You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your โcareโ team.

Adrian (not on Netflix) Thoms (@ThomsAdrian) reported@tescomobile This is outdoors and Iโm banging on because at a service area where at times there will be maybe hundreds of users of O2 network trying to use EV apps or plan their routes on Google Maps or Waze this is shoddy. I donโt expect 100% coverage on the road network but I do expect it at a service area. There canโt possibly be planning issues putting up a mast.

Chris Adley (@MrChrisAdley) reported@adzk80 @tescomobile I gave up she's been told all week the SIM will be activated in 24 hours, yesterday live chat tried saying the mast in the area was down (rubbish as my phone was fine)and then reverted to will be active in 24 hours, this was too much for an 80 year old so boxed it up .....
