    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    Hopefully don't have to go through this kind of **** again all I wanna do is play a bit of COD and EFT with my mates. Message to @TalkTalk you need to massively improve your customer service team all say different things on different days and have no clue about fixing problems.

    @sceptical50 @JenWilliamsMEN My mum has this service provided by TalkTalk you have to subscribe but it's free, you don't need a special phone. When someone rings for the first time they have to say their name and the she can choose to always allow calls from that person, 1.
