@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk when will London normal home WiFi/ internet service resume? We’ve had .5mb at router since 8am 24 April. We are paying for 35mb at router. Also why does this keep happening in N London & Barnet. Lots of friends with same issue so not home setup as u suggest. @Ofcom

I've now had a text from @talktalk promising "contact you about your complaint". Any chance the call will be to tell me I changed the wifi settings (which I haven't), so it's my fault that they are sending me a new router?

@TalkTalk hi I've just moved house and the router was supposedly delivered before we arrived but it is not in the house. We have an engineer coming tomorrow morning to install broadband. What can we do? I can't access live chat for support.

@TalkTalk No landline for elderly mother that lives alone. Rang several times and just says your shut - even though you state troubleshooting is 24/7. Terrible lack of service.
