@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues, was sent away, had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@SidecarSue12 @tescomobile @EE Giffgaff is the way to go! I'm moving my EE number to them pretty soon! Was with t mobile, t mobile/orange then ee over the years but the price increase and services decline just isn't worth it. My work number is already on giffgaff! (They run on O2's network)

@tescomobile Very easy for you to say when you’re an MVNO who doesn’t actually own, operate, or invest in their own network coverage. 2020/2021 saw the biggest surge in data usage for decades, upgrading the infrastructure costs money. Not to mention morons burning during brand new 5G Masts.

@virginmedia Thanks for you help. Not your fault of course but it happens over and over again. I don't want to leave VM but can't be bothered with this anymore. Something so simple shouldn't be this hard. Hello @tescomobile !

@Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.
