Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Love how @tescomobile seem to be punish victims of fraud. @tescomobile who do I need to speak to in order to get help?! He is a victim of fraud and no one is helping resolve it. He is now being threatened with bailiffs on accounts he did not open yet still required to pay for!!!

@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?
