@TalkTalk Raised a formal complaint and was told that a manager will call you its been almost 24 hours since am waiting. Cannot do my job due to this internet. It looks like the agents are just their with the manual to read out to you, without actually sorting the issue.

@El_Bantos @TalkTalk Im gathering information for court or ofcom not sure which yet but I'm done being ****** about and ignored by them. All the issues I've experienced and things I keep seeing on here are things they've already paid millions in fines for.

Once again do not use @TalkTalk - avoid avoid avoid. Service dropouts since Sept 22. 6 engineer visits (7 tomorrow!) = not fixed. Complaints ongoing. Rude customer service/tech support. Don't know how to respond to a DSAR. Avoid TalkTalk at all costs.
