    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @virginmedia hands down the WORST internet provider I’ve ever been with and that’s saying something because I’ve been with TalkTalk. Horrendous connectivity issues, paying £120+ a month and the WiFi constantly disconnecting from devices.

    @TalkTalk Why is my internet so bad, it can't be the stabilisation period because it's already been 2 weeks since we got the router up an running. Using this internet is a pain im getting 4x less than what was guaranteed on our monthly plan if you could DM me if appreciate that

    So basically @TalkTalk are appalling. They've managed to completely break my landline so it's impossible to call in or out, have done nothing about it despite literal hours explaining it to them and never call back when they say they will. I'm stuck with this for 2 years.

    @TalkTalk In short they are asking me to pay for a service I cancelled and haven't had because I didn't notify them the service had stopped.

    @TalkTalk I’ve contacted you twice one person in South Africa who kept me on my mobile phone for around twenty minutes and wanted me to wait longer???You are the phone company you can phone me back..with the solution surely.Trying repeatedly

    @TalkTalk wee heads up, I'm leaving you after near enough 5yrs together,it's time,you have lied and continually infuriate me. Maybe we just need time apart for you to get your **** together. You have became high maintenance and I'm sure some other will treat me right. Bye x
