    @OpenreachHelp had a TalkTalk engineer come yesterday to look at a Wi-Fi problem. He told me it was a line fault & u would need to sort it. He said he would call u but I’ve had no confirmation that that happened and no idea what’s next. Could you let me know the latest please?

    @TalkTalk seems the bereavement team are giving out false information. No final bill in 60 days instead services suspended and several demands for payment! Spoken to them twice same false information and back in the loop of demands. "Service wont be disrupted" well it has...

    @TalkTalk if you insist on charging me £37pm for my Internet I expect it to work. Have spent the last 4 days with intermittent or zero service. I want it sorted today or compensation for my wife not being able to WFH properly. I think I've been patient enough the last 2 years!
