    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @tescomobile my dads phone, which was reported lost but later found, is still showing up as blacklisted when I search by IMEI. He’s asked for this to be removed multiple times, instead got a network unlock code. What to do ?

    @clairabellejp @tescomobile My husbands was the same in Romania. I’m assuming she has data roaming on. He had no signal anywhere.

    @tescomobile Still no fix :-( I’m just being asked to wait 24 hours by one person over email, 5 days by another over twitter, and still no firm update as to what has gone wrong and how/when it’s actually going to be resolved.

    @tescomobile SEAN despite all the rhetoric from customer services it is almost midday and not even an email to say when DPD will collect my phone. Two mornings wasted. So disappointed. See what you can do mate. Please.

    @tescomobile Hi I was told Turn the phone off take sim out wipe sim card Replace sim Turn phone on Turn phone to airplane mode for 2 min Turn off airplane Nothing happened The lady who I spoke to couldn't help & when I asked for a supervisor she put me on hold for 3 mins-never spoke to anyone
