  • matt_saunders_ Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 I can imagine. Deeply uncool of tesco to not recognize this as an issue.

  • matt_saunders_ Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

  • busydawn Dawn Knight (@busydawn) reported

@tescomobile keep being told “Mobile Network not available” (in Madeira) not picking up another signal. Website chat function not working - even in UK & obv can’t ring Cust Care. How do we get signal?

  • ttyEngland M (@ttyEngland) reported

@mcopsey @O2 @tescomobile Are Tesco leaving O2 for another network by any chance,? 🤔

  • GCsurv GC (@GCsurv) reported

@tescomobile Been like this for months. You postcode checker is pointless. Minimal signal in the town centre. Patchy elsewhere. It’s got worse through east Lancashire in general. It didn’t used to be as bad.

  • JamesAWright77 James Wright (@JamesAWright77) reported

@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed

  • andygboro Andrew Danby (@andygboro) reported

@tescomobile Contacted customer services & had subsequent email saying not to contact them anymore as its been escalated & trying to be resolved. Sit tight and wait till Tesco mobile can be bothered. What's my wife's cancellation rights bearing in mind you've not honoured the contract?

  • StanAHill Stan Hill (@StanAHill) reported

@tescomobile why has nobody been in contact we me regarding my complaint This Tesco mobile at its best Our village has no signal from Tesco/o2 this has been all day then I get a massage from my Tesco mobile app with a phone number what a load of rubbish

  • newnhamengineer J Elliott (@newnhamengineer) reported

@tescomobile I have tried to DM you a few times, but it’s not working (just so you know).

  • GE_sportsnews Gary Ellis (@GE_sportsnews) reported

@tescomobile Ok Chris I asked because when I called customer service I was told I would not continue to have home from home if I remain in contract?

  • OriginalJoycey Paul Joyce (@OriginalJoycey) reported

@GCsurv @O2 @tescomobile It’s worst if you have an iPhone too! Areas in town where you sound like a robot or under water…never experienced it with my Galaxy. Apparently too much data traffic…more users on network, no additional masts, no investment.

  • kayleigh8900 Kayleigh (@kayleigh8900) reported

@tescomobile will you support Apple Watch in the future?
