    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    @TalkTalk our Talktalk internet has been down ALL day and is still down now. Trying to get a hold of you guys is a nightmare, the app is terrible, and we're paying for a service that doesn't work.

    @TalkTalk Finally I was offered a new router having donated a half day of my life and a one week wait but my 4G cut out before I could finish the chat so had no idea if it would arrive! It did arrive today but the new router will not connect either (flashing amber light for 30 minutes now)

    @TalkTalk You’ve not helped tho. You’ve don’t nothing. I’ve tweeted multiple times, called multiple times and been on live chat guess what MULTIPLE times. Your asking me to make a 2nd complaint because you’ve not logged it. Yet if you go back and listen to the call it’s very clear

    @TalkTalk Dear @TalkTalk I started a new contract on 14th Feb, just two weeks ago. I don't have internet connection for four days! I call, and want to cancel and your representative tells me that I need to pay £177. You break the contract rules, why shall I pay! #canceltalktalk

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.
