@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@tescomobile There was no usage, it was unusable for the week I had it with no signal, which was the initial issue of complaint being sold a phone & told there were no signal issues (in said store).

@tescomobile - loose your 20 year phone number during transportation from O2 to Tesco mobile . My wife got a new phone in January but no I message, no data and no FaceTime. Unable to guarantee this problem to be resolved as a known global issue!!!

@tescomobile shocking customer service! 5 phone contracts with you, a contract gets cancelled by mistake by yourselves after 3 weeks of constant convos with you and you say nothing you can do and we have to send phone back! Extremely poor and all will be cancelled!

@tescomobile APPALLING ! It is in my opinion that you should avoid this company at ALL costs. My husband and I are still not registered on their network since the 3rd march! Catalogue of multiple errors which are still not resolved. PULLING OUR HAIR OUT!!!!!!!

@tescomobile Please do enlighten me why I should pay any thing for a contract cancelled within the 14 day time frame because the network didn’t work at all for the duration I had it and this was a specific question I asked when buying it. I’ll ring customer services today to sort it out

@tescomobile really not liking my samsung a53, drops WiFi connection when at home despite other devices being fine and 4g coverage poor. Should've stayed with vodafone
