Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! π¬

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasnβt turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I canβt use my phone at all. Thereβs no post til Monday now. Surely this canβt be right?

Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.
