    EE’s data signal appears progressively worse over the last year or so, anybody got experience of the @tescomobile / O2 network? London-based if that helps..

    dblckmn (@dblckmn) reported from Gatwick, England

    @tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

    @tescomobile Read the tweets I've sent. NO issues with my phone or sim. Your staff checked my phone. The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!

  • juliewebber88
    juliewebber (@juliewebber88) reported from Camberwell, England

    @tescomobile Streatham, St James Park, Westminster, Bermondsey. Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. My complaint is your CS person Phil denying this and implying T Advisor was lying

  • juliewebber88
    juliewebber (@juliewebber88) reported from Camberwell, England

    @tescomobile No real apology, saying there was coverage in the areas I was in etcetc. If you can't get coverage in Tescos, how bad is that.I wanted to make calls but zero coverage.Have the decency to inform customers whn iou know there will no cover. CS in effect called me a liar!!

  • juliewebber88
    juliewebber (@juliewebber88) reported from Camberwell, England

    @tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

    @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.

    @tescomobile Cancel everything, please. I'd say it's exercising my cooling-off period rights as a consumer but I didn't actually buy anything.

    @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile Yes, it doesn't work I suspect they've disabled it

    @tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

    @_EnglishMon_ @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border glitches happen even on Anglesey, Ireland's 50 miles away. A local eSIM would've kept you on the right network.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

    @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad
