On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.
