    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk can you help? I have an elderly friend who is with talk talk. Her phone is out of order. Her account was set up by her daughter who is now very very ill and cannot get any help from talk talk because login details have been lost. Draughter is not able to communicate.

    @TonyWat99 @TalkTalk Exactly what i went through when I couldn’t access my account after reaching the support service and never got a respond until a friend referred me to unihacksupport on insta, I reached them and they succeeded reinstating my account.

    @TalkTalk I’m starting to dislike TalkTalk soo much I literally work nights as an IT engineer. I’m always having internet issues, if the internet isn’t slow then it’s drops and today again I had no internet since 00:47 it’s now 6:44am.Sick of this rubbish service might move to Virgin!!

    @TalkTalk Hi. I’m upgrading to future fibre next Wednesday and my current contract expired yesterday. I have woken up to no internet. I did not expect to be cut off given that it is the engineer appointment availability that meant I had to wait until next week. Can you please help?
