    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    @TalkTalk – terrible customer service. On a chat they booked a technician to come and see me. I asked to change the date less than a minute later in the chat. Was told I'd have to pay £65 to change the date. THEN the tech doesn't even show up! Now I need to chase them to rebook!

    @bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025

    @lizardschwartz @MariesLiam TalkTalk used to provide phone services at my old job - the service was rubbish and the staff were so rude they made a manager cry. We ditched them when the contract was up

    @TalkTalk I was told by TT support that there is outage and OpenReach will fix it in FOUR days. However there is no information on outage on your website! I have VDSL line up (showtime) however unable to obtain ip via dhcp. When is it going to be fixed realistically? Started around 2pm.

    @TalkTalk - I purchase Fibre65 broadband pre Xmas and coming across to you as a first time customer - and go live date is 13th Jan - but haven’t heard anything about the £90 voucher incentive? Please could you assist?

    @TalkTalk Well I had a appointment for today and organised myself and my time to allow for this to take place. But again no one called. This has been going on all year. Talk talk continues to offer me crap service and demands I pay. I don't believe or trust you will do what you say
