    @tescomobile @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK honestly, I have had enough of my sim dropping out and having to contact you! Before you ask, don't ask me to take my sim etc etc. This happened with my last samsung mobile. I have had new sims in the past. All these issues still happen.

    @tescomobile I’m having a lot of issues trying to buy more data. The app isn’t letting me open it and the website isn’t working. I really need to be able to do this because I’m currently in hospital.

    @tescomobile terrible service from this Tesco. Trying to get hold of their fraud team as a mobile contract has been taken out in my name, whilst never applying. Can’t get to speak to anyone urgently to get this matter resolved and no records taken of conversations when you do cal

    @tescomobile I am sick and tired of reaching out to you. The customer service is atrocious. Every single of your collegues i spoke too all said "it's our mistake we will fix it" and none of you did. Turns out when I'll call again the one before didn't fix it and so on then you charged me

    @tescomobile you have put upgrade on wrong account and I am being overcharged . Try resolving with the shambles of a call centre as staff Abiole says you don’t call back to resolve issues!!!!
