    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @AuthorSJB Which provider are you with? Weather causes issues and TalkTalk were experiencing issues in certain parts of the country yesterday because ours kept kicking our router off

    The latest on @TalkTalk’S incompetence... I am now informed that despite calling on the 28th to cancel an order placed on the 22nd, they went ahead and processed it a few hours later. They have refused to do anything, and told me that so have to phone again. Another hour wasted.

    @talktalk yet again no net phone line still nackered from 2 or 3 years ago sick of the we don't detect no problems 5 years now my net down more than I use it thinking of leaving had enough

    @TalkTalk This *is* my response to your DM, where I was told that *I* have to phone AGAIN to cancel. Yet another hour of my life wasted through @TalkTalk’s incompetence and refusal to sort it. You are, however, very skilled at passing the buck.
