@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

@TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@TalkTalk Fibre was due to go live on 5 Dec, numerous update calls later and I was told that it definitely was going live today and when I spoke to another advisor, she said that wasn’t the case as openreach are still working on it. Shocking customer service!regretting this move

@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Even escalating to your CEO has not worked. Rachel Barnes (CEO Complaints) called on 16/2/23 & offered a fix in 14 days. It hasn’t happened. I haven’t heard anything from them and now your customer service dept won’t speak to me as im not account holder

so @TalkTalk say i cant complain over email and have to call. i get cut off while explaining my complain. they send the wrong equipment, not what there website says should be sent and charge me for something i never asked for. this has gone on weeks. guess its off to ofcom.

@TalkTalk In what way can you help? Sam found the issue and got it escalated in 45 mins unlike being passed from what it seemed country to country speaking to people who tell me to "plug my router in" or 'turn off my VPN" which i dont have set up - shambles!
