    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    @saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, “I’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    What kind of company only has support available three days a week? Come on @TalkTalk! I’ve got no internet, it’s been sporadic for weeks and I can only contact you on a Wednesday or at the weekend? I work from home 5 days a week, as do a lot of the UK... where’s the logic?

    @RachelSteadman @TalkTalk Experiencing the exact same thing! My 77 year old grandmother has nearly been without her landline now for 3 weeks!! Someone went out to her last week Saturday to check and he told her that someone would be out the following Monday or Tuesday. Never showed up, shameful!
