    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

    @Manchesterguy15 @TalkTalk Ours went down at around the same time near Newcastle (NE30). Getting nowhere - been asked 3 times what kind of router I have 🤡 It’s clearly on their side! 💩

    @TalkTalk Are there any issues in the NE30 postcode area. No internet for past 2 hours. Tried restarting modem etc. Shows no internet.

    @TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

    @TalkTalk no internet since the 23rd Feb 2022, if you can please avoid this company. The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

    @TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 We’ve just joined and it’s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

    @RussInCheshire @kevinpbreslin Can't the TalkTalk customer loyalty team take over? After threating to charge me £235 for leaving them when my contract expires, I think they'd fit right in. And they're probably more qualified.

    As a small business I had excellent service from @TalkTalkBizCare so much so that I asked my wife to move our home phone across to Residential @TalkTalk. Huge mistake. Nightmare month that has gone nowhere. Hours on the phone with not one member of staff taking responsibly.Angry.
