@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

@tescomobile The network says my account has been closed, I've turned the old phone with the old sim off but my texts are still coming from a different number, but when I call someone it comes from my old number which I want to keep
