But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

Saz The Crumb (@PikaSaz) reported@tescomobile tried to help a family friend who's in their 70s top up today, was told card payment wasnt working so brought the voucher. Your service kept directing us to download an app. He doesn't have a smart phone, so tell me how are OAPS meant to top up?

Ian (@iancharris) reported@HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
