    Shocking service at Tesco mobile. Obtained advice from web chat on transferring a number. Call to Cust Services gave different advice. Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

    @tescomobile does your new Malden store not want to deal with new customers at 630 on a week day ? Peddled a story of card readers down to start with but changed tune after advising they weren’t in main store!!
