Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasnโt turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I canโt use my phone at all. Thereโs no post til Monday now. Surely this canโt be right?

Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
