@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk Received an email saying that TalkTalk TV is part of our home package. Never requested it. The only thing we have with u guys is broadband and phone line. Could u please look into and remove as dont want to be charged for this!

@TalkTalk told me 31 days ago to wait 30 days notice to cancel their contract as they refused to send an engineer. Contacted after 31 days and tried to charge cancellation fees. Good customer service yet again. Cancelled and will never use again!
