    @TalkTalk Iโ€™m ok thanks. Iโ€™ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I wouldโ€™ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

    Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!

    @CroneThe86880 @TalkTalk Oh ******! That sounds awful. My partner has now had an email from Moorcroft. It would be helpful if @TalkTalk actually told Moorcroft that they didnโ€™t provide a service - and this is why we do not owe them anything.

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since โ€œplanned maintenance โ€œ, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    @TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed with the service when I phoned to complain about poor WiFi. After 1 hour 40 mins I ended the call. They said I should upgrade but could not send details by email. Terrible service. I am now looking for another provider.
