    @tescomobile My wife has changed from Tesco to another provider before she realised her phone was locked. She has sent an unlock request but as she cannot access the Tesco mobile network she can't receive the text with the unlock details. Any help appreciated.

    @tescomobile Good morning Tesco mobile. My son was mugged at knifepoint on Sunday. It has been reported to @HertsPolice and we have a crime reference number. However, after calling customer services on Monday it turns out we still have to pay the phone bill, please clarify.?

    @tescomobile Also if you check the log of the conversation I had with customer service on the day. If you have a system that tells you you’re running out of data, so you immediately top up &still get charged, the system is wrong.

    @tescomobile Yes, o2 are doing maintenance, but that's just where I live. All the way to work, at work and most places I go outside of my home I still have awful signal

    @tescomobile Is there any network setting that would have prevented Nationwide from texting me with a code to login to my bank account ? Because I am unable to receive a code and log in to my account by that method.
