@OpenreachHelp This is perfect illustration of how UK ISP+OpenReach set up fails customers; DSL: External Rain fault. Line sync speed indicates fault/drying out resolution. Customer doesn’t need to be in / OpenReach require no access. But #TalkTalk won’t write this, and you won’t hear it here.

@OpenreachHelp The solid answer, seems to be, avoid TalkTalk at all costs.. they do not operate helpfully - a parallel to you here on Twitter. TalkTalk is, presumably, among the very worst of providers.. ? “We can’t monitor your connection for intermittent faults..” as if it requires 24/7 staff
