    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    @saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, “I’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 3. My broadband speed is now only hitting 8-9mbps at a maximum, I have made multiple formal complaints on this issue and still getting nowhere. How can a company charge £40 for an engineer visit when he 1. Doesn't fix my broadband

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    Worst experience ever @TalkTalk Full fibre installed y’day, numerous calls to customer care, finally told account not set up correctly, no wifi for 2-5 days till sync with their system. Then when I try cancel account surprise surprise you hang up!!!! Disgusting @CityFibre

    @TalkTalk hi. I’m slightly worried as I closed my account. A monthly payment has still come out for January and it shouldn’t have. No final bill has been sent. No leaving fee has been taken. (I have £3.60 in my bank account which I am going to close.) Please can you you help.

    @TalkTalk I have tried on numerous occasions to end my UFO account. Only to be told it's not done through talktalk. I can not get through to talktalk ufo no matter when or how I try. But cancel your DD payment and TALKTALK send a threatening email. How do I solve this?

    @TalkTalk the service to upgrade my mum to faster broadband has been shocking. It’s taken nearly a month, two visits by engineers both of who have left during the job and not returned and now she’s been told she won’t have any internet for a week! Very poor!

    @TalkTalk Evening. Can't seem to access my account due to technical issues, or so your website tells me. My Eero router has stopped connecting to half the devices in my house and can no longer see them when turned on. I've tried a 3 hour reset on the router and two shut downs via the app.
