    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

    @JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I am so frustrated with TalkTalk customer service! No internet for 11 days now escalated 3 times to an engineer to check the line! To be told no fault on the line! I know this!!! The fault is at the socket!!

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @TalkTalk keeps dropping out. It's been happening for about a month now. Aren't they supposed to refund when service is not good? Not on the fastest just on the basic with the new fibreoptik lines in around here 🐺💔
