    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    Good grief. @TalkTalk want to increase our fibre broadband cost from £30.55 to £42.50. Inflation may be bad but it's nowhere near 39%. Sounds like extortion to me

    @TalkTalk the worst kind of customer support I received and no proper training to the customer support staff who provide misinformation and the supervisor and team leader’s are not at all helpful. Talked to Brooke from homes transfer Belfast, who was very rude and frustrating.

    @TalkTalk It’s sorted it, had to spend 50 minutes of my time on your live chat service because you spelt my name wrong on the cheque 🤦🏻 worse letter I’ve received from a business. Anyway I’ve had to get another cheque reissued.

    @TalkTalk my wifi service has been affected as the live connection test result says “there is a problem with our network”. How long will the problem solved? It’s been hours and causing so many convenience.
