A bit peeved at @tescomobile. Tried getting @MatthewCutmore4's PAC code online. No joy. Tried phone, no one answers. We have four contracts with you. It really shouldn't be this difficult to leave the network

  • RussWWFC ⚽Russell Cox💙 (@RussWWFC) reported from Hazlemere, England

@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

  • lmvpvideo nigel howlett (@lmvpvideo) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@tescomobile One of your masts is not working. So that the issue.

@tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

@tescomobile I didn’t subscribe. That’s the point. How do they have my details. Why are TESCO billing me? It’s an Android. I don’t have a SPAM text folder. Yes, I’ve spoken to customer service, but they were of no use to find out how this happened and how I can get my money back.

  • iamfrankhon Andrew Fallon (@iamfrankhon) reported

Guess what @Tesco @tescomobile? I have recieved your final decision and I will be going to the F.O.S. Again. You stalled on purpose so that you could send a final bill. Guess what. You're gonna get fined by the F.O.S as I am not letting your lies punish the customer. #tesco #lies

@tescomobile Good morning. I did a factory reset of my trusty old Hudl2 and now the device can't access your setup server. Can you suggest a solution please? I don't think I'm the only one with this issue! Thanks.

  • KateBlahRah Katy F (@KateBlahRah) reported

@tescomobile Hi what is the telephone number for your department that deals with scams? I have unauthorised premium texts on my bill & no one at your customer care seems to be able to help except to block the number. I wish it to be investigated.

  • dee_dee_graham Dee (@dee_dee_graham) reported

@tescomobile Returned unopened within the 14 day cool off period in June! 2 months later you took £544 from my account. Receipt of the phone wasn’t recorded. I received letters every month perusing me money. Nov late payment was issued and I now had bad credit. I want this sorted

  • gomark Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported

@tescomobile Yes, I’m using my home broadband network. (My mobile contract is unlimited minutes and data, but obviously I haven’t had any of either so far this month, at least not where I live. I can drive about 4 miles to get a signal but only fleetingly.)

  • BernReturn ReturnOfTheBern (@BernReturn) reported

@tescomobile hello I just did an online top up of my Tesco mobile phone, paid £10 and I have the receipt, but every time I've tried to call my voicemail to check it, it says I need to top up my phone...which I just did. Help ASAP!

Hello @tescomobile Can you explain why, when a customer orders a replacement sim, you disconnect the old one and have a live sim within the postal system? Do you think it is prudent to leave a vulnerable person without service for upto 3 days?
