When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
