    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    @TalkTalk yet again, we've got intermittent connection here. Had half speeds over weekend, now it's dropping out so much I can't do anything at all. Tried using customer chat, unavailable. Tried a network scan on account page, unavailable.

    Had @TalkTalk for a few weeks and my god it's like going back in time to dial up internet. So slow. Have to restart router every time I want to use it. Had @Plusnet previously and so much quicker.

    @TalkTalk are absolutely disgraceful! Internet not working once again and the service is awful! All they do is ask you to check you router when it is nothing to do with the router and is there **** network! Do not use Talk Talk!! They will rob your money and not provide service!

    @TalkTalk is it possible i have a duff box or remote..it keeps cutting out..changing channels..going to tv when we're watching apps..changed batteries in remote..turned box off and on..run out of ideas now..help please

    Is there anyway of switching broadband providers with immediate effect? @TalkTalk have failed to fix a problem for 48 hours, merely passing the buck to @WeAreOpenreach leaving us with no internet which is really impacting my entirely online business.
