@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk It wasn't an issue specific to my line, it impacted the entire community. I've said this several times now including on Twitter and on the phone to one of your agents when i first reported the issue. This was a bigger problem - please find out what it was and explain.

@TalkTalk Yall here till 10PM to chat rubbish - it's 2 days with no internet whilst your engineer clocking off at 5pm. Rubbish servicer even worse customer service. TalkTalk is my nightmare #badcustomerservice
