1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

@tescomobile My worst Christmas present ever, was a black shiny crocodile skin handbag. I hated it. I didn’t put it under my tree with all other gifts I put it in a bag in my car, yucky!! I had to tell her that I didn’t like it. Asked if she had receipt .

@tescomobile Ok fair point but this was possibly the worst Christmas jumper I have ever seen. To make things worse the person who gave it to me insisted I wore it for lunch and it was itchy and hot!

@tescomobile The worst ever gift I received was a bag with a picture of me on the front! It was horrific! It was just my head but tha was worse as it had been blown up to cover the whole of the bag!! Safe to say it’s been put at the back of the cupboard and forgotten about! #TescoMobileTreats
