@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

@tescomobile I just going to state it IMO phone at £57.00 is just aout good enough for calls of which i take one a week. Other than that its slow, sticks, doesn't allow me to post and the screen sticks - I'm a tech expert. Had o for my job, my last phone was wasted by ____unknown

@LeilaHenry1 Thanks for the info Leila. Sounds like it might have been my number was disconnected - confused by my local mast also being down. I've left TM (after 7 years) but am struggling to get a refund from @tescomobile Headed to Ombudsman now just to recover a modest amount!

@MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.
