@tescomobile See you’re still talking about the bundle being APPLIED rather than when I purchased the bundle. Also, good support to blame the customer rather than accepting your system Amy have been at fault. If this isn’t solved to my satisfaction I will a. take it further, b. stop using 1/x

@LondonBirdLucy We only have sim only with @tescomobile but cannot fault them and costs are low compared to contract. Not sure if they do family deals on contract but worth looking into. They use O2 network so never had any coverage issues

@tescomobile @Tesco I’d put a few random items in my basket to reserve my slot. Now I can’t login to do my real shop. Can you please provide an update of what is happening?

@tescomobile Thank you Liz. The complaints procedure is unclear - I’ve complained, had a response I’m not happy with, so how do I escalate the complaint?

@tescomobile Thank you very much, Maria, the complaint section didn't work in Chrome but it worked in Mozilla. So finally, I have sent it, fully hoping the SIM activation process will be done or at least made clear for customers to know exactly what to expect when asking for activation.

@tescomobile Tesco - a quick bit of research shows several providers who provide the same or better deal for same or less money per month - even with O2 I’d never have to worry about running out of data. #ItIsAScam

@tescomobile I’ve already done that, as I said. Please read what I write instead of treating me like a moron. I want to know how to escalate the complaint. I’m on Twitter because I’m not satisfied with the response, not because this was my first port of call.

@pxthomas93 @tescomobile No. But the original company was bought out, and that’s when the problems started.
