@tescomobile No real apology,saying there was coverage in the areas I was in etcetc. If you can't get coverage in Tescos,how bad is that.I wanted to make calls but zero coverage.Have the decency to inform customers whn iou know there will no cover. CS in effect called me a liar!!

@tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

@tescomobile Ok I'll DM but I'd also like to know why 4455 cuts off after exactly 5 minutes now. It's nothing to do with signal, it happens every time at precisely 5 minutes.

@tescomobile Why am I being automatically cut off when speaking to customer service 4455 after 5 minutes? It takes that long to hold and I'm speaking to the person that answers go through security and 5 minutes is up and I'm cut off. This isn't good.

@tescomobile Yes and I don’t mind this, but I’ve asked to cancel my minutes contract and just pay my device by direct debit but this isn’t possible. So the contact for minutes may as well be 30 months too because I can’t get out of it?
