    @tescomobile Anything to help? This issue has been going on a week now to get a number transferred across, last night I got told to go and drive to my nearest phone mast to try and get signal. I feel like this issue has been past from person to person and still no further forward!

    @tescomobile 1) Contacted you with a billing query and the agent talked over the top of me, gave me inaccurate information and answered a question I did not ask. I left one of your major competitors after 20 years because of a decline in their customer service.

    @O2 @tescomobile Hi there, when is the signal going to be improved around the area of NN108NN? I can get 5G in the centre of Higham but as soon as I get home I have no service.

    @tescomobile I have called the insurance every day since Monday. My claim is still being processed 5 days later and no date of completion! Absolutely shocking service. I've also made a formal complaint, 8 weeks for a response!!

    @tescomobile your service is absolutely tragic! My son was mugged in London on Monday, I reported it straight away. Five days later we still haven't received a New sim and your insurance still haven't processed my claim!
