Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

So yeah if you’re with @TalkTalk and in the Lancs area then yeah it’s down and they know about it apparently it’s a fault with the exchange or something. Be good if your provider actually told customers though as otherwise think it’s just yours. I need it for work tbf.

@TalkTalk have done nothing to recover my Account and they no longer respond to DMs. The email I received to "complete registration" (even though I was already registered) is not working either... This is a joke.

@TalkTalk An outage hardly is “planned maintenance”. Be honest, do not hide behind bull. Tell you current customers the truth openly! We can vote with our feet at next renewal - most service industries realise this.

@TalkTalk thanks for forcing me to go to the lengths of having to pay £35 for a certified copy of LPA simply to cancel my mother’s account, now that she no longer has capacity. No doubt if she’d died you would’ve put me through worse. Disgusting firm.
