Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

@saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, “I’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

@slightlydotty @TalkTalk Years ago after weeks of broken promises, and unsatisfactory outcomes, I did this with BT. Within an hour someone competent was on the case and the issue was sorted within two hours. x

@TalkTalk It’s just taken me 1hr 8mins to cancel my contract, 3 different incompetent staff members, ages on hold. Oh and the pleasure of a £70 cancellation fee. Wouldn’t mind if the product was fit for purpose. Worst broadband provider I’ve ever dealt with.

Special thanks to all the @TalkTalk customer service agents I dealt with yesterday, both on the online and phone. It was a long process due to connection issues. All staff showed excellent customer service skills. People are quick to complain, but not so quick to give credit!

@slightlydotty @TalkTalk I had major issues with them. Eventually I told them I no longer wanted their service, and that wasn't easy either. New lot have been stress free and customer service was easy to deal with too. I would never recommend talk talk.
