@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My mum's experience of @TalkTalk is nearly as bad. Cockwombles all of them. The only reason she doesn't switch is because of the hassle. If that was me, I'd be gone in a flash.

@TalkTalk biggest shower of **** I’ve ever had to deal with and that’s saying something, avoid at all costs! Internet works well the team behind the scenes are bloody useless!

@OpenreachHelp Em. TalkTalk automated ‘AI’ support attendant is not able to pass relevant information to you. It could not take on board what I was attempting to ‘tell’ it.. There was no tick box set up to enable me to provide relevant information .. TalkTalk simply does not function..

@TalkTalkGroup Owe me £500 and the customer service is outrageous. DO NOT USE TALK TALK BROADBAND. I haven't even got my internet installed as they never showed up and had no respect to even let me know. Please share with friends and tell you're bad experiences with TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk poor customer service and very disappointed. Been waiting since Monday for a phone call back to cancel my account and still waiting. Company make it impossible to cancel and keep getting transferred been on hold for over an hour. Will not use talktalk again.

Got a call from TalkTalk saying my computer was not working and offered to fix it remotely. Had to tell them 3 times to go away. Eventually I asked where they were calling from and they gave a city where there was no call centre!! After a angry mouthful they stopped ! #jeremyvine
