@tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

@tescomobile hi, it appears your webchat function isn't working (at least not for me). I wanted to find out how to cancel a rolling month to month contract, as its no longer needed? Many thanks
