But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

She has had a letter with 4 options which none of them resolve the problem. She wants to keep her number she has had for nearly 20 years.

Delivering to a wrong address even though their system is correct and unable to call me back until after the delivery takes place. They can't even cancel the delivery. This is the second time this has happened and 5 hrs wasted on phone
