Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?
