    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk any chance someone can fix my broadband? 5weeks without it, 2 new routers and 2 engineer visits to confirm its not working is hardly acceptable! My daughter cant do her college course from home, yet I keep paying and cant seem to speak to a human that can help me!

    Love having no internet for 9 days, being told issue is different thing every time I call up, being given appointments to fix it only for no-one turn up, all while trying to work from home. Utterly shambolic @TalkTalk, when are you planning on fixing the service I pay for?

    Is there a company or union you can go to, to make a genuine complaint of company policies? I would like to raise a complaint against @TalkTalk - bunch of frauds.

    @TalkTalk customer service is so pathetic, I have been trying to cancel my broadband for 15 days now and they can't seem to find my account and keep transferring me to other people. plus the call also keeps disconnected. absolute nightmare!

    @TalkTalk telling me I need to give them my number because someone else (an idiot customer of there’s) is trying to set up an account on MY address… no- just sort your self out.

    So far I have wasted two hours of my day to try and speak to someone at @talktalk to resolve an issue with my account that would have been totally unnecessary if they had done what I asked then to do on 30 Nov - and my account says I requested!!! #incompetent

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to log in to 'My Account from your homepage but keep getting an error message saying it's not possible. I've tried the Contact us option to speak to someone but just keep getting the whirring circle of wait. Can someone help? This is day 2 of trying.

    @TalkTalk since upgrading my internet connection it’s been awful. 5 years fine, the last month crap. I’ve ended up with a cable running around the outside of the house looks like crap and a router on the wall. The service is awful

    @TalkTalk I need to speak to complaint manager in the uk and not from abroad as they are useless and don’t understand due to the language barrier. I have not been able access or receive or send emails due to a server error your end since 9 December not good enough!
