTalk , they’re ridiculously difficult to deal with. I’ve had poor internet speed since jan 6 and it’s been reported weekly. They don’t do anything about it and their contact agents don’t seem to understand my accent.

    @TalkTalk I’ve DM’d so many times, chatbot, email, website. Everyone gives up because this is a known issue to legacy email holders. I’ve just read tweets from 2015. We don’t hold @TalkTalk accounts other than legacy email addresses (mine since 1997). It’s not just me.
