@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk Genuinely have the WORST customer service of any company I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Please avoid them, don't be fooled by their "bargain" offers. It will cost you more in the long run when you loose your sanity over their absymal customer service.

@TalkTalk every few days my tv remote just stops working. No explanation whatsoever I’ve reset it more times than I care to remember, it doesn’t help I just have to wait until it decides to start working. How can I get a replacement? I’m definitely not paying for one.

@TalkTalk a company without 24/7 support and apparently without 24/7 internet. This is the third time I've lost internet, and surprise they're doing maintenance on their website, so I can't even log into their "support".

@TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this
