@tescomobile I already did that. It said that it's slow in my area and you're working to make it better or something. I just don't understand how it was fine until a week ago. V hard to watch videos etc

@tescomobile Really dissatisfied with your customer service when I've phoned several times over the past few days. Need to return a phone that isn't working but is still within its 12month warranty, and your advisers are being unhelpful and rude. Will visit my local shop instead.

@tescomobile It’s not my home postcode it’s my work one. I get signal as soon as I get a certain distance away so it’s an issue with the area i just wondered when it would be sorted as thats been a while. The postcode id rather not post public though

@tescomobile Went to the store, sim taken out, quick clean & put back in again, service restored. Walk home, less than a mile, no service again despite repeating the take out and clean process. #nowwhat ,
