Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

Can anyone recommend an internet provider that isn't useless? Because anytime I've had to contact @TalkTalk it's been a nightmare and now they're trying to charge me £50 to send an engineer for a problem that is clearly with their equipment.

Be careful joining Talk Talk, they will swap your landline number then not provide any meaningful support once the order is placed, as you cant pass the security for an account that does not exist yet - Brilliant. Thanks @TalkTalk

@WeAreOpenreach we had a powercut yesterday and our fibre to the premises line isn’t working. After speaking with talktalk they’ve informed us there’s a block on the line? my wife is an on call social worker and relies on wifi calling as no reception here - please help

@stiletto1961 @TalkTalk They don’t even work Saturday’s apparently either, Mum’s been without any service since first thing Wednesday morning and they saying the engineer won’t be round until first thing Monday. I still don’t think they’ll turn up as they’ll use this storm to their advantage!
