@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk your service is beyond a joke. The amount of times me and my father have got in contact with you about numerous issues that we needed to be fixed and your response was always the same. ‘The problems been resolved’ and it just gets worse everytime.

@Orangejuicebus @TalkTalk Your circumstance is a bad one but it's not poor customer service. It's actually great and safe customer service. Data protection is there for a reason. You'll need to set up a power of attorney. This way, you can control the account.
