@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

was also advised i would receive an email and complaints reference number. Have i received any of the like? NO. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup sort it out. Charles@ tech support also told there was no issues with my line no markers nothing so why is it the minute i request a refund....

@TalkTalk a year without service, the 10 year old router has just died. I pay £25+ pm. was palmed off to charles@tech support who didnt listen to anything i said and then proceeded to tell me a new router is on its way to me, yet I hadn't agreed to having 1 or request 1....

@TalkTalk our wifi was down all day yesterday and was finally working on the night. Now it is back off again and not working at all. When will this be fixed as this is the second day in a row without wifi.
