    @tescomobile Thank you. I'll try that. The problem of patchy to non-existent service has been going on for at least a month. Also, anecdotally, with O2* elsewhere in inner SE London. *I'm aware that it's an O2 issue.

    @tescomobile I'm aware that there can be no guarantee of a fault free service. But tesco and I signed a contract. I pay for a service and tesco provide a phone service. I've paid my bill but tesco aren't keeping there side of the contract we signed. Are they?

    @tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i then only be paying the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?

    @tescomobile 1/2 I’m trying to cancel an insurance policy on a mobile which was returned within days of being taken out on behalf of my dad who is very ill. I was given an email address to contact but nobody has replied. I’ve just spoken to someone on the phone

    @tescomobile But this was an offer emailed to me about my contract upgrade. If my contract had already ended/renewed I accept I would be out of time but it is due to change in a weeks time. If I wait another week does the offer come back again?What a terrible way to treat customers.
