My experience of @TalkTalk in a nutshell! Loading then my TV freezes at which point I have to reset every time I watch any player on youview. I’ve literally stopped watching television! Counting down the days till I can end this contract once and for all!!

And I've always found their customer service brilliant.
@TalkTalk WiFi is crap we’ve had nothing but problems since having it. I strongly advise you go with someone else.

@TalkTalk hi mike just thought I’d join the other hundreds of people complaining about this shitty broadband. Advertised a minimum of 40 Mb/s but at some points struggles to even hit 5 the customer service is awful helpline doesn’t understand English and hangs up frustrated

@mf74cymru Just wondered as TalkTalk for last 6 weeks have insisted no problem with their equipment but I'm only getting 0.5Mbs on broadband. Finally getting an engineer out next week.
