@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk Hi, I know how to use it but since trying to add a number to block earlier this morning, it informed me that I had 100 entries already. Since then if I try to manage the list with 14258 I just get the msg: I don't have access to the service, hang up!

How bad are the broadband and energy companies websites apps and live chats. @EONhelp app has been terrible all morning and 3/4 hours to get through on the phone. I think they are using the COVID as an excuse sometimes. And don’t get me started on @TalkTalk
