    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @tescomobile 3gb, 6gb and 25gb. Poor selection of data for your contract phones. 6gb not enough and 25gb far too much .You used to be good for price and choice, not no more.

    @tescomobile hi there! So I've had an issue with my phone not recognising my sim card and ive tried a bunch of stuff and tried putting a different sim card in my phone and it is recognising that one, so I think I've figured out that the problem is with my sim card. Can I get help

    @tescomobile Hi im on contract and my phone seems to be having issues with recognising theres a sim card in it. This has been happening since this morning. Im with you guys. Is your network having issues? Or is there a problem with my sim card/phone??

    @tescomobile Still phone call back from a manager.. as promised, at 6/6:30 problem still not resolved. Broken promises. Rung back and told to wait another 24hrs for a call back that won’t happen.......

    @tescomobile hey, getting some really bad call service. I either get a lot of cracking and interference to calls dropping or not even coming through. Any help?

    @tescomobile By the time my network goes through their process (if they have one) & if the CSA actually does anything & IF my network actually contacts you that could take days by then they would have changed network so no point. Like I said don’t worry about it I did my part & reported it.

    @tescomobile Hey, so I've checked again and it says there are no problems now, but my phone is still saying there's no sim card. So could be a fault with the sim card. Am I able to get a replacement sim card sent to me? Im on contract.

    @tescomobile Hey! So I typed in my postcode apparently it says they are investigating a broken mast? Could this be why my phone isn't registering any sim or network??? I live in Nottingham area
