    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    @TalkTalk having a great day not providing WiFi to its customers and also only giving a generic ‘we are trying our best’ useless reply. What we want is proper communication about our OWN specific issue not a generic crappy statement. Thanks for the mess you’ve caused.

    @Channel4 My Huawei TalkTalk STB cannot stream All 4 - the awful ad insertion system breaks - it and there appears to be no cure or expectation of any.

    @TalkTalk why have you allowed a stranger to access and cancel my account? Surely this is a massive breech of data protection. 24-48 hours for a callback while I have no Internet. After I've called 3 times to say its not me trying to cancel!

    @TalkTalk can’t believe I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak to someone to help move my broadband to my new house… am moving Saturday and won’t have broadband cause talk talk customer service is so bad!!!

    @TalkTalk paying each month direct debit, internet got disconnected as was moving then move fell through, called to explain pre move, assured all sorted. No internet. Called, they can't find my account then hung up on me. Seriously the worst organisation I have come across.
