    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk No Internet for four days now... Spent 6 hours on four different occasions to help line... the last call they hung up on me! Great customer service... Not! All I want is a service that I pay for! Anyone else experienced wonderful service?

    @TalkTalk hello, I’ve had no access to the internet since yesterday, downdetector shows potential issues with your service. I’ve tried resetting and restarting the router, is there anything else to be done?

    @TalkTalk Hi. I'll be honest I closed down the conversation as it was going nowhere. It has now come back on again. If the service does not improve I will be looking into cancelling my contract though. For some it's a lifeline to outside.

    @TalkTalk Just cancelled direct debit for this 93yr old vulnerable gentleman and bank chasing payment as no service received & equipment delivered to wrong address! @TalkTalk get it right treat customers with respect and compassion

    @SportsOrla @eurosport @gcntweet TalkTalk had an outage in the Liverpool area just as the last climb was starting. I'm only just back on-line. Never good timing - but that couldn't be worse!!
