My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me.
