    @tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

    @tescomobile No real apology,saying there was coverage in the areas I was in etcetc. If you can't get coverage in Tescos,how bad is that.I wanted to make calls but zero coverage.Have the decency to inform customers whn iou know there will no cover. CS in effect called me a liar!!

    @tescomobile After 10 years of loyalty (how stupid was I?) I be come to the conclusion you no longer need or want my custom. From paying for one-off data bundles and having to wait hours for them to be available to being lied to the last time I renewed

    @coolchris24 Just rung @tescomobile & spoke with Lorraine explaining issues and the line goes dead took ages to connect as well this has been happening since May. No call back from them.

    @tescomobile any idea when signal is going to be back? I’ve had no phone signal all day - I rely on this heavily as a support worker. Please have this sorted ASAP

    @tescomobile I've spoke today told nothing wrong. I know of multiple users who are experiencing same issues.

    @tescomobile I spoke to the online help earlier today, there was an issue moving the number due to being old contract to new contract and a new sim is on its way, I never even lost signal on my original sim

    @tescomobile Since entering a sim only account with you, I've been bombarded with daily spam calls from 02 (your network provider )offering an upgrade. Did you sell my details? How did they get them?
