BT see that I had explicitly stated that I wanted to stay, so they made a new account. Talktalk said my account would be cancelled 2/12, which is was not. I find out on 2/12 that there was an issue with their cancellation forms.

Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call

Absolutely shocking service again from @TalkTalk! My wife's Nan is trying to get her phone sorted as its broken, but because it isn't in her name (in her Grandads name who currently poorly in hospital), they won't talk to her! Second time this has happened, abysmal!
