Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.
-
Beth :) (@tgwktm) reported from Helston, England@tescomobile I just checked the status of the signal and it said that a mobile mast isn't working in my area

Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?
-
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 I can imagine. Deeply uncool of tesco to not recognize this as an issue.

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

andrew anthoney ⚫️⚪️ (@andytoon30) reported@tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

Donna Randall (@DonnaRa01238683) reported@tescomobile going on a cruise in a few months time and can’t afford the @pandocruises internet. How do I know if my phone can take an eSIM? (Sorry if it’s an easy answer-technophobe here) family want to keep in contact to help my anxiety
-

Antty (@Antty629802) reported@tescomobile your customer service is appalling. I want to pay my daughters bill. Your agents won't let me because I don't know the passcode on the account. This is silly, I want to pay, you won't let me...

Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! - I have purchased new contract, gave them my PAC code, they moved my old number (in my possession for over 7 years). Absolute joke, call centres in South Africa and we pay UK prices.... STAY AWAY FROM TESCO MOBILE! I AM PAYING YOU FOR DEVICE YOU COWBOYS!!!! GIVE ME MY MOBILE NUMBER BACK!
