Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

@TalkTalk - my sister had an account with you which she called up to cancel as she was moving. Apparently, the account was not cancelled, and several months later she gets a debt collection agency chasing her at the new address. She hasn’t used the services since she moved 1/

Not o my have @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup got the worst and most unreliable broadband they have got the worst customer service. Lost count of the number of callbacks promised. Going to write to CEO and MD now. Im not hopeful

@TalkTalk She apparently now owes over £200. She is a student with disabilities & no means to pay this. Customer services at your company say they can’t help as it’s with the debt collection agency now, but this debt should never have occurred & was no fault of hers. Please help!

.@TalkTalk home move arranged for the 22nd of August. Broadband being disconnected on the 20th. Text out of the blue to say engineer coming 6th of September!! I'll be paying for a service that I won't get for 3 weeks 😡 hopeless and useless
