@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk That would not be a problem at all if I would have good 4 g connection in my house as backup network.. but in that case to do my computer work I need to go somewhere else ...ehhh it is what it is .. thank you anyway for quick response

Absolute shambles, my 91 year old FIL living alone has been without phone line or internet for 3 days already, he is reliant on both for safety. Despite hours on chat with @TalkTalk engineer visit not scheduled until Wednesday 25th May 5days after it went down. Come on @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadn’t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

@TayTayz95 @TalkTalk The customer service so far has been gold standard.. I was on the phone for an hour and half on the phone to the call centre, only for the woman on the end of the phone to put it on hold improperly then I hear her singing down the phone before ending the call 🙄

@TalkTalk customer service tip..when a customer tells you they have been cut off whilst talking to a colleague do not start asking the same questions all over again.Still waiting for an answer to why it takes 30 days to action a cancellation other than taking more money off me 😡
