    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    TalkTalk’s connection tonight has been nothing but an absolute joke. Multiple outages within an hour as well as shoddy connection for the 20 minutes it actually was up. Company need to get their act together. If it was down to me we would of switched companies months ago.

    @TalkTalk been with talktalk for the passed year, since being with you guys I get atleast 3 drop outs a day on my broadband. Its annoying and when I phone up all I get is "were carrying out maintenance" ready to cancel my contract anyday now

    @TalkTalk your internet is unstable, it keeps dropping out, far slower than you report and you are over charging my account. Is it really this hard to get it right?

    @xmarcux @fifimact @TalkTalk Appears so. And I'm guessing we won't get anything back until 6am when they have scheduled to finish this maintenance. It's like they think we will just forget about it once the service is back. To be fair we all usually do and they get away with it every time

    @TalkTalk How does doing maintenance to your MyAccount service affect Internet connection? They should be completely separate things. What a load of bull ! Better sort that ridiculous structure out before we all pull the plug!

    @TalkTalk funny how you decide to pull the plug on all of our wifi at a time were we can’t contact you because all your phone lines and help services are closed🤪🤪
