A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
