@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@tescomobile I just checked the status of the signal and it said that a mobile mast isn't working in my area

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 I can imagine. Deeply uncool of tesco to not recognize this as an issue.

@tescomobile Utter crap, this was NOT a customer care issue it was a serious security issue. It should be possible to report a lost or stolen phone easily at ANY TIME.

@tescomobile @Tesco I shop elsewhere. Places that don't exploit the working class and the poor. Shame on you

@CRuderham78 @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve didn’t hours on the phone trying to suet it. It’s not acceptable demand compensation or leave they are useless

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

@tescomobile Hi Callum the SMS service appears to be working, however maybe tescomobile should consider an email update to customers if SMS is also down. At least I wouldn't be kept totally in the dark.

@tescomobile So, if my phone were stolen at midnight you don't give a ****. I have FOUr phones from you. Maybe I need to get a new mobile phone supplier who is less crap.

@O2 I’m in BT9, Boucher area, Belfast. I’m a @tescomobile customer but I believe they piggy back of @O2 , apparently I have a 5G signal. I shouldn’t need to have Wi-Fi for calls, that’s why they call it a mobile.

@tescomobile Me and a couple others have reported it today...but it still says the network is fine so not sure what is going on.
