    @TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    @TalkTalk @BTSopenreach so day 5 of no Internet after placing an order for future fibre I was told by 5pm today my issue would be resolved. I am now being told by Thursday. Shocking service by both companies.

    @TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

    Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

    @TalkTalk Is this going to fix connectivity problems? Almost every day my Internet goes down. Unfortunately I have to work from home due to restrictions and spend half my day resetting my Internet!

    @JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

    @TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet Oh interesting-thank you. I've not heard of Zeininternet. I will look into this. I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    Had the mad urge to play Cyberpunk today. 49GB update that is gonna take 20 hrs to download and make everything else online go so slow it may as well not work. Thanks @TalkTalk you're ****.

    @TalkTalk we have had no talk talk all day,so havent been able to watch ANY T.V but when we try to call.. we never get to speak to any customer service!!!!this is a joke. What the help are we paying for!!!all they want to do is a phone line check...😡😡😡 we will delete package!!

    @NOWHelpTeam New hub2 installed this morning. 70Mb/s next to the hub and 5Mb/s in our living room, and that is when the signal hasn't dropped out. Talktalk yesterday before our switch was perfect in the living room. Do you provide signal boosters before I cancel & go back to TT?
