    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    @TalkTalk Never known a company to do so much to make life impossible for the customer. chat service doesn’t work, phone service doesn’t work, X messages useless. they say DM us and make sure they switch off DM’s .

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

    @virginmedia I have had more outages with you on this supposedly "no outages" 1gb fibre than I have ever had with talktalk, and I am really pissed of! I am seriously considering leaving you early and making a complaint to offcom.
