Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@NinaNash_ @TalkTalk another thing I have had and my parents on 3 sep occasions is they transfer to a different person and start again OR really bad all of a sudden the phone goes crackily really bad so obvious they do not want to hear the complaint ps my phone hasn’t crackiled before or since

@TalkTalk well thank you for your rubbish customer service, your 'text me back' helpline operator Dan was a waste of time. Avoided my simple questions, gave one answer which was irrelevant and then ignored me. I was meant to be a new customer but will be ringing to cancel.

@TalkTalk DO NOT USE TALK TALK they’ve left my vulnerable 81 year old mum with no landline or internet or any way to call anyone for help and despite being on the phone to them for over an hour it’s not resolved AND THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS
