@tescomobile I'm still waiting for a nano SIM I ordered for a new phone last Thursday. My present SIM was cut off on Saturday, day 5 of no service. Postman has just been and no new SIM card. Day five of no service. What do you suggest I do now? This is massively inconvenient.

@GBlue1999 @tescomobile That's my issue. I cancelled it within 30 minutes as I forgot to put my discount code in and then no one can tell me exactly if I will be getting a refund or if the cancellation has gone through.

@tescomobile what a shambles of a company, appalling customer service. I have 3 contracts with you. Attempt to upgrade daughters phone yesterday. Pay upgrade fee online, said it failed to try again. I do this.. again says failed check bank and £590.50 has gone. Tesco deny!

@tescomobile This request was made on 30/12/21. Was then told this would happen by 1715hrs last night and as of now the phone is still not working. What can I say? Paying a direct debit for no service.....
