1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile Nobody has got somebody to help me in store they just guess and their manager on phone guesses & tells me its barclays and thats not resolving anything they shouldn't guess as its sending me on a wild goose chase taking longer to get the actual problem sorted.

@tescomobile The only thing I will say its really bad practice to blame the bank they said my credit is fine its a tesco technical fault. And I've got a tesco insurance on this phantom phone now because over the phone sales the system allows me to go a bit further than in store.

@tescomobile Yes, we tried this afternoon as well as resetting connections, standing on one leg and various other options. I’m now a week into my new contract and haven’t been able to issue mobile data. My last call to Help Desk resulted in a referral to back desk.

No wonder you're not putting up the prices because the donkey driven network you have needs no more funding. Terrible just absolutely terrible.

@tescomobile It would help if u read the impossible situation im having with the sales team. I've been charged for full insurance and the phone sale was blocked by the computer before it even got to the visa credit search at the bank. Im paying for insurance for no phone by the sales team

@tescomobile absolutely astounded at the horrific service we’ve received. Returned our contract within 14 days as you don’t offer WiFi Calling. Returned the device in the same condition we purchased it in and today you’ve taken £600 out of my account and I cannot pay my rent

@tescomobile I have also got an email confirmation of full tesco phone insurance via email last night of a phone i am not allowed to buy. The various staff are lovely but nobody has a clue what to do to help me buy the phone. I've got the insurance for it but not the phone.

@Craigo71 @tescomobile @O2 New phone, 100Gb of data for £20 a month, 24 month contract, with 3. A couple of minor technical issues (mainly because I'm technically inept) which were sorted really quickly. Decent signal coverage. I was with Tesco but they couldn't match that.

@tescomobile manager was supposed to call me back at 630 after her 2 hour lunch to discuss a member of staff mimicking me while she thought I was on hold … still not been called what shocking customer service

@tescomobile My bank customer services who have full access to see my account said I've never defaulted on any payments im out of phone contract with 02 for 3 years and I didn't know it would be this difficult to get a new provider. This resolve requires a reset of all my information stored.
