@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@geraintthomas @TalkTalk How far are you from the cabinet? We had exact same problem & eventually BT engineer told us we should never have been sold superfast as we are on the threshold distance for it, & that is why it keeps dropping. He said slower speed doesn't drop as often

@TalkTalk why can’t I get a Saturday appointment for an engineer for a new broadband installation? I work Monday to Fridays! Side note, do I even need an engineer? I have all the BT master sockets installed already! Now TV never needed an engineer visit!
