John (@John38661194) reported@TalkTalk I am still having issues. I have turned my router off and powered back on after 15 minutes and also performed a reset. Still no internet. The router is flashing orange and then intermittently orange and white when it tries to connect but won't connect up.

John (@John38661194) reported@TalkTalk I had exactly the same problem on Monday, both times after your network went down. A test was performed on Monday and I was told an engineer had to come out. On Tuesday I had access back. Then today you had downtime and I am now having the same problem connecting to the service
