    @tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

    @tescomobile donโ€™t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress๐Ÿ˜ก

    @tescomobile Couldn't change my Bundle to ยฃ5 online, as #MiPay is not allowing me to! So I had to do it on the phone but ยฃ10 was minimum! This is too much a month for me and am left with wasted mins and texts! Your customer care said I could just pay ยฃ5 (wrong!)

    @tescomobile Callum like DM I asked for help on three occasions and was not told about any limits or unessacary data limits. I did seek advice on how to ask from the regular securuty guard but hes been replaced by a cheaper version and different firm

    @tescomobile Tesco fast becoming a members only supermarket. I donโ€™t care for loyalty cards and I see no reason for Tesco to block out non card members to any offers. Coercion is never good.
