    @TalkTalk We've an issue where our internet keeps dropping off. All I'm getting is the same questions over text and being told that you have found an issue but won't tell me what it is!!

    Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

    So our @TalkTalk internet is still down despite them reporting it fixed. Currently have two teenagers tethered to my mobile hotspot attempting to do lessons (obvs they have run out of own data) and about to try tether my laptop to do work. Good job I don’t have lessons today!

    @TalkTalk Our wifi has not worked until last Wednesday and talking to you was no help. We have had to spend large amounts of money on mobile data, which you should be reimbursing us for.

    @TalkTalk Morning! I still have no internet coming up to two weeks now. It was escalated and a team was supposed to call 3-5 days after I reported the problem, that was a week last Saturday. I’d like a response and an answer of when I will have internet back

    Hi @TalkTalk when do you expect issues in London to be resolved? I haven’t had internet since Saturday. Can’t speak to family abroad and can’t work. And my data is running out!
