    @tescomobile I have tried to make a complaint regarding Tesco mobile for 3 months and still no one has called me back. Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

    Looking for help from phone companies @EE @VodafoneUK @giffgaff @CPWTweets @O2 @tescomobile to provide 3 smart phones with basic contracts to help the plastic surgery team at Morriston hospital in Swansea do as much work by telemedicine as possible. Please DM if you can help.

    @SwansOfficial This is not sour grapes...would have tweeted this if we’d won and during the game but yet again no @tescomobile signal that would work in or around the stadium. But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

    @tescomobile come on just when think i might get problem resolved we take two steps back, have got from having the wrong number, to now having no ability to make or receive calls and no net might as well carry a brick than a phone . For god sake how difficult is it

    @tescomobile I won’t DM you, as it makes no difference, wastes both our time. An answer here with regards to a timeline for a fix & an explanation of what you are doing would be helpful to me & others. I’ve had no update other than it’s a known fault. We are 11 weeks on.

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile That’s really bad …. Nowadays all the operators are trying to differentiate their services through customer journey and experience, yet it seems Tesco Mobile can’t provide the basics !!!!

    @tescomobile shocking company my mum got a new contract with them. and have her a dodgy sim card and said “it was her old phone that was the issue”so she bought a new phone and is still having the same unable to send sms messages. £149.99 they got out of her she’s 69 years old

    @tescomobile I’ve tried 3 times to order a SIM card via your website and the transaction hasn’t completed. My bank says nothing wrong with my cards or account but there might be a problem with your website. I am frustrated as I want to purchase online and can’t

    @tescomobile when will you fix the “problem” you have migrating nos Tesco mobile to Tesco mobile. 20th of Oct 22 I upgraded & you still haven’t fixed it. Don’t use the word escalate or your problems a priority. It clearly is not.

    Went through 5 online web chats with @tescomobile, got kicked out of 4 of them without a resolution then the 5th told me I had to phone customer care

    So I had to call again and now I have a legend actually escalating the issue with the @tescomobile fraud team. It was bad enough having my identity stolen but it's now taken 3 months for Tesco to rectify it which prevents me from applying for any other credit.
