@talktalk @CityFibre - 38 days without a working broadband service that neither party has been able to diagnose. The model where 2 parties are responsible for the fibre internet service has been a disaster! #cancelling #callcentrehell

@TalkTalk Thanks - I have made approx 25 calls and spent approx 40hours on calls with your team, who are all polite and keen to help but are evidently poorly trained, inexperienced and not supported by team leaders and supervisors. Your call centre experience for customers is appalling!

@TalkTalk No, your advice will be ‘let us send out an engineer you will pay for to then say it’s a router issue, so you will have to pay for a new router to be installed, and that will take 4 weeks to happen’ by far the worst ISP in the UK, what a ******* rip off.

Just had @TalkTalk guy at the door offering us super fast internet because we're being ripped off. Only problem is, the proposed deal is less than HALF of what we currently get from #BT. A scammer? Perhaps. Stupid, definitely. #Internet

Would it be possible for someone from @TalkTalk to actually help my mum PROPERLY instead of messing her package up, overcharging her and putting her bank account in the red, she's tried 5 times to sort this issue out, someone took her call allowance off of her package 1/2

@TalkTalk @Ofcom Requested 6 call backs today from @TalkTalk - nobody has rung me back. These are not people employed in the general customers service contact centre - this is the CEO complaints department! The highest escalation team (apparently) who deal with serious complaints. A joke.
