How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!
