    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk Is the wifi bad in Portsmouth… I try to play my game as I finally have time to myself but internet keeps shutting off every 1 hour or two … beyond a joke now

    @PIERREPJC @DeesideDotCom @TalkTalk I've just had a lady knock my door saying she has been speaking my neighbours and they have been complaining about poor broadband speeds, I said I'm surprised as we have FTTP in the area with 500mb speeds.

    @TalkTalk having issues moving broadband to new home. Called the number given but there was no explanation just an escalation which is going to take too long. I move in 3 days and will have no Internet for work or tv.

    @TalkTalk @talktalk, I understand data security and GDPR however my mother in law provided personal information to confirm her account. Still no resolution so your processes are ineffective. How do you suggest this is resolved. Fundamental failure for the elderly

    @TalkTalk no service since change of router- website sending me around in circles - do i use old router - changed for ur upgraded broadband-no reply from live chat (using my phone data!)
