    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk how is your advice to my WiFi being down to go online and speak to your customer service chat. I can’t do that because you’re WiFi is down. Obviously.

    @TalkTalk hi talk talk. My elderly mother has had increasing issues with her broadband connection and it’s her only form of communication. How can I get her some help from someone who understands she knows nothing about routers etc? Thanks

    @SadiqAlam91 @KirstyNicholson @TalkTalk First went down at the start of March, then June, July, August, November and dead as a do-do now. Have been informed that it will take up to 5 days to investigate - not good when you have a hospital Zoom appointment in 2 days! (forget trying to do anything on a PC)

    @OpenreachHelp Talktalk say it's a nonsense and I am the customer stuck in the middle between you and Talktalk and Shell and Vodafone. You need to speak to me so I can get this cleared up as it's damned annoying

    @TalkTalk terrible service. Was on to the chat help and they told me to reboot my laptop and now they are too busy to pick up the chat again. Been waiting for a new router to replace the faulty one since 11 Nov. Losing pay because of this.
