Wow. @tescomobile so after lying to us several times on recorded lines and not helping at all with literal customer service……… all you will offer is a thousand club card points. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Terrible company. Maybe give a **** about your customers.

@tescomobile Definitely did. Over a decade of being with Tesco mobile and we are offered basically £10 for being lied to, pushed around to phone DPD because in your own agent said they wouldn’t help us. Truly phenomenal customer service

HNY @tescomobile just cost us £300- you cancelled our credit agreement for phone. ‘Care’ team said our only option was to return phone and rebuy on new agreement!! you’ve admitted that you never notified us that we needed to return the phone. Terrible service
