  @tescomobile I have tried to make a complaint regarding Tesco mobile for 3 months and still no one has called me back. Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

  @SwansOfficial This is not sour grapes...would have tweeted this if we’d won and during the game but yet again no @tescomobile signal that would work in or around the stadium. But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

  @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

  @tescomobile tried to help a family friend who's in their 70s top up today, was told card payment wasnt working so brought the voucher. Your service kept directing us to download an app. He doesn't have a smart phone, so tell me how are OAPS meant to top up?

  @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

  @tescomobile you are great at taking our money, but when it comes to leaving, you just lie. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size
