Apparently it’s a known issue since May, nobody told me this when i signed for 2 contacts. Calls to the helpline are useless, they have no idea if or when it will be fixed

We all keep having issues with our texts not sending which yesterday an important one didn't come through. Is there any issues across the entire network or whole of manchester as we all have issues
