@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I have never had a issue so much with broadband than I have with talktalk!! I'm having to turn the box on and off numerous amounts throughout the day because it non stop cuts out 😠 im having to use my data in my own home whilst paying for something that doesn't work

@TalkTalk the worst internet provider I’ve ever had to deal with, 2 hours on a phone to be told the upgrade I’ve already had confirmed won’t happen because of a ‘system error’. Not only this they tried charging me more for my current **** internet. Joke.

I was with Virginmedia which i will say was good, but prices rose to high, i we got nothing special, plain package went to talktalk not same service Vm, need another service provider recommendations welcome except sky
