@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

Is virgin media any good? Been with @TalkTalk FOUR YEARS and their service is abysmal. They were supposed to send an engineer in Dec who failed to show up despite me taking a day off for that appointment. They promised to compensate me for this and near two months later, nothing!

All of us have been told by our broadband service providers (BT, Sky, TalkTalk) that there is line instabilty and the issue is internal to our premises but engineer visits find nothing. Multiple properties affected so issue has got to be your network.

@_daniellemakeup @TalkTalk Virgin media is okay but when it's bad it's bad (broadband speed wise) and they love to hike up the prices once they've got you. We switched to BT for internet and no complaints at all
