@TalkTalk my elderly friend has waited in all@morning for an engineer- no show. Just been informed they might not even come to house. Your appalling customer service team have wasted 30 minutes of our time and have managed to disconnect our call-having to go over it all again!!!

@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk explain why you’ve failed to cancel my account, wrongfully charged me for an engineer and I’m now I’m down £100 for your mistakes but every time we ring we are refused to be put through to a manager and put on hold and hung up on?

I don’t understand why videos uploads to my phone and sending them on WhatsApp go really slow when the Wi-Fi is turned on in the house then when I turn it off it goes quicker can you answer that one @TalkTalk
