    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile What is wrong with the login on your website? I tried to login last Fri - put my username and password in correctly - it said it was wrong, tried again, same thing, so i did Forgot password process.. got in ok & changed my password. All ok.. logged out.

    @tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

    @Tesco @tescomobile hello I ordered a pay as you go phone and need to cancel/ amend my order to include the top up voucher but I am unable to do that online and have been on the phone passed from department to department for 25 minutes. Can someone help me with this?

    So apparently @Tesco #Barry despite their @tescomobile shop advertised as closing at 7, shuts when they want and refuse to serve a customer. Poor service

    @tescomobile Hello! I did yes and I got a reply saying I'll hear back in 24 hours. I decided to do it again and got a reply this morning with a moving date. Thanks for the help.
