@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@Uitlander @tescomobile having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

@tescomobile I have been put through to 3 different people this morning and yourself and no one knows whats happening I've cancelled my direct debit so if you can't arrange a return or let me return to a store it's your problem

@tescomobile will someone please tell me how I can cancel the auto top up on my elderly mothers doro phone that I set up by mistake. Chat said ring customer service, they told me to go to a store, the store said nothing to do with us - use the app, Mums phone doesn’t do apps. 😩

@tescomobile No idea what tescomobile is but I cannot phone you about my credit card. Neither number works. Ring 0345 671 0676* and you get silence and then it hangs up. Customer service?

@tescomobile Help. According to my handset I have signal, but am unable to send/receive txts and can't make calls. If I dial my mobile number from a landline it goes straight to voicemail. I cannot login to my account as that requires a code sent by txt.
