@tescomobile such poor customer service Tesco Mobile! I contacted you last Thursday due to severe O2 network outage and was told the mast was faulty in my area (BS15). Nearly a week on snd still not repaired, even worse, no communication from you! So disappointed!!

@tescomobile desperately need help for my aunt regarding an old sim account. The number no longer exists, it was cxl last Aug...despite numerous attempts to stop tesco taking the charge each month, even after the contract ended, no luck. She's now received try from debt rec 😤...

Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌

4th day with no signal or mobile data and apparently not back running until 27th. God forbid anything happens, especially with a 4 year old and I can’t get in contact with anybody. @tescomobile
