@TalkTalk We pay for a service. If you are not providing the service than why am I paying. Another day without Internet and forget you're useless online agents who take 3 hours and still don't resolve the issue.

Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

@TalkTalk So finally cancelled the contract and but still no compensation. So I paid for a service I never had from the 12 August and 3 half days waiting for engineers that were never booked and hours of phone calls . Can you please sort this

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk must be the worst company for customer service. They never listen to what you say. Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

@TalkTalk Poor customer service. I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. I rang back same issue. Help!

@TalkTalk There is no DM since 30th April. Your Compaints Code states that you will inform me and be clear with response times. But you are providing no information and ignoring me. It is 5wks + since i raised a complaint. I have no idea when you will respond. @Ofcom @tristiaharrison help!

@TalkTalk Yes, but it was not mentioned when I switched, the agent just told me it would be 6 months free and then £35 a month for a year, they never mentioned an additional cost for an email address. I did not expect to pay and never thought to ask.
