@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@tescomobile Sorry Chris, but this is a very poor response from Tesco. People need to know what will offered regarding roaming,so they can make an informed choice to stay with Tesco or move to another supplier who is offering roaming.

Really poor @tescomobile number was due to transfer 5 days ago. Still hasn’t happened despite several assurances from customer care. 5 days of missed calls and messages.

@tescomobile I've DMd you the details. The latest is your customer service team rang my mum, cut her off mid call and then left a message telling her to call the generic 4455 number again! Going round in circles. Do your bereavement team receive no training at all?

@tescomobile it’s now 9 days of not being able to change my safety buffer. Surely it can’t be difficult to get your tech team to “debug” it to find the issue. Come on guys , ombudsman getting copied next .

@tescomobile seems like there is some issue with the website. Its not even going to credit check for a new phone and it starts saying “unable to verify details”
