@TalkTalk HI, had poor internet all weekend, and still issues today. Seems to me your DNS is up the spout as switching to googles open DNS was the only way I could keep working from home today. Is there a system wide issues - as it looks like it to me....?

@TalkTalk is there any chance at ordering or prioritizing fibre for my area it takes literal days for me to download games and with online classes audio is very bad and video presentations stutter im connected via ethernet to a router we’ve had for a very long time every replacement breaks

Is there anyway of switching broadband providers with immediate effect? @TalkTalk have failed to fix a problem for 48 hours, merely passing the buck to @WeAreOpenreach leaving us with no internet which is really impacting my entirely online business.
