Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk It's a business account. I've now managed to speak to someone and been told to turn my router off and on again in an hour and that should fix it. Apparently you've got a RADIUS fault.

@TalkTalk Hi. I am trying to cancel my package and the automated phone lines are saying TalkTalk have closed this section/line down due to covid restrictions. Can you please explain how we can cancel our talktalk packages now? There is no further guidance online.

@TalkTalk your internet speed is pretty bad in Liverpool at the moment. I pay for faster internet speeds too and it can barely stream the likes of Disney+ in HD. Sort it out please.

Phone to cancel my TalkTalk connection. Explain I'm leaving because they can't offer the speeds I want. "We can offer you a month free while we see if we can get you fibre optic" "Well, that won't happen because you rely on Openreach and they have no plans to come here" "Oh"
