Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk The lack of humanity in these larger companies is a real concern. There needs to allowances for interventions (particularly in utilities) that allow for emergencies such as these. With the widespread use of algorithms now in deciding service calls government needs to act

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk When I had to ring Orange because my mobile packed up, the conversation took ages, and I mentioned that it was costing me money, and the guy said "oh, are you not calling free from your Orange phone?" Well no, because as I've spent half an hour telling you, IT'S NOT WORKING.

@TalkTalk And from 6pm tonight it looks like there's a national outage, multiple complaints on down detection websites and yet no customer services. Absolutely appalling communication and customer service

@DowndetectorUK Reading other tweets, and looking again at the services in the screenshot — perhaps this was/is only a @TalkTalk issue, but specifically affecting gaming and streaming services, so people believed it was the services themselves having issues.
