@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews she has always used Tesco mobile and never wanted to change to the other networks, always shopped at Tesco etc. But the treatment she had on the phone was really not good and unfortunately tainted her love for the brand. Less helpful online Tesco.2

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews I have always used Tesco mobile, and I've been rewarded for my loyalty with a faulty phone and no offer of help online. The Bridgend store told me that I should be offered a replacement. Lady from the Tesco mobile online however would not help (2/2)

The feeling when you live with idiots

@tescomobile Yeah this is all meaning well and that but since you don't actually run an actual network, you piggy back off o2 you don't need to put the prices up because you aren't investing in the network.

@AlanKelloggs @Tesco @tescomobile No. Still the key fob. The fob itself is always accepted without problem. These were paper coupons received in post, so not necessary to link to the app. Staff tried their best agreed that everything about them was valid. Just a computer that said No.
