    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 3. My broadband speed is now only hitting 8-9mbps at a maximum, I have made multiple formal complaints on this issue and still getting nowhere. How can a company charge £40 for an engineer visit when he 1. Doesn't fix my broadband

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    Then blamed the issue on BT saying BT cancelled the cancellation. No-one knows why. And my issue is I don't care what beef BT and @Talktalk have. My contract was with Talktalk and they have overbilled me. Talktalk told me it was all taken care of.

    @TalkTalk 72hrs and still I have no Internet! I'm bored of your endless we're sorry. 15+ years as a customer, I've put up with data hacks, price promises renaged on and no Internet. I want compensated for all they services I can't access due to your incompetence!

    @TalkTalk today is the fifth day running that your customer service line has lied to me & my partner about fixing our internet, @bt_uk engineer was scheduled for 15:10 today, did he show? Ofc he didn't

    @TrooliFibre TN29, seemingly a recurring theme. I understand issues but come on. We switched off of TalkTalk because of this. DNS 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 PPP Server constantly cutting in and out. £120 a month service people.

    So after years of being @TalkTalk customer despite your data protection issues I have to wait up to 5 working days for a resolution to your new router not connecting. Poor service!
