@TalkTalk have disconnected my internet in error. Call them to tell them, get put on hold then automated message states "incorrect extension". Wasting more of my time and taking my money for no service. Avoid @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk 2 weeks without a working router , took a week to convince you to send a replacement and still no sign of it😡 . Neighbours BT internet goes off for 2 days gets reduced bill and an upgrade that’s service.

Absolutely appalling service from @TalkTalk wife can’t work for 9 days now. Staff using a ‘one size fits all’ approach asking an IT pro ‘can you check if the router is switched on’. Absolute sh1t #brodband #talktalk

I listened to a podcast about the talk talk hack last night, Dido harding was the ceo at the time 4 million accounts were hacked. She had little experience in her roll at talktalk, I have just the one question : how ******** did she land her role with the covid app roll out ?
