This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and he was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

Neil Russell (@rusticman991) reportedWhat is going on with TalkTalk ? My WiFi suddenly cut off hours ago. I can't login to my account. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
