@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@tescomobile The first person I’ll be calling is my wonderful nephew. Because of covid I haven’t seen him in months and I know he’s very excited for a certain fat man in a red suit to come down the chimney and leave him some presents, so I’ll be phoning him to see what Mr.Claus has delivered!

Trying to call @tescomobile to sort my account and report system fault. Spent a long time listening to recorded message telling me to use online system instead. I generally have a lot of respect for Tesco cust service, but this is truly awful. Someone call me.
