We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

Sending out SIMs for IMSEI leaks is not always viable, as many SIMs are in robotic systems in difficult to reach places.
