    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk because my wifi has been on and off for a whole week not working properly, I’ve used most of my o2 data which is impossible! Now I will have to pay extra out of my pocket to buy more! I want to be compensated for this! Why do I pay nearly £30 a month for this service?

    @TalkTalk now week 5 without any internet. 2 new order’s rejected. Now seems live chat etc can’t help & just get told to wait for complaint manager to call! Never come across such bad customer service as TalkTalk

    25 minutes on phone to @TalkTalk and just got through to a manager. I've asked for my issue to be escalated (which I believe is a legal right). This company's service is complete cr_p. I've wasted more than an hour on phone since last week with no result yet.

    @TalkTalk I'll be reporting you to trading standards today. My wife has spent most of the morning trying to cancel an old phone line we no longer need which is out of contract, and your operators in both your call centre and online chat have refused to do so, citing ridiculous excuses.

    Just been told by @TallkTalk & I'm not kidding that the engineers were sent to fix the issue on my account but & I quote: "they didn't have the right tools". What a company! My internet has been continually failing since last week. Just getting through to TalkTalk is a nightmare.
