    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk I would like to complain about shocking service. A TalkTalk man turned up at 8.30 am unannounced,not wearing a face mask demanding to come into the house. Refused to wear a mask. Beggars belief that no safety protocols in place.

I've been advised they can't find anything wrong and I'd have to test my equipment (checking wires, turning hub off and on etc) or pay £40 for an engineer.... funny since they have checked my connection I haven't had a problem for 2 days!!
