@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

@tescomobile Cheers but it's not an issue that can be resolved from home, needs a repair. Took it into Tesco Mobile this afternoon and got sent to a Samsung shop that was closed since Tesco said they couldn't do anything.

  • CarolBrady11 Dr Carol Brady 💙 (@CarolBrady11) reported

. @tescomobile completely useless payg phone for my dad which cannot be topped up online or on your automatic phone system. Ring you for help and you’re closed. So he’s stuck in a care home unable to make calls. Wish I had never bought it.

@tescomobile As discussed last week and again this week I cannot login!!!!

  • bdbtbb bdbt #FBPE #GTTO (@bdbtbb) reported

@tescomobile It's not an error. There is a drop-down "Phone Manufacturer", but the list of manufacturers only includes "Apple, Samsung, Motorola". The form can't be submitted without choosing one of those.

  • Kutiez2012 Kate H (@Kutiez2012) reported

@tescomobile This means that even as the person who set up the account and purchased these contracts I am unable to access my account without the help and availability of my children!

  • justinbowie1997 Bustin' Jowie (@justinbowie1997) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I've sent you another DM there - encountering further issues with your online form and need a response please.

  • capod30 caroline (@capod30) reported

@tescomobile Oh that's disappointing, I changed to Tesco as I was told locally its a good signal, it is ok but can be hit and miss, I'm afraid I might need to consider changing again. Thank for responding at least I know now

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile My husband has managed to speak to customer support, who still couldn't help him. Having all the family on one pay monthly deal means that if someone runs out of minutes and needs to buy more, they can't unless I am there too. This is unsafe for medically vulnerable people.

  • AzThornhill3 Aaron Thornhill (@AzThornhill3) reported

Is there something up with @tescomobile network? My messages aren’t working

  • Jasmine52564820 Jasmine Grant (@Jasmine52564820) reported

I can not Stress this enough do Not go with @tescomobile they don't follow legal procedure no ECNs no contract a year to let you know your contract is Rolling then the advisors won't cancel your contract when you have asked and you'll be paying for 43months on a 24month contract!
