@TalkTalk we expect the service we were promised upon joining your company. we’ve been with you for 5 weeks, one of those we didn’t have any internet at all and now we’ve lost functionality almost entirely. we cannot be expected to pay £50 for two months of nothing.

@amyrainejackson @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Amy, the a TalkTalk rep is correct. The only way to get that rectified is for the service provider who currently provides service to that socket to raise with Openreach. Openreach only serve service providers not individual members of the public.

hi @TalkTalk , just wondering if it’s your policy to hang up on paying customers who ask to speak to a manager to get their issue resolved, when you haven’t even booked an engineer appointment that you’ve said they need?

@Ada_Grrrl @TalkTalk @zeninternet we’re definitely looking to switch after this, it’s a nightmare, so thank you for the recommendation! we literally don’t mind paying for something that works, yknow? sick to death of dealing with talktalk agents that refuse to help when we’re asking so clearly for what we need

“We completely understand that the entire planet is WFH during a literal pandemic but we think it’s reasonable to ask you to wait 30 days for us to sort out the problem with the service you pay for whilst you’re trying to educate children” what an absolute joke @TalkTalk
