@TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

@TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

@JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

@TalkTalk Hi Beth, feel free to look into it, it’s been going on for months!I received a text confirming customer service would be calling today between 4-6pm which I’ve made sure I’m free for, I get a missed call today at 10:22 from an 0800 number and then a new text for 3rd sept call!

@TalkTalk yeah, so it will go down for about a minute, then come back for about 2, then go down, then come back, etc. sometimes it stays on for a short while and goes off or other times it’s fixed.

@TalkTalk In a day full of online meetings, my internet has cut out and apparently there is a line fault? I then received a text stating that it’ll be fixed within 2-3 days but I rely on my internet service to do my job, what can I do to speed this process up?

@TalkTalk Writing this tweet; on the off chance I might get a broadband connection. Advising a customer to get details on-line, when we phone to get help is aggravating to say the least. To note your phone department has shortened it's hours, beggars belief.
