Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

@TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

@Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

@virginmedia @zotric Yes you can fix your service so that it does not keep breaking. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup.

Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company #talktalk

@TalkTalk Without my smartphone contract including 100GB/month I'd be lost. I can't imagine every WiFi service being this bad, with interruptions in almost regular intervals daily. And I know this is a common complaint.

@TalkTalk Major service outage not communicated from you at all! No Wi-Fi for a week, and just been told that the expected fix date is 29April so 3 more wks w/o WiFi. At the same time having to pay more than £50 per month and not able to cancel the contract without £300 penalty!

@virginmedia VM Business service was down at 1:30pm today. Down yesterday at the same time during an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. Afternoon outages have always been frequent and long enough to be annoying. A friend has simlar issues around 3am.
