    @UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

    @tescomobile @tescomobile Sorry Harry, you have no idea how frustrating this is. If you experienced life as a TescoMobile customer you might do! Why else would you leave a longstanding customer without a phone for 31 days after your team mistakenly removed my number!

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile Hey, loving this new 'guess when you'll have network' game. Been going on since 28th Feb...getting told it's 5 working days then another 5 days. No one ever updates me. Is there a leader board or prizes?

    @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

    @tescomobile Hi, i seem to have an increasing number of people telling me they ring me and although they say my phone seems to be ringing i often get no ringing at my end, wife has same issue BL8 area

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.

    FFS @tescomobile lovely day no rain no cloud no snow no hail nothing and can hardly get online again seriously how can you make claims like provided by 02 with 99% coverage when it doesn't work in the middle of a town

    @tescomobile Why should I remove my number from the public if this number was completely destroyed by you? You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!
