Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk I'm trying to log in to 'My Account from your homepage but keep getting an error message saying it's not possible. I've tried the Contact us option to speak to someone but just keep getting the whirring circle of wait. Can someone help? This is day 2 of trying.

@TalkTalk trying to resolve an invoice and customer services keep cutting me off. Terrible service. I can upgrade to fibre now and will leave talk talk in order to achieve this!

@BatsouElef 100Mbps unlimited for 34€ is considered "bad" nowadays? I feel old... In the UK I am paying £46.46 for 33Mbps (TalkTalk). It used to be £33 but that was a teaser rate that went away once the contract expired. Also, what matters just as much is upload rates. I'm getting 8Mbps.

@TalkTalk no Wi-Fi over the Xmas with 3 kids! Shocking that people actually pay for your service and looking at most of these posts I’m surprised your in business at all.And no it’s still not sorted!.

@maobook @TalkTalk They are not the best. One agent once told me the box was not working as I had carpets. He then explained to me how static works😑 and how it damages electric devices.

@GooglyeyedLlama I was with talktalk and it was constant nightmare + the only actual help I got from them was their twitter support. Never again. About 1 yr ago I changed to BT and haven't had any issues

@TalkTalk No internet now for 49 days and counting!! Why can you not fix this? Why do I pay you for no internet? You twice failed to post a new router, once sent a broken router and once sent an engineer who told us the router did not work and then left!! Utterly terrible service

@TalkTalk I'm trying to reset passwords for Netflix and ITV Hub and the reset emails aren't coming through at all. Not even going into spam folder. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The spam filter can't be turned off either. 😡

I'll be looking for a broadband provider. Who are your u with? I used to have a great service but they were bought up by talk talk which is one of the most awful companies in existence. I absolutely refuse to have anything to do with #talktalk. Worst customer service on earth🤢
