Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk my internet has cut out again I won’t be paying this months bill for the inconvenience and inconsistent of this company is an absolute mess the call service is poor the customer service is poor I have complained so many times still nothing has been done talk talk why ?

@DrElJaskowska I've used just about everybody over the years. I'd always avoided Sky, for Murdoch reasons, but I've had Sky at home now for four years. Customer service easily the best (compared to BT, TalkTalk, Virgin). Just miles better.

@TalkTalk so you can't get in touch via Live chat and it's over 90 mins hold time, so we can't get thought to cancel the fiber broadband that's started to be charged on my 80 year old grandmother's account.. Really awful service
