    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @AbbeyTocchini @TalkTalk Absolutely agree I've had no internet booked an engineer for today and he just never turned up . customer service are awful just pass you around and cut you off its disgraceful

    @TalkTalk I am happy to message here so others can see your reply. My internet was off from 15:00 yesterday. When I woke up it was on. I am assuming I will not be expected to pay for the time you failed to provide the service I am paying you for.

    Dear @TalkTalk yet again your support has my 90 year father on the cusp of a heart attack. 2 days without access, new router sent and set u, still no access to his service. Problem is with the external service not the router but your lot still have him plugging and unplugging...

    I thought your TalkTalk team were here till 10pm to help us accordingly to your little ad. Obviously not as not answering any of my DMs TalkTalk has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with AVOID TalkTalk at all costs

    @TalkTalk 4th time in the space of 2 months. I have 0 internet connection. I’m seriously beginning to think your service needs a complete revamp in both customer services and maintenance. Sort this issue out talktalk otherwise I’ll be going else where.

    @TalkTalk What a joke talktalk customer service. Complaint raised - empty promise's over charged internet never works. I certainly would not advise to go with this company. Call back was for a complaint but we got cut off no management call back was done to discuss my complaint
