I asked can the term not be reduced because I’m a loyal customer or can I pay less each month? They took off £1/mo. Terrible company. AVOID

There is no need for this. They never were out of pocket during Pandemic. Everyone had to eat & Tesco's were on the bandwagon of fleecing the customers.

Feeling let down !

Currently paying two contracts as a result. Awful customer service. You'll lose my business at renewal time. (3 contracts)
