    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    I’m cross for my daughter who has had terrible service from @WeAreOpenreach. Lost internet 13 days ago (Storm Arwen), has been told it will be fixed 23 Dec. Not as bad as having no power tho. @TalkTalk have bn brill, but need OpenReach to fix. OR seem to be accountable to no one.

    @TalkTalk Internet is down AGAIN in my area!! I had to reschedule all my work from Monday to Friday because of outages already, I can’t afford missing work AGAIN! You are absolutely ******* me over! When is this going to be fixed??

    @TalkTalk so after 30 days of no internet with Talk Talk. Countless (and I mean countless) conversations via phone, online chat, tech team, engineer sent. Last resort changed to BT, within 3 hours issue solved, internet now live. My advice STAY AWAY FROM @TalkTalk

    @PennyKiley @TalkTalk I've been unable to fulfill my work commitments all day. @TalkTalk services went on the blink around 1.30 AM and are not back yet. This is the second time in one week that connectivity would stop completely. Its such terrible service. What is going on????
