Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk I have called multiple times but apparently I still have to pay for a service I'm not receiving and 'hope' that you will refund me eventually. Everyone I have spoke to at talktalk have said they don't understand why I'm being charged but I have to pay it anyway somehow...

@GNetworkComms @lbhf @hammersmithandy why have h&f given permission for yet more fibre works we just had vigin fitted the entire rd yet only 1 customer-who has requested more disturbances to our street and why??? We have a right to know when we already have TalkTalk sky and virgin already???

@TalkTalk My internet is currently down, plus I've been having loads of issues with distance and speeds in the house, then you sent me a booster that did nothing and wouldn't connect to my router when over 7 meters. 150 fibre which I get when hugging the router and ~30 Mbps everywhere else

TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at May 3, 2022 at 09:55AM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk

@TalkTalk IS A SCAM!!!! Run from this company… useless support. Spent the entire holiday repeating the same tests. They are useless… no internet connection for one week now. They still want to keep me doing tests and donot send engineer #talktalkdisaster Shame on you @TalkTalk

Well done @TalkTalk for leaving a woman in her 70's with no phone line for 4days! No common sense from your call centre staff at all! Just want to know issue has been fixed and switch off call divert. It should be simple.
