    Morning @tescomobile , do you have a known problem in Central Slough with coverage, both me and another colleague had no service yesterday in and around the bus and train stations also happened one day last week, never had an issue before, be grateful if you could look into it?

    @tescomobile Hi Callum. It came on around 11pm yesterday saying no signal and still has not come back. I have family members on Tesco mobile which is working fine

    @tescomobile Liz, 3 Tesco Mobile staff chatted and assured me within some months that this job will be done. If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

    @tescomobile just curious, I've got a new SIM and now can't seem to get onto the app. Says there's technical difficulties. Is there a known problem with the app in general or is it something to do with the new SIM?

    @tescomobile My partner is struggling to pay his phone bill. Each time he is text a link but can’t actually find on the website where he can pay his bill. When he does click something it says issues mean he can’t access it. Any help would be great please

    @tescomobile hi, I used to be contract customer of yourselves, but recently moved to another provider. My old phone is locked to the Tesco network. How can I get it unlocked?
