@tescomobile impossible to get through to speak to anyone. No appropriate options and wound my way through tortuous jolly voices that were no help until I was kicked out. NOT impressed and still have my query.

@tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .
