And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

All I am trying to do is change the name on the account as my grandad passed away in July 2021. Even probate has been easier than this! Customer service is appalling!

Got much better broadband instantly OK they stuffed up when they didn't let me know contracts had ended & were still charging me for a phone I now owned. However now have a 20% discount now due to that.
