@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@Rich3ird @tescomobile (it was twelve years ago ... but I'm not bitter.) "A dissatisfied customer tells ten", so they say. I've told a few more than 10!

@tescomobile I’ve spoken to every single member of the Tesco mobile and Clubcard team and received no compensation, refund or solution so I shan’t be wasting any more of my time, but thank you

@KatiesDisorder @tescomobile EE are horrific. I moved to an area that was said to have great signal. They had knocked down a mast, so I could make calls or receive texts by walking to the end of my street. Numerous signal boosting boxing offered but never arrived. Left paying for a phone I couldn't use.

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.
