A bit peeved at @tescomobile. Tried getting @MatthewCutmore4's PAC code online. No joy. Tried phone, no one answers. We have four contracts with you. It really shouldn't be this difficult to leave the network

@tescomobile Liz it is clear no-one is looking in to this as it’s frankly inconceivable that an organisation of the size of Tesco could take this long to fix a problem as simple as porting a number! The inconvenience this is causing me and my business is beyond words at this point !

@tescomobile It says there are issues in the area, but i'm OK, we live the same address.. He has issues not just in this area, can only do anything on his phone when connected to wifi in our house. Still no text or calls though, no data... So...??

Appalling customer service from @tescomobile waiting 25 days and counting instead of 24 hours to transfer my old mobile number! No resolution no ownership no timeline ….. nothing. Would not recommend Tesco mobile to anyone. All I want for Christmas is my old number back!!

@tescomobile you could do better to customers who recharged to unknown(not existing) number due to an typo. Customer service wasn't helpful at all even though I had all the proof, just giving the blunt answers to the queries. Hope you come up with the better experience.

Anyone having issues with @tescomobile voicemail? I've been migrated to their new system & now the phone only rings about 10 seconds before going to voicemail. Used to be able to change how many sec's before voicemail but not on new system. Why change system if it's not as good?
