My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
