I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
