    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk we're a business customer and have had no internet for over a week. Over 10 calls, no diagnosis or solution and the cheek to say if we want an engineer or new router we have to pay for it. Where's the service we pay for??

    @TalkTalk 7 days in a row broadband has went down. Get a password to reset router works for couple hours and guess what it goes down again. Sort it out

    I got another text that my order has been cancelled as TalkTalk is unable to provide Future Fibre at my address. However this didn't reinstate my old connection. From that point on, I have made multiple contacts with your customer service either by phone or by Live Chat,

    @TalkTalk who the Bleddy hell gave you the job n sat here 2 serve the customer dont no even basic things how to satisfy customer needs,without any info n knowledge why u people even come to job,u must be ashamed to do simply for nothing your taking salary not helping ur customers

    @TalkTalk I am in an ongoing situation of genuine distress to my son, which is impacting our lives significantly, due to talktalk's failure to communicate, engage & inform about an issue which has left us without internet for a month, with no end in sight. I am staggered by the extent 1/

    @TalkTalk to which talktalk has failed to get a grip of my situation & sort it out, all compounded by awful communication: stark contrast to my neighbours who are with @skyinternet & @bt_uk who have been so much better with them. They're all back online. I, a month on, am not. Appalling.
