Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk as usual it's impossible to contact your non existent " Customer Service " through your website . Tried phoning about a problem with my YouView box but that only resulted in you checking my Broadband connection ( which isn't a problem ) - any bright suggestions ???

@TalkTalk Trying to talk to your customer service team is like talking to a door they have yelled and spoken over us lied to us 2 people have said different things and hung up the phone on us great company.

@TalkTalk Iam unable to access my email via my Android app. I have been using the app with no problems for quite a few years. I can access my email via the Internet with the same password.

@ninthspace Apparently TalkTalk are also supplying on the new FTTP network and are cheaper they say! Cannot be sure of customer service though if stories are anything to go by.

@TalkTalk Not fixed, but the lovely engineer diagnosed the router had broken due to no fault of my own. Bit of a kick in the teeth it'll take 3-5 days for a new router when I work from home + the expense of buying more mobile data due to faulty #TalkTalk tech 😩
