Steve (@uksteve1960) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile The other side of the coin Steven is someone got my PAC number ,they managed to empty my bank accounts, used my Kraken account to convert the money into dollars ,fair play to Lloyds because I reported it immediately I was reimbursed 100% of my money. Identify theft is a problem.
-
Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
-
Justine (@bean0509) reportedMan I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!
-
Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reportedAny chance that you could get some to staff for your help lines or chat? @tescomobile
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.
-
TomG (@TomG07581187) reported@tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?

Philip Ian Butler (@moodleprof) reported@tescomobile Thanks Tesco, I'll be switching to another service; what an absolute joke 😞

cierdh (@steph6_xox) reported@tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???
