Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

@TalkTalk we have now been without WiFi for a total of 19 days. No attempt to fix our connection or sort the problem. I will now be contacting the communication ombudsman. I have reported this problem every day since and called to check it’s progress... NOTHING! No support!
